841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Newbie mistake - transaction stuck due to low fee on: April 23, 2019, 02:54:51 PM
Decoding your transaction and looking at your nSequence shows that you have RBF enabled, or that your inputs are eligible for RBF...

What wallet did you use to broadcast your transaction?

You should try to do an RBF (Replace-By-Fee).

(Please google it if you don't know how to, as there are tons of tutorials like this one, http://coinour.com/index.php/how-to-apply-replace-by-fee-to-save-the-bitcoin-transaction-fees/)

What are my options at this point to try and get the transaction picked up and confirmed? Would also like to know if I can be sure the transaction will eventually go thru, if I wait long enough, or will it expire at some point?
It will probably get confirmed sooner later, but if it doesn't, you can always rebroadcast it (with higher fees).

Alternatively, if you control the inputs outputs of the the transaction that is yet to be confirmed, you can do a CPFP transaction.
(Again, google this for a guide on how to exactly do it.)

I can assure the community that you will hardly find non constructive posts from me. But still my posts are being reported and I think it's from some selective members who have agenda with me.

About that..

I think you're only showing the "community" whatever you want them to see. You did this in your sobstory of an unban appeal as well, which is highly manipulative to say the least.
(Not that that behavior is something new coming from you, from what i can see, you've been manipulative and trying to win other people's trust since the moment you got here, by kissing their ass like nobody's ever done before.)
843  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Exchanging Bitcoin-Paypal & Paypal-Bitcoin on: April 23, 2019, 11:01:27 AM
I've seen you warn against PayPal trades all over this board but now you want to do PayPal trades?
There's only a risk for the seller of bitcoin. He can buy as much as he want without any risks. (As BTC is irreversible.)

I will only exchange Paypal from those at my discretion.
I'm guessing the reputation of the user + the fees will offset the risks of someone chargebacking on him.

I can vouch for bill, did a couple trades with him, and all of them went smooth. (Not that that's needed  Tongue.)

Yeah, as sad day because you don't get to shitpost for pennies? Indeed.
And you are allowed to do the exact same thing 乁(♥ ʖ̯♥)ㄏ
so much justice, so many one liners wow

You don't get it, today another, tiny portion of your freedom was taken from you, by force.
Contrary to what you may believe, shitposting for some pennies isn’t really a right...
It is but a mere privilege, which you have seem to abused.

You were spamming, and admitted multiple times to only posting for some $$$, no matter the cost.

You conveniently left out this post in the Chipmixer campaign thread?

Thanks for polluting the thread.

I was going to call you out on it in the thread itself but thought it wasn't really my place / appropriate to do so. (I guess i changed my mind after i saw you didn't include this post in the OP for some reason.)

You're literally gloating over the fact that you're able to shitpost..?

Yes, I was wearing Yobit sig but did I really spam? I leave it to the community for review as well as to you too.
Cool

I’m not saying you should/deserve to be banned for that post, but why lie about it?
846  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: JOIN Cryptolancer.io on: April 22, 2019, 09:22:05 PM
It would be useful if they had some actual freelancers on their site, instead all i see is a couple of bounty hunters who are willing to write "articles".
Compared to fiverr, they're nothing.

The site also seems extremely dead with all feedback listed from months ago.
(Most recent project ask was a month ago..)
And the projects that have bids on them, are all from "devs" with 0 feedback.. I don't know, comapared to fiver or seoclerk, i wouldn't really feel comfortable using their site, or the supposed devs that all have 0 reviews... (Especially when i can get someone who's a little bit more reputed and probably cheaper from one of the two competitors mentioned above.
847  Economy / Services / Re: What stock exchange without verification and ...? on: April 22, 2019, 07:12:30 PM
Hi! Wink
What stock exchange should I choose so that I do not have to verify and can pay to my bank account without suspicion from the tax office?
I believe there were some dutch exchanges that offered to let you buy and sell bitcoin without verification, so long as you had an IBAN.

I think it was https://bitonic.nl/en/ ?

They're pretty legit.
From their site:
Quote
Easy No need to submit documents or make international money transfers

* One time only bank account verification required

Not sure what their limits are though, above x amount they might still ask for KYC verification.
848  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Confused, bitaddress.org generate 2 addresses on: April 22, 2019, 05:00:09 PM
Either coin can be sent to the address you've created, but only use the address for one type of coin.  If you send BTC to that address, use it only for BTC.  Do not send BCH to the same address.
Apart from Bitcoin Cash wallet software being shady, i don't see any reason why he shouldn't be able to do this?

What security risk exactly in involved by storing multiple chains of coins on one wallet? (Assuming they have replay protection that is.)

850  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] E-Currency Exchange Script on: April 22, 2019, 03:37:20 PM
Anyone buying this script should note that they're buying a nulled, and outdated version, which opens you up to backdoors from either the OP himself, or simply other people with a bad agenda.

Don't buy from OP, if you're interested in this script, get it from the original sellers. (Although, if i recall correctly, the script is quite buggy and weirdly, written. Perhaps you shouldn't get it at all if you're serious.)

i used . yobit since 2017 . and i dont have any problem with it ;deposit and withdraw instantly
There are some scammer on offecial page twitter yobit (https://twitter.com/YobitExchange) claim themselves as support employees (if you have any issue you must open ticket)
The only thing i see on their twitter is users replying that their deposit hasn't been credited, or that they've been scammed in a different way.
(Perhaps because they don't get a reply on their ticket? (I'm just guessing here...))

852  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] WCX | Buy or Short stocks & cryptos with BTC | Liquid, Secure, 0 Fees on: April 22, 2019, 10:46:25 AM
This looks very interesting, and i am particularly interested in trading regular stocks with bitcoin directly.

I'm just wondering a couple things. (Forgive me if you've already stated this...)

1. What are the direct fees associated with buying stocks w/ bitcoin? None?

2. Is your stock brokerage insured, and up to how much? I love all the words of you being "protected" against hacks, but i'd feel a lot safer knowing that you have something like SIPC, (again, forgive my ignorance if this specific service is not applicable on your brokerage/area of operations, but i'm assuming you get what i mean.)
(Otherwise, what's the use of KYC in the first place? I'm guessing you could operate the same way as Bitmex?)

3. How is "decay" - https://docs.wcex.com/trading/decay not a fee for the user? Is there any way to open positions without margins in that case?
(Otherwise, it'll potentially be very taxing to hold longterm positions?)

And now the (second) most important question, for which i can't find anything about on your site;

4. You're offering a number of stocks which provide dividend. When/How/in what currency will users receive that if they're buying a stock in which it is applicable?
(Or will we not receive dividend at all?)

Is there a TLDR what happend to your ICO, if anything happend at all? I'm not really following it..?
853  Economy / Reputation / Re: Red-Tag Without any Logical reason. on: April 22, 2019, 10:05:51 AM
I'm just going to leave this here;

If we had a better chance, we would really join other compaigns for sure. Yobit having scam accusations didn't mean that they are really scammer.. Maybe they use '' selective scam '' but the scammed person's should shout out loud so we can hear them.. We never encourage scam and we never want to destroy our beloved Bitcointalk.. Even if I post 50 posts a day, I won't spam the forum and I will try my best to provide a good content here.. Just give us a chance to use their signature for the moment and if the other sig compaigns allows us to join and earn.. We would support em.. But many compaigns are providing unreal requirements.. We always put high efforts but no one ever gave us even 1 merit.(excuse me for being angry).. How the hell could us join good compaigns if they are putting hard requirements?.[/b]
We found out that Yobit's sig compaign is the only one gaving us that rate so we will wear the signature and support them because it's a win-win for us and for them. When talking about the fear of spamming the forum, the DT members could red-tag all the spammers if found.

Knowingly advertising a service that you know is questionable;

I didn't get scammed before by Yobit.. The Accusation threads are not a proof unless the persons are really scammed and prove that. I relied on my own experience with them and i didn't get scammed, is that hard?
I don't even try to make their faces look like angels! I don't know how to respond to a person like you who's asking alot of questions..
Peoples aren't forced to signup into Yobit, even if somebody finds the link in one of the signatures, a research is a must! as you know: ''The law does not protect the dupes" ... I mean, i don't force peoples to join yobit.. And even peoples must make a research..if they do, they will findout about the issues and they are free to risk their funds and signup or to just walk away.. Don't try to make us responsible for the people's issues.. They trusted a platform which has an unknown owner.. and you still talking? -_-

Even some DT members had an experience with Yobit Signature, why did you just ask the DT members to Redtag us all?
Any solid proof you got there? because i only can see some comments on twitter but i didn't found like something that really makes the platform guilty .. and Again! I am not defending them and i only had like one day with them in the signature, i'll wait for the DT Members to annonce what they will do for the persons who joined the signature compaign.. if they asks us to remove the signature, we will remove it.

If peoples continue doing these child mouvements, BitcoinTalk will be destroyed.
Roll Eyes Whatever you say.
854  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Yet another Yobit topic because I'm a hypocrite] Yobit shitposting participants on: April 21, 2019, 09:24:06 PM
You can create multiple Yobit accounts trivially (I presume), however this does not mean Yobit does not know when you have two accounts. They can look at your IP address, and browser fingerprint (including cookies they leave in your browser) to detect if you have multiple accounts, and the identities of the multiple accounts.

You generally have to know what you are doing to truly appear to only have one account when you have two. Based on the quality of posts being made by several people within the yobit campaign, I am going to assume they don't have the required knowledge to do this.

Quite frankly, I'm not confident that Yobit's technical team is going to keep on top of it. There is a reason the have over 1400+ coins listed. They fail to delist shitcoins that are long dead with no chance of revival.   I just hope that they can install a decent campaign manager, quick, who can spoonfeed them exactly which accounts get the banhammer.

Well.. If they can't even weed out people with negative trust.... I'm not either. (They're currently just getting paid.) I guess that shows how competent their development team/community manager really is.

As detecting whether or not someone has negative trust is a piece of cake to do manually, and probably even easier if you simply automically scrape each participant...?

Everyone who has used the internet before should be able to do a simple task like blacklisting people who currently have negative trust from participating. There's really no excuse to this laziness from yobit.
855  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: YoBit IEO's on: April 21, 2019, 05:48:04 PM
Lol. You want them to stop behaving like scammers, but you are actually the main reason they continue doing this, because of how you are thinking to join with a very small amount. Smh.
Even better, him promoting the service in his signature is probably one of the main reasons they still have new customers to squeeze empty.. I don't understand how he doesn't fathom that.

you can lose if you hold it for a long time because investbox give daily profit .. this is like Compound interest ... you can make profit too for sure especially with pumps yobit:
- Buying all orders for 57.99 btc in 1-2 hours after trade start (random time) for current IEO/ICO
- Buying all orders for 57.99 btc in 1-2 hours after trade start for previous IEO/ICO (MOON)
now pump end
and you are free if you want sell at any time , price after trade It was more than price ico , yobit give daily profit investbox too
Am i understanding you correctly that you say that you can make up your losses by "investing" in the "InvestBox", or not?
856  Other / Meta / Re: Leave negative feedback for Yobit spamming? on: April 21, 2019, 03:16:14 PM
It doesn’t matter whether you tag them or not - yobit doesn’t seem to care.
Even though they said redtrusted users weren’t accepted into the campaign, this rule is not actually enforced. (I mean, who would’ve thought, it’s yobit, right?)

As long as your account isn’t banned, you’re invited to the party to make some serious dough!

How long does it take to see the results on the Yobit website?

★ Personal stats updated every 3-4 hours
It updates every 3-4 hours but sometimes it might took 5 hours. For me, it updates 4 hrs and 30 minutes to 5 hours. But, still it updates you just need to wait.

857  Economy / Scam Accusations / Yobit Scam Accusation megathread. "Normal" modus operandi or shady practices? on: April 21, 2019, 11:38:38 AM
Let's have a healthy discussion as to why Yobit is/might be a shady exchange, and whether or not the promoters of said service should face any repercussions for the damages they do against customers who are unknown to Yobit's business practices. (Which is to squeeze as much money out of every customer possible.). Or if this is completely healthy, and everyone just has to do their own due diligence before using them.

Table of Contents:
I. Prologue.
II. List of various accusations against yobit. (Cannot be effectively proven, as we only have other people's accusations.)
III. Yobit selectively scamming users and freezing withdrawals. (Cannot be effectively proven, as we only have other people's accusations.)
IV. Yobit' site owners orchestrating pump & dumps.
V. Yobit's InvestmentBox .

I. For those who don't know about yobit, they're a russian exchange[1], with various features which i think are quite controversial. They've been investigated for fraud in the past[2]. And have unknown owners. Although it is rumored that the actual owner was arrested on fraud charges[3]. It's unclear to me whether or not this is actually true though(?).

I might have a wrong view of certain business practices conducted at Yobit. If my accusations against them are false/ungrounded, please feel free to refute them.

II. This is pretty shocking. Over the years Yobit garnered hundreds of scam accusations, most of which have gone unanswered despite them having a BTT account. I haven't seen this number of scam accusations against any other exchange.

III.
I'm kind of reluctant to show these as proof that yobit is a shady exchange, or scamming customers, as i don't know the ins and outs of each case..
However it is obvious that with yobit there's far more users complaining that they can't withdraw coins/their wallets have been frozen.

Some accusations, again.
Please unfreeze my YoBit account
Support tickets about NewYorkcoins should be directed to Yobit
yobit about to take off ?
WARNING YObit is a scam (User was able to login but had no support offered whatsoever.)
You can google far more examples of users not getting answers to their tickets, and thinking that they've lost their funds.

Now onto the observable questionable behavior:

IV. This one is quite obvious, and they're not shy from hiding it.

What they used to do is just call it a pump and dump, and  add a timer as to when they were going to "release" it (the pump). It was announced on all of their social media, "Pump and dump in X hours"[4] https://yobit.net/en/pump/timer/

It's unclear to me whether they still do this. (but don't worry, they replaced it with an instrument just as bad!)

So, after a boatload of criticism, i guess they changed it to "New ICO in X hours, (what's now a new "IEO"), so that it isn't really market manipulation anymore. (I'm guessing?)

They're still doing this as of today. You can see the countdown timer here. https://yobit.net/en/ico/timer/

Basically, they launch a non-existing project, and users can buy their sack of shit, hoping an even bigger fool will buy it from a higher price from them. I guess one could argue that this isn't against any laws, but it sure as hell is shady. And perhaps it is actually quite unethical to serve your customers a literal pile of dogshit with atleast some of them not knowing that what is on the menu is not edible..

They are conducting IEO for coins that do not exist - it's not a project. They make a paid "SHROOM" let's say, and that's it, new coin added. It's to generate profit for those who get in early - a kind of gambling game. It can be profitable or very taxing. I guess nothing wrong with that and up to each use to play their part or avoid it.
From someone who participated in them.

V. Their InvestBox. despite them stating the obvious;
Quote
Invest your free coins to InvestBox! It’s a tool for devs to promote their coins. It’s NOT Pyramid/HYIP, all payments are made from special fund.
InvestBoxes can change status from Active to «No coins», but you can close your investment any time, it’s 100% safe.
If it's not a ponzi, (which, well, it really does have all the looks of it.), it for sure is a nice way to get more people into a shitcoin, of which the dev can then just dump all the coins of slowly to 1 sat. I believe this is what has been happening, and is the entire purpose of the "InvestBox".

Take a look at the "MOON" and "URANIX" investment plans, and it becomes fairly obvious.
https://yobit.net/en/trade/MOON/BTC
https://yobit.net/en/trade/URANIX/BTC

Again, as i see it, this is just another way for yobit and shady coin developers to squeeze some more money out of ignorant/new traders.

VI. Yobit's ticker ignorance, or plain fraud? I'm not sure.

There are a couple articles about this explaining it, but basically it went like this. Yobit (or was it a third-party? No one knows...) created a shitcoin called Boat's n Boobs', and listed it as BNB.
through washtrading they kept the price ~x% under the actual marketprice BNB (Binance Coin) was trading at, and defrauded investors who thought they were buying actual BNB coins.

Code: (https://steemit.com/yobit/@gandalfthetartan/fooling-the-traders-from-russia-with-love)
1. Yobit take an established coin Omise_Go (OMG).
2. They then quietly create their own, useless coin, entitled OMGame.
3. Listing OMGame on their market using the ticker (OMG) at a handful of Satoshi cheaper than current market price they drive up hype for discount purchases (no note of OMGame is made to the consumer on the trading screen).
4. Volume is artificially kept high thanks to exchange wash-trading.
5. When people grow wise to the scam, Yobit delete the coin, leaving traders out of pocket unable to sell elsewhere.
6. Support emails in return claim that the coin was a 3rd party technology that no longer met the exchange's T&C and Yobit is not liable for remuneration.

The coin got "delisted" after some controversy.

Some articles/ reddit threads; [5] [6] [7] [8]

Now there are multiple questions to answer, the first one being as to what extend this sort of behavior is fraudulent, (If fraudulent at all, you decide.), and if it is, to what extent the promoters of Yobit are complicit in this.

People who promote ponzi schemes in Gambling threads, or advertise pump&dump groups are usually tagged/ ushered away rather quickly. If Yobit was proven to also engage in that behavior, wouldn't wearing their signature be essentially the same as promoting a ponzi/pump&dump scheme? (I don't know..)
858  Economy / Reputation / Re: [FABLE] The Resurrection of YoBit on: April 21, 2019, 10:03:52 AM
Do you know that there's drugs sellers who sells you something that could end up your life being addicted to something that could kill you?
Did the seller oblige you or force you to buy it?
What the hell does that have to do with anything? And legal drugs have warnings on them, doses, and are prescribed by a medical professional. I don't see how this is applicable to yobit.

There's advertisements here and there and there's peoples talking about the benefits of drugs and marijuana and stuffs like that.. Do you just buy drugs because people's advertised it? Recommended it? Don't you make a research first?
If people are advertising hard drugs then that's illegal, and against forum rules. (Although i have yet to see an advertisement here for drugs..?) I'm not sure if i even should respond to this, as it might look like i'm validating your argument, when really, there is none. The comparison you're drawing is ridiculous and nonexistent.

Quote
Thats just an example.. I do have morals.. I didn't attack you neither forced you to join yobit and I already clearly stated my thoughts about yobit.. And I didn't see your post about yobit and I won't see it neither look for it.. Do you know why? Because I smell that you have an issue with them..
Ah. So you're willing to turn a blind eye just so as long as you're getting paid. The only person you're lying to is yourself dude.

Quote
Which is not my business.. You have to go to the police office if they scammed you, not just coming here to quote my own words and understanding them the way you like.. Just stay away from my name.. You are trying to say that I have no morals and in the same time you're trying to convince me to leave the signature compaign? Is that logical?
Sure. You're a sellout. I don't see how it's illogical. By leaving the campaign you could perhaps recover a shred of your dignity.

Quote
FYI, a guy with a good trust just said that we are free to join the sig compaign but we must not spam the forum.. If yobit got proved as a scam platform, then the signature compaign thread will be removed and the members wearing the signature will be tagged.
Again, turning a blind eye until the damage has been done. That's the definition of having no morals, or perhaps just that of being a scammer.

Quote
And If you really want me to leave the signature and to showoff my morals for real, you might be welcomed to contact ChipMixer's compaign manager and leave your spot for me.. I would be honored to join em. Will you do that? Or not? I think you won't do it.. Do you know why?
The answer is simple, just because of money.. You are with them because of the paycheque! So please stop talking about morals and stay away. (or prove that I am wrong and give me your spot).
Ba Byeee!
Sure i am, but they're not the ones fucking over their own userbase with ridiculous pump and dumps, fake coin tickers & shady "Investment programs".

Now leave me in peace of mind, please.

but you make it sound like those campaigning for yobit are doing things different from what you are doing - Hustling, it don't matter how hard you try to make it sound like ..... it is still hunting and you no different or better than all the rest hunters, no superiority here, i can only say jelousy, if that is not the case you would have let it be by now and leave the real mod to do their job Undecided

Because you leave all your morals at the door right the second you wear that yobit signature.

They have absolutely no respect for their customers, and are a border-line scam. Chipmixer on the other hand, isn’t.

Lol TryNinja

Money matters but also ethics matters too. Don't attack someone with the mistake they made.

You are saying to trust you coz I am sure you have control and faith over yourself so do I and in that case trust me, if (hypothetically) I would get that 21 20 BTC escrow offer accepted then I would keep my words. I am a man of strong ethics. The Hilary shit knows nothing about me.

If money does not matter then wear chipmixer signature without getting paid. How long you can wear it without getting paid?
You really have no place speaking about ethics when you're wearing a yobit signature...

Trust me I used to care a lot for the forum but I do now is zero. It happens when some dipshit will destroy your worth and you can not do anything about it because they have influence in the community.
And this is your way of sticking it to the forum? Promoting yobit? What happend to you reporting all those ICO scams? You know Yobit is the biggest fraud of them all when it comes to launching bullshit ICO's/IEO's (those don't even have project teams, they don't even exist), sure you must know that right?

You have "ethics" only when it matters for your personal gain... .(...)

My questions to the community:
1. Should we individuals in Bitcointalk still endorse / recommend / advertise cloudbet?
2. What happen if anyone endorse / recommend / advertise cloudbet?

<snip(list of accusations against X company..>

I hope he will update his topic or completely remove any recommendation for cloudbet.

Hhampuz - I guess already done.

hilariousandco - Is he just ignoring everything? I still see his endorsement in his topic. As a global moderator that's something very wrong.

You can make the exact same post as above about Yobit, with the tons and tons of scam accusations alone against them. I guess you won't because... you're getting paid by them?  Roll Eyes

Isn't it time for us to inform everyone (if needed then PM) and ask them to stop promoting/endorsing cloudbet? I have seen in the past when we smell anything wrong then DTs stepped forward and warned the users. If they denied then they tagged them.
Ironic...

<..snip..>
Again no, I would not. The worse case could be like ARBITAO, without prior knowledge I may join but then when I will be well aware of the scam and if I know that the account got hacked then I will leave the campaign without even informing the yahoo account owner (the hacked owner). And if I know for certain that yahoo account indeed is yahoo's then again I will inform him that I am going to leave his campaign after x amount of time or immediately. All depends on the situation.

<..snip..>
Like I said earlier, I do not want to be a part of any controversy, negative vibe where I do not feel 100% ok.

Being a part of any signature campaigning is a commitment to the manager, from that perspective I was committed to yahoo62278 as I was doing his job. Once I got confirmed decision from yahoo62278 then there were no reason for me not to leave the campaign.

I mean.. Surely you must be aware of all the scam accusations against Yobit, and you're still feeling 100% ok promoting them?
Okay then...

Take the job and save the forum.
I don't know, but this sounds ironic on so many levels.
