That would be acceptable if I hadn't provided the info in my original post....,.no?

I appreciate your swamped but....I think if you had a lot of personal funds taken from you with no explanation...you might not be so confrontational!

And why is it that there are so many people with the same problem....Doing a transaction and the money is removed from the source...ie MtGox....so that you have it and then it's tied up for many days with no access except for BitInstants.....who are free to use it for that time

I've used your service previously, and it worked flawlessly. However, I made a cash deposit on Saturday evening, and have yet to hear anything. I've called and emailed multiple times, but have not received any replies. The Order ID is 1196a228-be1c-46fe-92b6-d4556bf7e95d. Please respond as son as possible. I'm losing money very quickly, and I have several large transactions that I would like to take care of early this week. Thank you.

Added to 4/8 support list thanks!  Cheesy

Thanks for the response. Sorry about the repeated emails and calls, I'm just a little nervous about this whole thing. Please let me now if there is anything I can do to speed up the process. Also, will I be receiving the BTC based on the exchange at the time of my payment? Or will it be the current inflated price? Let me know when you get a chance. Thanks again.

We just received BTC today for the $1500 that we deposited on Apr 02.

So that is resolved.

The problem is that it was executed at a price around ~$190 rather than ~$120 when we first bought it.
That is a big difference. How do we submit a ticket to resolve this? Thanks.

From the outside the only reasonable explanation for the INSUFFICIENT FUNDS issue and people having to wait DAYS for their money is that bitinstant is using new money to fund old transactions. There could be a perfectly reasonable explanation for these issues but since one hasnt been provided we can only assume.

Failed dwolla's 2nd verification for some reason, but not failed enough to take my $ out of my account. Please help.

I think what is really pissing people off here is that having to post in a thread on a forum is unacceptable customer service. You guys are making enough money off the interchange (probably what's holding up our funds) and transaction fee to hire a few more CS agents for the live chat and email outreach. It's a new industry and I imagine many people are thankful the service you provide exists, but any customer goodwill dries up instantly when our money vanishes and nobody responds.

I don't know aout ponzi scheme, given that I have used this service before, but it is CERTAINLY concerning, that when the price of BTC rises after they've issued a GUARANTEED quote, they seem to have trouble getting the coin to us.

I appreciate everything you're doing URSAY, but you're the only response I've gotten after contacting Bitinstant via support e-mail, phone, reddit messaging, and direct PMs. The coin that I was guaranteed at a particular price, that I have successfully paid for, with confirmation from my vendor, has NOT been funded to my wallet as of the time of this writing.

Deposit made on 4/7/13. On the support list for 4/7/13. Again, URSAY, you seem to be working hard and we do appreciate it, but short of us having our coins, it's not enough.

Moneygram deposit -> Bitcoin wallet. I did the same transaction on 4/6 with ZERO problems; had the coin before I got home. But BTC didn't rise 5-10% THAT day.

Let's see some action, Bitinstant. You won't have a bigger fan, or a louder supporter if I can simply get my coin to my wallet, as quoted, as guaranteed, as promised.

You should see your transaction go thru at some point.  If it does not then check back with me.  I would give it at least 24 hours on a failed transaction.  I am almost always here on the forums and in this thread.  Thanks!

Hey!  I didn't "suggest" anything.  I just asked a question!  The fact that you would impugn my question only furthers my concerns rather than assuage them!
