I don't see an option to cancel a ticket once it's created. Adding a cancel button could significantly reduce the number of open tickets and the workload for the support staff. Sometimes people open a ticket and then figure out how to solve the problem on their own a while later, or they think it's no longer significant.
Go to your ticket on the support page. In the reply box, tell them the issue is resolved. And when support sees that, they will close the ticket. Yes, you can indicate it's solved by replying to the ticket, but it would be nice for clients to have a way to solve their own tickets. Not sure it's possible, but we will look into this. Hi Dargo! I need HELP AND ADVICE. I've submitted the documents for verification AT kRAKEN and its been over a week. I have not got verified yet. I have submitted all the documents as well. Hi Dargo,
I registered only to write you here. I have a serious issue with Kraken which is now affecting my private life.
My deposit ( QCC3FQU-7BCD6C-43FUEJ ) has been sitting "on hold" on kraken since 26 May, which is now 5 days. I was supposed to transfer this money further to my family abroad who need it urgently. PLEASE urge this request as I am desperately checking every hour whether these funds have been made available to me on Kraken.

Update: I've alerted support to all ticket numbers posted or sent by DM since my last post. It may still take some time to get a response however. For account verification especially it could still take a long time. Some of you are posting again about issues that have already been escalated. In that case there's nothing further I can do.

Hello Dargo and everyone ! Just wanted to say that in my case, i have been verified for tier1 only 4 days after submitting the request. Now I'm still waiting for tier2 verification and it's been already 4 more days and nothing happens. I guess we all have the same issues. I hope that my ticket n°288392 has been escalated as I've already posted a message here. I'll be patient and thank you Dargo for your great work
