I issued a bunch if deposits to kraken which have not arrived, so I opened a support ticket but I still haven't received any answers yet (after more than a week), is there any other way to get in touch with support? I've already tried to write on Reddit but my post got brutally deleted for no apparent reason since there were other support related topics (not cool actually, but still).

I'm sorry if this is OT but I think not since I've seen many other support related messages in here.

Kraken has been good to me, thats why I still recommend them as a good exchange.

As long as you have good account security you should be alright.

@DaddyH
Resolved? Happy with how it was effected?

@Dargo
Seeing many new users of Kraken (new ICONOMI holders) complain about the UI. Ive always thought it is awful to use/navigate. Wondering if this is getting a make-over anytime soon?

So I'm waiting for the refund of my deposit. I'll update as soon as this case has been resolved.

So my case has now been resolved. Unfortunately I could never make that deposit. So I had to use another broker after 6 weeks from my attempt with kraken. Overall I'm happy Kraken did what they could even though I have been left out of pocket with a series of banking fees for deposits and processing charges for absolutely nothing. Paycash even took a pound of flesh for the pleasure of them sitting on my money for nearly 2 months. It seems Kraken are almost a prisoner to PayCash who have absolute authority and control in their business relationship.

Kraken stressed they do not offer any fiat based compensation as per their internal policy- instead they offered KFEE. I reluctantly accepted in the interest of drawing a line under this matter.

What I will say is that for any folks in the UK looking to deposit GBP via Kraken/PayCash - please don't. I've been scarred and unlikely to try SWIFT payments to Kraken ever again. This is no slight on Kraken - just on the rip-off, unprofessional, appalling PayCash that service this function. Seriously in today's world there is no place for companies like PayCash. I hope there is some measure of Karma in store for PayCash in the future.

The big thing that nobody will ever compensate me for is the loss of trading opportunity. I knew 2 months ago what bitcoin was going to do - and I tried to buy while the prices was £4xx. My average purchase price by the time funds had arrived (via another broker) was £560.

Cheers for the updated feedback.

Their place in this world would at least be eroded, if Kraken found another partner.
In any event, good to hear you feel Kraken has at least helped to bring this issue to a close. Not sure i would be so magnanimous.
Good luck.

Thanks for reading. Trust me there were moments when i could've lost it completely with this situation. But in the end, life is too short.
I would like to point out that on PayCash's website - Kraken's CEO features with a big endorsement of PayCash -full of praise. I would raise a very skeptical eyebrow and ask why Kraken would be so publicly supportive of a very disruptive partner.

I seem to be having an issue with a bitcoin deposit.  Deposited about 4.8 bitcoin this morning to my Kraken account (it's an active adress).  The transaction now has 8 confirmations but still isn't showing as "confirming" in my Kraken account, let alone have the coins been credited.

Anyone ever experience something like this?

Guys I have little experience on trading plus English it's not my native language since I'm Italian (actually my native language it's Venice countryside dialect Grin). So i have some doubts when I perfom orders on Kraken.

For example in a BUY order of Bitcoin using USD with a LIMIT price, I am not sure I understand the meaning of the "+=-" symbols near the word "Limit Price".
If you go over the "+" a note appears saying "positive offset from market price".
If I click on the "+" does this "positive offset" means for example in a BUY order for 10 Bitcoin with a Limit Price of 800$ but with a market price (the market price is unknown right?) of 795$ then the order will be executed at the 795$ price?

What exactly do you want to do? To place a simple Limit order, you should stay in the "Simple" Tab. That is usually all you need.

The + and - on the Advanced page does mean "market price - the number you type in".
So if the market price is 855 (market price is the price of last executed order I guess) and you type in - 850 , you will place an order at limit price 5€/BTC.

Thank you for your explanation Serpens66 but it is still not totally clear to me.
What I really need to do it is SELL STOP LOSS LIMIT orders for my Bitcoin and it is possible doing them only in the advanced tab.

When you select this type of order the tab has already pre selected the "-" in the "Stop Price" row, the "+" is even not possible to select it.
If for example in the Stop I select the "=" and I type 800$ this means if the highest price in the Bids (Buying) of the Order book drop to 800$ or below (also "or below" right?) then sell the Bitcoins at for example 790$ Limit price.
Is this correct?

If instead in the STOP I select the "-"and as before I type 800$ as Stop and 790$ as Limit, what does it change?
And also in the Limit Price I can choose the "+-=", why?
If someone can please explain me also making a couple of examples with numbers, that's would be great.
Or else if can link me a place where i can read precise explanations, I mean i'm not lazy, I just need to learn because now i'm not able to set STOP LOSS LIMIT selling orders which can be pretty helpful.
I read the Kraken guide but it is not that precise and detailed in the explanations, it even don't mentions these "+-=" options.

Merry Christmas to everybody!!!
