I increased my hashing capability by 50% yesterday, three blocks before this mega long block.  I was hoping to see a great looking graph at the end of the day.  I guess I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow. Undecided

11h !!  Wow.. kinda long.. I wonder what the 1 day luck % will be when this one will be found !

I've made a "mining room" in the basement, and just before the begining of this block, I powered up all the mining that was down due to migration !  At least, no more noise and heat in my computer room.. quite a releif Smiley

it sucks, right? we also added 1 block erupter today and wanted to see if it was enough to cover for the difficulty jump... been waiting 7hrs for a first earning on our huge 1.1GHash... lol... hoping for 0.0015, and if more miners leave the pool, we'll probably make it, too... but when?!

LIFT loves you!

My workers that I shut down last night due to diff increase are still reporting a hash speed because they have shares in this block.  Very disconcerting.

No, older GPUs.  Only getting 200 MH/s on them, costing 200 W for the whole machine to be up.  Now only my big daddies are going, and that's because they are slightly better than breaking even.  Next difficulty adjustment all my GPUs are going down and being sold off.

You can go litecoin. It is now two times more profitable than bitcoin.

Small advice - cards heat up a lot more with scrypt - memory of the card is utilised a lot more - recommend monitoring the temp.

Yep that's the longest round I have seen - although 'in the early days' they could go for a day or two no problem I hear...
