Hey guys. Im confused for a long time. Been mining only eth on my 1st rig with 6*rx 470s doing 168 Mhs. Rig is on 1kw psu and consuming 860 watt at the wall. I think its about max power limit of psu but id like to do dual mining another coin as well. Could you plz answer, if i run dual mining, can i stay below 1kw power hugry situation and do more prof. then eth only? And what coin is to be ?

I can't speak for Sia or Libr but for sure you will have a problem dual mining DCR with that rig as is. As an example, I have been running 2 6x470 rigs (on 1200w PSUs) and with ETH only, it pulls about 820-830W. But with ETH+DCR, it runs around 970-1000w on v9 with DCR set to 27-30.  I just built a 3rd rig and am in tweaking mode currently trying to get it to run dual effeciently. Even with DCR set to only 20, it still pulls about 940W.  Most people here recomend not exceding 85% load on your PSU.  That's why i have set my personal limit to 1kw on my 1200w PSUs (about 83%) or maybe a bit lower. Given you already at that ~85% thresshold, I would not recommend trying to dual mine with that rig... unless you are willing to turn down intensity on ETH & lower your overclocks. Even then, would probably be challenging but good luck!

I can confirm those numbers - on a 6x RX 470 rig when mining Eth + DCR I pull as much as 980 from the wall, even undervolted. Personally I chose to mine ZEC for the summer months since it sips power at <760 at the wall while staying cool and quiet. I'm using an EVGA SuperNOva 1300 watt Gold PSU.

Thank you sir. Im thinking to get stronger PSU.

Claymore, ASM is not suitable for RX460? It is not working, still only etha 0.

What is the speed of RX460 on ETH and on ETH+DCR?
2x RX460 get 24.1 MHs on ETH

each or total?

Oh God, I wrote "2x", that means two cards... If I want to write hashrate for one card I would write "1x"...

I went back to version 9.0, and now and unstable them as well, various gpu rise and fall of hasherate, 21, 11 mhs, never had so low hash, what's going on with my standard mod bios was always 28.7 now no more arrive at these speeds

Hello ,I using 9.1 for ETH+PASC
PASC speedup is true ,but ETH speed get -20% down.
WHY?

Press "-" key to lower -dcri value. Find your sweet spot. When I first used 9.1 ETH has was 60% lower until I found the best -dcri value for my card. Once you find that edit your bat file you start the miner with so it is set every time. I wound up getting same ETH speed as 9.0 but my PASC is hashing about 9% faster.

You don't have a -dcri value set. Default is 30. As I said while the miner is running use the - and + keys to change the -dcri value. Find the best value for your card and then put that value in the startup string. For example mine is "-dcri 14".

It is different for every card. Use the - and + keys to find your sweet spot for you card and then put that in your start.bat file.

After installing the creator update for Windows 10, i get the message “ethdcrminer64.exe has stopped working“. In the details it's called “bex64“ error. Anybody out there with similar problems or ideas how to solve this? The regular ethminer.exe is still working. Sgminer is also working as usual.
Any hints are appreciated!

install new drivers
I already installed the latest Radeon drivers, they are from April, which version so you mean?

The problem has not changed, after the reboot of the miner, the whole system hangs.
It is necessary to use r-1

Claymore's Dual Ethereum + Decred/Siacoin/Lbry/Pascal AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner.

i would highly suggest against opening port 3333 on your router and using an app like this to control your miners.. doing so would let anyone with your ip address change settings..

this app seems to be mostly designed to be used on your home network when you are connected with wifi.

It is too bad that we cannot use ASM.
