Since v1.38 i have experienced a 5% drop in hashrate across all cards on 144/5. I have 3 rigs, 17 1080s and 1 1070. All of the cards are experiencing the same reduction. I am running HiveOS - Latest version - Driver 418.43.
Do the newer versions require less OC or is there a known bug?
It's true, on some cards with limited PL miner may show less hashrate, we will fix it in near update, however without limited PL it will show better hashrate than old version. The regression in performance is still an issue for 1080 and 1070ti cards. getting 67 Sols/1080 with v1.38, and only about 60 Sols with v1.39-1.45 |

Also noticed regression in performance on 1080, and as I don't want to increase PL% I will continue to use miniZ miner, which works nicely on 1080 (PL ~130W and --oc1).

how much sol`s on miniZ? Gminer 65-67 sol/per 1080@130W and 66-70 sol/per 1080@140W. |

Is there any intensity setting for gpu? so that it utilizes 90% and not 100%
What's algorithm/GPUs? Are you check utilization via nvidia-smi? |

hi, the algorithm which this miner supports. I want to surf my pc while mining so if a miner is only utlising 90% of the gpu then its possible to use the desktop or else its too laggy.
use "--intensity 90" to set GPU utilization to 90% for GPU0 |

I'm only getting 12-14sols mining BEAM on each 1070.
Do I need to upgrade nvidia drivers? on 416.34 currently

This is only happening on one rig. I have them all setup the same.
core +100
Mem -502
PL 70
all my other rigs get 22-23.5
same drivers same overclock.

No. I tried 100 PL and no change.
Ok this time when I remoted in I was getting 23 2 24 24 so I think I have an issue with GPU 2. Setting on that GPU were defaulted in afterburner. OC it again and start miner, all back to 12-13.

I go from version to another with the same issue on Windows 10 64-bit: I get the blue info text on startup but after that nothing happens: no pool connection texts, no errors, nothing, it just stays there doing nothing. I've tried various algos, adding parameters, removing parameters, adjusting intensity, GPU clocks etc., not being blocked by a firewall or antivirus either, it simply refuses to do any work. Any suggestions?
