If New Zealand spinner is able to pick 10 wickets and trouble Indian batsman who are known to play spin better in this pitch, you cannot expect any team to hold against the world class spinners India has and that is what we saw with New Zealand.

I am also feeling in same way this tour is completely waste of time and having some serious threat for players in current situation but as BCCI announced they will go ahead which is really shocking why they are insisting for this tour because Covid cases are rising very quickly many concerns and voices also rising, but we have to wait for official announcement from them in next few days what they are doing about this all.

Today India completely dominant in third day of match and now need just 5 more wickets to win this test and series Ashwin destroying batting line up very quickly like a champion bowler and now leading test wicket taker in this year.

Posted this couple of days back and that's a close reason of this tour getting green light according to SA's media and recent announcement is official. BCCI can't just leave Proteas in middle of crisis, they are already facing so many off-ground problems.

There is no question that players safety is must but it won't be a straight forward decision. CSA is in deep financial crisis and withdrawal from the Australia-England didn't help either so they are expecting BCCI to pull them out from this situation as this tour is worth almost half in value, what CSA receive from the ICC.

And then their is some political angle too. This tour is the 30th anniversary of South Africa re-entry to International Cricket after they faced a ban, coincidentally India was the first country to host them. India A and South Africa A already playing each other so it does look like that both boards don't want to cancel the tour, let's see what happens.

Thats really big and it isn't easy achievable. Such a long list of wins on the home country shows the potential of Indian cricket team on test cricketing. At different captaincy the team have played cricket and has won the 14 series. So, every captain have done the best of their ability and contributed to the win. The upcoming series will make things interesting, because everyone will watch whether the win continues or gonna get stopped.

Yes it was bit disappointing for India that they did not win this series 2-0 I think which they should have won. May be if siraj played the first test match instead of ishant sharma the result would have been differnt. But never the less india won this match comprehensively and would be happy with a series win. India got a lot out of this series with players like Iyer jayant axar and mayank agarwal performing well.

^ Newzealand should certainly have done better against India in batting. They should have known that it is going to be a spin track and they should have prepared better for it. I think their bowlers also should have done better. When the team scores more than 300 runs and all the 10 wickets are taken by one spin bowler then the bowling plan is not also to the point.
And about Bangladesh versus Pakistan test,  it could be a draw depending on the situation. But seeing Bangladesh performing so bad in test cricket I think that they would also be hoping for a draw.

the vaccines that India had were given to elderly people first then the young people and they were just considering giving it to the kids, but before they do that the new variant of coronavirus has been detected and if India tours under these circumstances, I think it will put the whole Indian nation at risk. But I honestly do not think that they will go through with their decisions and probably will cancel the tour later.

Right now it's not all about vaccination there are many other factors also working western media is exposing how these big multibillion medicine companies doing hypocrisy and having double or treble their profit in the name of this vaccination as effected peoples number increasing very quickly recently in many countries, and now we have this new Omicron which is the more problem right now specially in African countries can create serious troubles so better avoiding and staying at home is much better because always safety is very important but BCCI never thinks about this as they have their own agenda and money greediness which is now having some trouble for their players those are really important for their greediness.

because what are you going to do with the board if you don't have players to play?
What if the players get some sort of health issue because of this tour and what if the situation gets worse as this is a contagious virus?
What would they do then to save their players?
Where the money would come in the future if you don't have your players?

I don't think that any of the senior players would be willing to tour South Africa at this point. Even if they do, I wonder how they will be allowed back to India once the tour is over. They may be asked to undergo very strict quarantine for many weeks. Only around half the population in India is fully vaccinated and if there is another strain spreading through the population, it will result in a huge number of deaths, very similar to what happened during the second wave of April-May.

Only because Indian lower order and especially Spin bowlers Jadeja-Ashwin performed exceptionally well with ball and bat, recent addition is Axar patel.

This also sets a very dangerous precedent because almost everyone takes these home domination for granted even when fielding 2nd string team. Reminds of me Australian era of home domination tbh.

Having said that This current Indian team now need to win only 2 places. South Africa and New Zealand, if they want to register their names into history books.

Bangladesh have already lost 7 wickets and collected 76 runs till now. Day 4 has ended, Bangladeshi batting lineup will survive as long as Shakib Al Hasan isn't getting out. And they will loss the game if they perform in the same way during second innings. In that case, Pakistan will win the series by 2-0.

There could have been worse for Bangladesh than losing seven wickets for 76 runs. Bangladesh is no stranger being embarrassment, they undergo this as part of their normal routine. The quick dismissal raises the question of whether Bangladeshi batters care about anything? How long they have been expressing their novice attitude on the international stage. It's no wonder they come with the same excuse packs again because they have bundle packs of excuses. Things are weird with this Bangladeshi squad, and nothing can fix it.

The way Bangladesh is performing in tests, it seems that they really want their test status to revoke asap. Saw highlights and fuck, Couple of dismissal were really bad, looked like they were playing T-20.
