If you have a direct order with Avalon via DHL and want to check to see if your chips have shipped, call DHL at 1 (800) 225-5345  and give them your name and address and ask if there are any shipments on route in your name. Works like a charm

So a random person can call and ask when i get a package? How easy. Stay before a house and wait for the postman then. Is done and works. But that they give the info to random persons, who claim to be a certain one, doesnt sound smart.

is there any evidence that the chips were actually sold to a higher bidder? or are people just running rampant with speculation?

No evidence. Only a shitload of avalon asic chips in boxes 2 months ago. Theres no explaination why such a mass of chips existed and why they arent in the buyers hand.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

So we all should be happy now knowing Yifu is alive and one group buy leaders (zefir) from all listed got their chips!?
This should buy at least two more weeks until all of us realize that Yifu is once again not being honest with this community.
Here are my thoughts:

Yifu is communicating now as much as he did during the Batch #2 fulfillment period.  This cannot be a surprise.  These chips are late, but so was Batch #1 and Batch #2.  This knowledge was in front of you when you made the purchase.  Tell me what answer you will give to the judge when he says "Isn't that curious.  Tell me why you thought he would ship on time this time?"

Dude, they pre-mined the crap out of Batch #2. That's why there was no communication as they delayed as much as possible.

They mined until the units turned up covered internally with dust and preconfigured to pools. Way beyond that of 'testing'. It was so noticeable, that they had to halt sending the dust coated pre-configured pre-mined silver units and re-start Batch #2 shipping, sending out fresh black ones that were intended for Batch #3 orders.

Hence the obscene delay in Batch #3.

C'mon man, be fair, this behaviour is inexcusable.

I want to believe this wasn't the case, but look at the evidence. At this point ignoring the subject will not help.

Couldn't agreed more

Another Reason he is releasing the chips so late is because he wants to protect his own mining interest.

The trust circle thing isn't a very good system.. it makes sense for small numbers.. but when you have negative trust EN MASSE! like yifu has.. it shouldn't matter that it's from "untrusted" sources - enough full members saying they;ve been ripped off should be visible.
I was shocked to find out that other members can't see his negative trust.. what's the fucking point? all these bad dealers go completely unaffected

I must +1 this. Is there a thread dedicated to the rating system? Or is there a way to talk with the admins to improve the rating system?

The intent is that the trust network would expand naturally between those who do business with each other. I have some cred, you can add me to your trust network, then my review of Yifu would show up on your screen. Smiley

So n00bs that didn't read every jot and tittle about a company, who has dealt with no others on this forum - thereby not establishing a Trust Network... they continue to get fucked in the ass by shady operators?

That is so retarded, it's not even funny to make fun of.

That's what i was thinking too. Maybe it should be the other way around. Put ALL forum in the Trust Network and the slowly minimize the list removing the spammers. Anyway i don't want to hijack the thread. BitSyncom you suck for delaying and selling our chips to other people and the Rating system sucks. Someone appeal to the admins about it.

Thats exactly what he did, snuck someone else in ahead of all of us,,,and sold our chips,,,,probably for a proft he just couldn't refuse,,,,obviously yifu has given in to his lust and greed for money. To hell with ethics and morals it would seem. What goes around comes around in life, one day he will regret his short term wealth he gained by cheating others.

The time has finally come to get a mouthful, you only act on greed and by your actions this is proof.
And can't you see the flowers dying all around you?  Got your hands in the devils pockets, got everything to lose.

And so you lash out, to crush the ones below, or all the ones that you fear the most.
And you call this crowd control, well let me break it down for ya:

The fire in your veins is just a joke you tell yourself, another way to cut the cost, to hide your face from all the guilt.
And it's a shame to have to say you had to kill to gain control, but at least you made some money - hey, let the good times roll.

sorry... got bored.
