There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Code:
cudaminer.exe -s 10 --algo=keccak -d gtx780 -L 512 -l K1024x32 -C 0 -i 1 -m 0 -o stratum+tcp://URL:PORT -u WALLET -p x

Best code for GTX780 atm.

If anyone else has better let me know. getting 70-100mh/s on dwarfpool.

Try the following and show the results.

Code:
cudaminer.exe --algo=keccak -l K2304x28 -L 512 -i 0 -H 0 -o stratum+tcp://poool.address:port -O username.worker:password

If it's fine, you can try to increase the number after K2304x, for example K2304x32 and check if the performance is increasing, Find the last stable value until the cudaminer crashes. The number after K is and should be the number of CUDA cores your GeForce GPU is having (2304 for GTX 780, for other GeForce cards check the first number of column named "Core config 1" HERE).

Thanks for the input. I mucked around with it, my miner keeps crashing, tried your raw string as well, ...doesn't like it weird

Guys, can you please explain the -l and -L switches? How should they be set?

Thank you.

Finally its working, cudaminer and minerd on maxcoin pooled and solomining. Thx to all who helped me!

Miners run on windows 7 sadly as the prop driver setup for ubuntu has just stressed and made me quit.

the CPU had a lot better hashrate on xubuntu. CPU is intel I5 2500K bit overclocked, card is geforce 9800gtx. cudadriver is 5.5

If anyone has optimal settings for a GTX 780 Ti and not getting a bunch of boos? Please post your settings and your pool!

boos seems to be pool-side issue. On dwarf only about 80% was valid, after switching to maxcoinpool.com the rate is better - between 90-95%.

Guys, can you please explain the -l and -L switches? How should they be set?

Thank you.

What does the -l flag mean?

The flag comprises of 3 components. prefix blocks x warps

Prefix

Available kernel prefixes are:

L - Legacy cards (compute 1.x)

F - Fermi (GTX 4 and 5 series) cards (Compute 2.x)

K - Kepler (GTX 6 and 7 series) cards (Compute 3.0)

T - Titan and GK208 based cards (Compute 3.5)

technically you add your cores after the prefix follow by x 16,24,32 etc

What's the best pool to mine at right now? I'm throwing 700 some mh/s at 1GH and it's going fine but I'm getting about 25% rejects. Are other smaller pools more reliable in rejects but still large enough to pay out a regular payout?

Going to give them a try, solo mining doesn't seem viable even with 500 MHash anymore.

For those getting a ton of boos... please make sure you are using the 2-7-2014 release for the CUDAminer for MAXcoin.

Stupid question...

If I put in another NVidia card without a monitor, do I need a dummy plug - or were those only needed for ATI cards? (Running on Windows, but can do Linux as well).

I got that even on 1 card, 1 instance. Increase the value you pass to "L".

Anyone else still solo mining ?

I have 3x GTX 780 going at it solo and still found 2 blocks today, even with the big difficulty spikes.  Solo mining still seems way more profitable with the odd block a day giving 96 coins vs what you'd get at a pool.

How do you solo mine? command string example?
