I don't know how you can NOT understand "up to 30,000 bitcoin" and "50% pre-mine" its staring right at everyone's face.  We can all do the math and surmise the repercussions from this deal.  You can't sweep it under the rug or divert our attention from it with tech talk.  100 questions wont answer that one.  If you can't figure out what everyone's main concern/disgust is and you have to gather a list of questions to ferret it out....I don't know how to respond to that.

50% of what? The amount of Ether issued after the IPO? The first year including mining? Year 5? You're flat our wrong in all cases. Stop making up numbers when you clearly don't know what you're talking about and try to reference some facts.

Why dont you try to explain it yourself?  50% of what smartass.  This whole thread is all about attacking anyone who has legitimate questions, trying to intimidate others.  Instead of acting like a natural born idiot why dont you explain yourself and present a good reason why its a good investment. All you same 4-5 shills do all day long on this thread is attack people who have questions with insults.  Why dont you explain and convince everybody about the percentages and why they deserve the money they are asking for and the amount of pre-mine they are planning.

eh...whatever, you are starting to bore me, you are like a broken record.  No new information or reason why Ethereum is such a good buy for investors.  Just attacking and insulting strangers.  I hope they are paying you well for your services.

yes they are paying me with klondike coins.

Well then you are in luck because Klondike is going to make you a lot of money.  You want to know why?  They have 6 full time certified devs working round the clock on the coin.  You want to know how much of it was pre-mined and pre-sold?  ZERO and ZERO.  So how do they make money?  Can you believe the devs are actually buying the coins in the market on their own?  They are putting in the sweat equity and putting their money where there mouth is.  They are not asking for handouts or any get rich quick plan.  They are investing their own money into their coins.  Thats why the coin will not fail.  What a concept can you believe that?

Why does no one ask the question WHEN? When the f*** does this coin start? Big announcements, a huge countdown. But not a single line of code. My guess? 2015. Maybe 2016. And do you know how the crypto coin world looks in a year or two?

I know several people how are already working on what you are just planning. They are half a year ahead. None of your ideas is really new. Dozens of crypto currencies will be released until Ethereum is finished. And Ethereum will have nothing new. Buy a time machine, travel two years into the past and start... At the moment, it's just a waste of time.

IPO just around the corner and still no word from the ether team ... chirp chirp.

with 4 founders and a dozen+ "developers, marketers, entrepreneurs, evangelists and partners"
you'd think they could spend sometime answering their potential investors and criticism...

  • silent on bitcointalk
  • blog is down
  • facebook inactive
  • 0 tweets on twitter

I guess they have more important things to do ...

This is why they need the 0.5X premine...to pay these people, many of whom are not even developers.

what are you talking about mate? they will have thousands of BTC to pay them , why the 0.5 premine?

I've added a question to the list:

(#) Ask them to make the case for why we need Proof of Work and the inflationary model of crypto-equity distribution? If Proof of Work is necessary for securing the blockchain, why aren't they going with a deflationary model which requires Ethers to be destroyed when spent to offset the justified inflation if it must be mined by Proof of Work?

I think its great.. the more risk and skepticism the less each individual is likely to invest.
which means far greater dispersion of shares.

same thing will happen with the miners.

If you believe anyone believes what they are reading or saying rather than understanding what your saying is true. In that case there could be a shockingly high amount of interest despite all this negativity.

I for one wont be investing the IPO is ridiculous, I'm out.
