I cannot check this, because i dont know my score and the total score for this block. I can only calculate again from total shares, my shares and block value. :S
What is your speed. Did you mined whole block and did you noticed any disconnections?

My speed is ~178 mhps. I was online in the whole day no one disconnections. (CGminer started at 2013-05-29 09:04:12, and still running. i have +1GMT)
Rejected is 3 shares.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

OK 3 hours ago so it would probably fix itself if it was planing to do so... You are also the only one for now who is complaining... So it was not blocks calculation error(probrbly). Hmm... 178 MH is about 2,45somthing shares/minute. So total shares should be 769... You are right there... Everything looks fine so it looks like it is stratum again. Sorry you are really unlucky... Or it is a location specific... Not sure.

This.  I could pay half that, get a device that mines at twice the speed, and allows me to play games as well.  Oh, and heats my house in the winter.

Block Erupter is far too slow and far too expensive.

hi all,

i was on a trip for some weeks and the first thing i've done was to restart my mining pc. now after the restart the gui miner will not work on slushs pool. every time i start the miner the message appears:
api2.bitcoin.cz:8332....no json object could be decoded. failed to subscribe.io erros - 1, tolerance 2.

my miner was working for the last weeks without an interuption on an ati 7870/win7-300 mhash.

maybe someone have an idea? i'm at work and have no time to read the hole postings since the last 3 weeks.

kind regards, tea

SOLVED

it seems that the solution was to update my bitcoin client to the newest version 0.8.2  Wink

7870 doing 300mh/s??? do you have it under clocked? you should be doing around 400mh/s. 1100 gpu = approx 399mh/s.  1150 = 425ish.
I have 4 7870's all 4 have different stable areas but adding a fan will keep them under 80C at 1150ish. base not clocked they are 360mh/s so i am confused why you are 300mh/s

I also wonder about people who buys those. It's over 6 months for sure, even without considering increased difficulty.

Something went crazy for me overnight (PST), reported hash rate is still the same but all rewards halved.  Switching to stratum2 from stratum3.

*edit* I switched the difficulty on all my workers yesterday, looks like there is a bug in the math.  *edit2* Yep, reconnect caused shares to return to normal.

same thing here, but I haven't changed anything:

I have got some disconnect because of bad weather too at the same time :S

Is it possible that my rewards degraded this much because of  ~10min(overall) spent offline?

I have also noticed a drop in reward - also the Getwork seems to be surprisingly small, especially since the pool as a whole is now well over 11000GH/s now.

Could the two be connected?

I think it is more likely because our slice of the pie has shrunk: http://blockorigin.pfoe.be/chart.php

Other pools are growing faster than us. Probably because of all the negative comments.

No. If the pool speed is constant and difficulty is the same number of found blocks is the same no matter what others are doing. And a reword for a round is(simplified ofcourse) your hashrate verses pool hashrate... Since there was no big difference in pool hashrate reword per block should be about the same. And the last change of difficulty was 7 days ago.

EDIT: Getwork is small since it is 10% fee. Only ones that from some reasen stays with Slush and can't use stratum are using it...

And negative comments have there reasons... So you might start looking there also. Also some miners probably left since they were told to do so by other miners who didn't see or didn't wanna see a problem...
