Looks like they will be saying they "shipped" . Happy new years folks.

That's impressive. Shipped at the worst possible day. Too late to earn ROI, too early for refunds.

in the photo it looks like a double radiator was used (presumably an H100i instead of an H80i).  obviously, its better at cooling than a single radiator.. but that leaves barely any spare space for more double radiators in the box... so where do you fit the extra radiator when you install an upgrade module ?  seems like switching to the double radiator may make it more difficult to use two modules... wonder why they made the switch?  (did the chip require more cooling than the single radiator could provide?)

Most likely its just what they had ordered already. Those are the coolITs. Look at the sierra case , they crammed 3 radiators inside. It will make it a PITA to upgrade for who  ordered BJ upgrades. Again why does hashfast continue to screw over their batch1 customers.

It's not shipped until I have a tracking number.  But since I ordered day 1... With my luck I will get it at 1159 pm.

I don't think they switched I believe the SlowJets were always going to use a double radiator.  In their much earlier airflow test they had 1 radiator at the top and 1 radiator (upgrade module) at the front. Yes that means intake before someone freaks out but honestly at this point it is the least of anyone's problems.   Early buyers are looking at a 50% to 90% loss in BTC terms depends on when the MPP ships and how much hashrate goes up in the next three months.

That why "shipped" is in quotes.

"Bitcoin enables ordinary people to fight back, to avoid and evade snooping governments, which enact, use and abuse laws that allow them, without due process, to investigate, tax, control and seize privately owned assets."  -   Leon Louw

“We can say without equivocation that firms like MasterCard, Visa and the TBTF banks like JPMorgan and Goldman hate the idea of ever having to compete for business again. They have grown comfortable in their corrupt world of writing laws for themselves without any regulatory oversight. They enjoy the exorbitant privilege of bilking the American economy with extortionary transaction rates. They are scared of Bitcoin. And they should be. It offers transparency, cost efficiency and anonymity.” - Max Kaiser

Probably because it appears to be an evolution of the formula.

It would be nice if they'd update the Batch 1 order chain with the orders that have been shipped.

It's only OK if you have ALL of the Baby Jets shipped by the end of this day, to satisfy your TOS

Feel like disclosing how many Baby Jets are shipped before the end of this year? The clock is ticking.... tick tock...

Feel free to post the order numbers to confirm shipping before it's the first of Jan 2014

the sierras contain the same modules as the baby jets... just 3 in there instead of 1 (or two if its been upgraded)

don't assume sierras have to be delivered after baby jets...  do u think icedrill's systems will be baby jets?

the baby jets are for home use and the sierras for data centre use.  any big customer planning to put them in a data centre would've ordered sierras and not baby jets.

I think his issue is that seirra's weren't available for several weeks (a month?) after the Baby Jet... so the implication would be that it should be first come/first served.

If they are shipping sierra's then they are jumping the queue of BJB1 rather than SRB2.

Wrong . to quote simon:

"Unfortunately we can't offer any models for home use during initial sales. The reason is FCC certification. To sell a product for home use we need FCC class B certification, and this takes 1 or 2 months, after our chips become available. As a result we cannot endorse or sell any of our early products for home use. We may offer a product certified for home use later on, but our early products are sold for use in commercial environments.

The Baby Jet will come with the fully sealed, maintenance free liquid cooling system.
"
There should be no differentiation between the 2 other than the case  since they themselves say both are for commercial use. I'm pretty sure i ordered before icedrill since they didn't even ipo when i ordered. Same as public sierra orders. So hence we are being fucked.

Edit - if they are shipping sierra to fullfill BJ orders that is fine.

I initially ordered several BJ. I later had the case changed to a Sierra. They are shipping batch 1. Shipping, not delivering. Good bless this detail.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
