Hi, someone knows how to contact HITBTC?

I lost my phone at the end of July. So i opened a ticket to reset my 2FA (no reset code..), and had an answer few minutes after asking my account details.
I sent all required informations and id documents, got answered that my issue was flagged as high priority, and that I would be kept informed of the progress made.

I keep sending emails every week since the end of July, and never had any answer from the support. Tried to open a new ticket, sent emails to all address found (support+id16056@hitbtc.zendesk.com ; support@hitbtc.com ; support@hitbtc.zendesk.com) but NOTHING.

I won't insult the platform because it nevertheless works perfectly, but it seems that my messages are not read voluntarily (i had an answer within minutes the first time..)

Any advice? HITBTC are you here??  Huh

Please check my ticket #16056

Hello,

Just trying to understand how the fees work.

I am trying to buy ~$25 worth of DENT with ETH.  Here's what I'm seeing:
1 DENT is about 1e-6 ETH
I've got 0.076e ETH in the account
This means I can buy about 76,000 DENT

Now, the fee I see is 0.1%, seems reasonable.  This would be reasonable if the 0.1% was of the PURCHASE PRICE, or in other words $25 * 0.1% = 2.5 cents.

Instead what I am seeing is the 0.1% fee is based on the something else...   I am purchasing 76,000 DENT ($25 dollars worth, or 0.076ETH), and the transaction fee is 0.076ETH (25$!)

So what is going on here?  What is the 0.1% applied to?  This is specifically for Limit orders

If you could read those back pages here you can see that there are so many number of error claims happening on this exchange and sadly the dev of this site doesn't do anything to resolve those excisting troubles on there site. And people should look avoid this site so that future problems will not came on them and they should look for the owners feedback before doing there trades here.

I don't use hitbtc in daily basis. I use it sometimes because they list coins fast and I needed an alternative for poloniex. It turns out hitbtc is just as bad as poloniex. I think bittrex is the best one in the market now. Binance is an alternative as they have low fee.

Request: please keep an up-to-date list of withdrawal/network fees on your hitbtc.com/fees-and-limits page, and please update it soon. It's just a table--it should only take a few minutes.

Will do. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

What is the process for having a coin/token listen on your exchange?

You are welcomed to contact relations@hitbtc.com. Thank you for your interest in HitBTC!

Congratulations. I received a response to my Ticket #23907. I hope I can get my ETH soon.

Indeed you will. And we will report to you. We hope you'd forgive us for this delay.

Thank you HitBTC I've got ETH back.
I believe HitBTC will return it, and it's true. I am very happy.
Thanks HitBTC. Smiley Smiley

We're so happy to read that. Thank you for your trust.

Your coins are going to be with you within several hours.

after I generate an address for COINDASH and DENT, I can't get my address, deposit and withdraw button didn't work, can you help me? also, i can't move my balance from the main account to trading account.

Does the problem still exist? It may sound peculiar, but just simple clearing your cache & rebooting your browser is likely about to help.

That fee amount being displayed is a worst case scenario. It's likely that you won't pay amount like this ever.
What exactly is that scenario? This one: your order is being executed by a bunch of tiniest trades possible. It's important to understand that if you're performing a tiny trade with a cheap currency, the fee amount is being rounded, because it couldn't be less than 1 satoshi, for example. So, if you're performing a whole set of these trades, the total fee amount being summarised could reach frightening amount.

In reality orders are barely executed like THIS.
That's why there's no need to worry. It's safe. Thank you for trading with us!

This is one of the worst exchanges that has ever existed. Their volume is obviously faked, no one in their right mind would trade on this piece of shit more than a day before bailing

- Nearly impossible to find a page showing your open orders. One of the simplest and most obvious pages to have on an exchange, but they make it so you need to run an obscure report just to see your open orders
- you can only buy up to 85% of your total balance at a time. Have 1 BTC and you want to buy 1 BTC worth of XMR? Should be simple right? Not for HitBtc. You can only buy 0.85 BTC worth of XMR. You would then have to place a second order for no more than 85% of the remaining 0.15 BTC, and so on. Ridiculous!
- API is a complete joke. Don't even waste your time unless you love obscure errors and an inability to perform the simplest of transactions

Apparently they don't even check their support system, you need to post on Bitcointalk to hopefully get one of their staff to look at your ticket, as evidenced by the post right above this one.

In conclusion: Run, don't walk, RUN away from HitBtc

The "Reports" section could be found on the main exchange window. There's the "My orders" subsection.

Sorry, we're not exactly sure about what do you mean. It shouldn't be like this. There shouldn't be any trouble selling BTC for XMR. What exactly happens as you're trying to do it?

We are extremely sorry that we are leaving such impression. HitBTC is one of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges on the market, but it's always at the forefront and keeps moving forward. It wouldn't be possible for us to come such a long way and be the worst at the same time.
