if no news by end of August most of us will get restless and when September comes with no concrete information some will opt for refund option. Mr.Sam is not involved in engineering or designing why is he not replying to emails and gives us an update? and where is Andreas?
I can answer that in 3 words... I'll give you a hint... What happens during the month of July in Sweden? summer, sex and swimming? Isn't that a daily activity ?!

It's a beautiful day up here too btw, those thunder storms really cleared the air. Could do with a Scandinavian summer break though - why don't we do that here?

It's like children in the back seat moaning "Are we there yet?"
At least we got in the car (risking funds while others sit on the sidelines waiting to see what our funding will produce). I would love to order a KNCminer, but I am waiting until I see working proof from end users who have received their units, just like I did with BFL. Until actual real world test results come in, you can't plan your rig effectively.

Seriously though KnC are def not on a summer hiatus, Daggeteo asked that when he went to the first open day...

Nice picture. But it's more like having many unaware children and some engineers in the back of this KnC bus. The later can read and interpret the ASIC traffic signs, without any further questions. When they see the "Tape-Out"-sign, they know "ok, about 2 more months" till "silicon town"!

Hi Guys
We would like to say that. Yes....we did tape-out of the ASIC some time ago. The exact details of the ASIC schedule, volumes, vendor etc. is kept internal since it's very sensitive information towards competitors. The product development tasks are on-track."
We are still on schedule to begin shipping in September.
Thanks KnCMiner Team

Woot!!! Debating about upgrading my October Mercury to a Saturn or Jupiter even. Thoughts? I'm hesitant only because I went from 4 jallys to a Single with BFL and I'm currently kicking my ass in because of it. Overall, it was a waste of money to upgrade. I may even lose~ money at this rate because they're taking so long.

I think I just heard dozens of upgrade orders go through. <G> That was nice of them to post the info on the forum. This thread isn't exactly short.
