Weighted avg at the time was ~ 160.  It is now over 200 (over 25% gain).

Curious...why are we making new lists when the old ones are DEFINITELY not resolved?

Why not a ....master list?? where you slowly work on a first come first serve basis....that would be the most logical and FAIR way no?

Anyways...i'd like you to add this to my huge case file that i am sure you guys are working so hard to fix by paying out the $500 you have successively poofed from my possession.

I bought all the other BTC's on April 7th at $162...so my calculation if i deposited 500 bucks i would have 480 after you service fee (which i don't see why i am paying, but i'll be happy to get anything at this point).  

So at $480.00 / 162 = 2.9629BTC's   -  I would have had 2.9629 BTC's on that day.

Currently BTC's are worth $223 i definitely would have sold at this point  

So $223*2.9629BTC's = $660.7407.....


So in conclusion, URSAY, i'd like to update my ticket to show that BitInstant should credit my account for $660 to alleviate the disservice they have created for me.

I am responding to a question from URSAY about a GOX coupon.  I was on the 4/8 list.

Here is what I got from them after I explained that I provided Bitinstant with the MTgox account number instead of the exchange number.

The number is the message that you should put while depositing to your Mt.Gox account directly through other methods that is not Bitinstant whereas Bitinstant uses only the number ######. However, they should be able to give you a redeemable code for this. Mt.Gox is only the recipient and we do not process deposits from Bitinstant. I am not sure about any coupon and have not seen one to redeem.  I am trying to get my funds back from Bitinstant, however this may be done.  

Please let me know if I need to provide more info than this, or what I could do to ease the process.

My confirmation email from Bitinstant from my direct deposit stated: We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order.

This is just an update, i have been trying to receive my funds for 2 days now.  I have e-mailed, posted here and called BitInstant personally.  I have NEVER received a response back from BitInstant's website, and the only person doing anything is URSAY.

I am already on the list, and i have very little patience now...BTC's have risen to 218 dollars... I was trying to purchase them at 162...but because of this amazing service where you can pay for your BTC's in an hour....i am still sitting here with nothing.

I have always used BitInstant for my BTC purchases, but if the issue isn't resolved today, i will be looking for alternative services that actually deposit funds.

Now people on the 4/8 and 4/9 lists are already saying they have recieved funds, i have the SAME p[roblem as some of those people...why was i skipped over when i definately posted my information like 7 times now...

Hey, I've been trying to buy bitcoins since they were around 120$, but it seems to be such a long process that it is easy to imagine I am a bit stressed at this point seeing how BTC is over 200$ at this point. I made a deposit from bitstamp, using the bitinstant option. I went to walmart and made a payment to "wallet address". I used the address from my "wallet qt" the one shown under receive coins.

My browser didn't show the option in the drop down box for pay to bitstamp. that is why I chose that option.

It's been a week, I've tried emailing, calling, and 24/7 support on Mtgox and BitInstant. No response...

I used the account number with letters in it, which I now see I should have used the account number without the numbers! I've tried redeeming the API code, but it says it isn't valid/ has been used. It couldn't have been used, because I did not post the code anywhere for the public eyes to see. So I guess my problem may be as simple as using the right account number(or exchange number I guess they now call it) which would be 220347. Not M61220347X, like my order says... At the time of purchase bitcoins were significantly cheaper! Will I be compensated the difference in my order?! Please get back at me! I haven't opened a ticket yet, because I can not find where to! I know you are busy, but you seem to be the only one helping people. Thank you so much!
