Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

@tonych, client is always connecting to mail.teddyid.com. What is it for?  I guess it is your software (that produced this image) is trying to reverse DNS the default hub's IP address: byteball.org: 144.76.217.155 mail2.teddyid.com: 144.76.217.155 Clear it is so. Does it mean that BB hub runs on the server of company behind teddyID software? |

Interesting thing about 1 GB and 1 bitcoin:
1 GB is 1/millionth part of (soon) total coin supply
1 BTC is 1/15millionth part of (current) total coin supply
Therefore 1GB is like 15 bitcoins in terms of total coin supply share.

Hey LoyceV, it seems I am also having an issue with blackbytes. I received the bytes from 4th round distribution, but no blackbytes as of today. What did you do exactly to receive it? I sent a message to tony, but apparently blackbytes were still being distributed at that time. That has completed now, so I suggest you send tony a message if something still went wrong. Ah, logged on again now and it seems the blackbytes were indeed transferred about a day later, at the exact 2.11 ratio of bytes I received. I guess it's pretty normal for the staggered delay, I'll know to wait for a full day or two even at round 5. Thanks for the feedback! |
