There was no IPO. There was a premine for DApp creation. A great idea. Launch went smoother than Ethereums launch which actually did have an 80% IPO. Where did the Ethereum funds go? no one knows. Everyone will know where the EXP premine goes and will have a chance to vote how it is spent. This is a great coin. SHF is more of a miners coin if you are a miner. Development will be slower on SHF though since they only did like a 10% premine for DApp development.
