Is it a problem that the word "payments" is displayed at the very top of the deepbit.net main page?
I noticed the word 'payments' was changed to 'rewards'  on my account page.  Why not at the top?
Some words were changed in the process of working on multilanguage support, this may be fixed soon. Don't worry, it doesn't affects anything.
Actually I think that the word "Payments" in the top menu is correct since it points to a payments log page.
May be I need to fix the account page instead.

Actually, my initial assumption when I saw the word "rewards" was that you were trying to address legal concerns.  After all, controversy is looming in the air about whether or not Bitcoin is a currency, and some countries may be more strict in their interpretation of BTC.  To me, "payments" suggests BTC is money but "rewards" does not.

I actually think it's a good idea to switch all payment references to "rewards,"  What do you think?

I just had a balance of 0.02XXXXXX BTC, paid out and now have a balance of exactly 0 BTC. My client confirms that two bitcents are on their way from deepbit, but the rest just vanished...
(My deepbit nick is the same as here.)
I see your current balance as 0.00003623 BTC (website value can be delayed).
Was your balance 0.02003623 BTC or not ?

I'm not sure what the exact value was. I know that there should have been less than one bitcent left and after the payout it said nothing was left. I'd assume it was a display bug, but have no way of checking. If the 0.00003623 BTC was from before the 14:21:35 payout (UTC +2, if the timezone offset is applied to stats), I'd assume it was correct.

(In fact, the difference between what's been credited to the account balance and the current balance is great enough to suggest that nothing was lost; I just don't think that this kind of display bug is acceptable in the long run.)

PM me your login name so I can check when the message was really sent. May be it was delayed somewhere in transit.

Also, looks like you didn't noticed how e-mail alert works: https://deepbit.net/help/2#2
Blue/red text depends on received shares, but e-mail alert checks getwork requests to prevent false positives, so changing threshold doesn't affects this.

Correct.
The threshold value i stated because it felt like "one minute after seeing that your miners were down: we began to count to 3min, And when we did, you got the email"

PM'd you my info

---Also, My miners (with a 2min threshold [i understand the getwork Y/N=Alive/Dead/Why argument]) Constantly flickered into red "failure" (as i expected and intended) But i still have not recieved an email of "failed mining"

Where did the shares per block averages go on the stats page?  We're no where near a difficulty change.

I just watched several shares sent and show accepted by Phoenix 1.7.1
pool didn't count at least 3 of the shares

how can a accepted be sent back to the miner but pool total never counts them Huh
I'm seeing at least 5% loss per day for the last month alone

I reported this behavior over a month ago

hello !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I already sent you four PMs today, no need to add that many exclamation marks :)

Since you are experiencing this issue only with two PCs and only with phoenix, but not poclbm and I don't see any errors in your submissions, I can assume that it may be something caused my combination of the phoenix miner and your internet connection (or hardware).
I'll check my logs again tomorrow, may be I'll ask you to post sample share that was not accounted for (but not today, not ready to check it yet).

UPDATE: Looks like I found one possible reason. There may be a bug in the Phoenix miner that causes it not to check the allowed nTime rolling range, so on slow hardware this may cause some shares to be... well, almost valid.
This needs additional checking.

Currently the best miner is poclbm or poclbm-based GUIminer. Other miners may be sometimes a bit faster, but may contain some bugs.
