I'm reading too much comment here about Shahid Afridi and i would like to remind that he's the same guy who used to beat the shit out of his girls because he found them playing cricket and imitating hindi tv serial. Now it's up to pakis if they want such individual in the politics or not. IMO this kind of personality deserve mental asylum or jail.

Why would anyone beat up their kid for playing a sport. Are you all talking about the player who used to smash sixes but was not consistent with the bat right. I am hearing these accusation for the first time and i am not sure about his political inclination as well.

Shahid Afridi has hooked up her elder daughter with Shaheen Afridi and they will be getting married very soon. I don't think he did any such thing with her daughters for playing cricket or watching hindi serials. Still he is not a good choice as a politician. He can continue his career as model or may be as motivational speaker in future.

Watched couple of interviews where in one of em he was clearly saying that girls shouldn't play cricket at all and he stopped his girls from playing cricket or any outdoor game in public (By giving them chaped -thappad) in private they can play and regarding Hindi tv serial, he apparently got angry because his girls imitating hindu traditions like people do in diwali, holi and starting saying Namaste etc.

I remember he got trolled on social media for his male chauvinistic approach. This was in the year 2019 and I was able to find that video, you can check it here. Shahid Afridi might be a good player but if he becomes a politician then he will most probably ban female cricketers in Pakistan.

He wont do that, you can see her daughters now roaming across the world watching Pakistan team matches and chanting for Shaheen shah Afridi. Shaheen is very decent guy compared to what Shahid afridi was in his early 20s. As far stats of shahid afridi are concerned they are terrible, just have a look here.

Bro, I think education is obviously a problem when a certain person cannot decide how to talk with respect to others whom he does not know personally. and if that is the case with everyone I think there are certain problems in the education system also.

I have to say this, Shahid Afridi knows very well about parenting and I am quite sure that he knows very well what will work for his daughter to understand something which is better for them in the future. so unless you can have any good points and you can say that directly to Shahid Afridi I suggest you should keep quiet and don't bring anyone's personal matter that should not be made a big deal out of in here.

He is going to be a politician now or at least that's what I have been hearing about him. We call this is as mind set, and he is not alone in this class we have very big community those are still doing things like this in Frontier Areas because they are completely out of this world men are having many options, but sadly they are not allowing women's for anything like this and if someone tried to do or having any thoughts for their own sack no recovery for this person just end of his life or run away from this country and live into Europe or America even now you are not safe in these areas because recently we have many cases which are creating big threats and these respective countries are unable to do any good thing.

Class gape is also widening even now mobile and cable is having some impact, but we still need some long time for more changes and improvement in life of women's from these areas.

He was very emotional player - people are mocking him but making memes by  telling him that we never criticised bowlers when you used to come back to pavilion on DUCK. I think Afridi is trying to gain extra fame by pretending he is Imran Khan.

Well.. I somewhat agree with this statement. When Danish Kaneria was in the cricket team, there was another non-Muslim in the playing XI (Yousuf Youhana, who later became Mohammad Yousuf). While Danish was free to follow his religion, Yousuf changed his religion and became a Muslim (a lot of people claim that he did so in order to gain a permanent slot in the playing XI). And another player (Shoaib Akhtar) used to dissociate himself from religious activity (his views might have changed now). So in the end, I don't see any clear bias in terms of religion.

In Pakistan a lot of people are religious but I highly doubt that here cricket board has some issues with the players being of another religion because they are a big cricket board and if something like that happens they will be in big trouble. I really don't think that the players who have converted to Islam, really did not have anything to do about this with being a permanent player in the playing 11. they did it more because they just love religion.
