HitBTC is absolutely fraud and trickster. They made on twitter a voting to which coin they should add to exchange ( Verge and DGB). After voting they said they will add both cryptos!
But already 1 month passed and they did nothing about. [/u]
Verge and DigiByte are going to be listed on HitBTC within 24 hours.
HitBTC.com is my favorite for trading, the thing that makes me love is the speed of loading and being the first refern for coins, I hope the customer service can be fixed again not from email only.
Thank you!
By the way, it isn't email only, you can manage your support tickets in your HitBTC profile:
in the support section.
How do altcoin developers have their coin listed in HitBTC? Is there an application and selection process or something like that? Does the exchange listen to the community and let them have a vote on what coin is listed next?
I heard that some exchanges require payment to have a coin listed. Is this also the same with HitBTC?
We have everything that you've mentioned.
Here's the
application form, also it makes sense to contact us at relations@, and in our
Twitter there are votes arranged once a month.
I've noticed a strange thing with fees that HitBTC charges if you want to buy coins for super low price.
<..>
Does anyone know why?
We do know. That fee amount being displayed is a worst case scenario. It's likely that you won't pay amount like this ever.
What exactly is that scenario? This one: your order is being executed by a bunch of tiniest trades possible. It's important to understand that if you're performing a tiny trade with a cheap currency, the fee amount is being rounded, because it couldn't be less than 1 satoshi, for example. So, if you're performing a whole set of these trades, the total fee amount being summarised could reach frightening amount.
In reality orders are barely executed like THIS.
That's why there's no need to worry. It's safe.
What purpose does BTU (now BUS) "Bitcoin Unlimited Support" serve? I thought these would credit to the fork in case of any hard fork. They did not.
So these are now a useless token, or is it actually pegged to any existence of a bitcoin unlimited thread?
https://blog.hitbtc.com/voting-results/
BUS tokens have no connection with the real BTU (which do not exist).
Usually I wouldn't bump a thread but in this case I think I am obliged as I have not received a single response from HitBTC in the 37 days from the date my initial issue was raised. What gives HitBTC? Do you just not care about your users?
Please forgive us for keeping you in the dark for such a long time. Won't happen again! Our engineers are investigating this issue, their reply will reach your inbox very soon.
withdraw bitcoin and ETH still need verification
Not at all. There is no need to verify your account for crypto trading, and there are no limits for crypto deposits and withdrawals.
