On the other hand, Bossing's import Krutwig got his first 20-18-10 triple double in this conference. I don't know for others but for me, this is the first time that I saw an import who focuses also on passing aside from shooting. Most of the time when we see imports in PBA, we often see them shooting, but Krutwig is different since he is also passing. I think with how they are playing; they might reach the playoffs again this conference.

Good import indeed, however, we cannot deny that Blackwater has really improved, they have a roster that plays like a good teammate, and they don't rely on someone that's why they are fun to watch now. In fact, even in the all Filipino cup, they are already fun to watch, it's just that they are not a championship team but they are a competitive team.

We can see that, but improvement is not enough, they should be a title contender if they want to be a champion, but if this team is just a farm team, then there's no chance there will be a consistent improvement as their big boss might just take away their best player as long as they see he is ready to play on their team.

From 2010-present year, only 3 independent teams got a title.
Rain or Shine in 2015-2016 Governor's cup, Alaska in 2012-2013 Commissioner's Cup and Petron in 2010-2011 Governor's Cup. I'm not sure though if Petron is an independent team at that time.

The point is for the past 13 years, the league has been dominated by SMC or MVP and those independent teams will still be a farm team. It's kind of frustrating to see that the league is being focused on these 2 big companies, but I guess there's nothing we can do about it as PBA Fans. As for Blackwater and for the rest of the independent teams, they will never win a title if the current system is still the same. Independent teams will always be farm teams and if this doesn't change, they will not win a title.

Maybe you got just confused.

PBA can't just change the series of matches. The scheduled match on eliminations is fixed. Only the date schedule is changing for various reasons such as typhoons, pandemic, or any things that can affect a certain game schedule. But when it comes to the replacement of the team, it's rare.

Yeah, maybe I was just confused, it's probably because I want to see a team that could potentially beat the Bay Area Dragons.

But still, I can't move on to my parlay bet last night. The reason is really unacceptable and that was SMB losing to Blackwater. Can't imagine that game will be the reason to crash my parlay bet where in fact that leg should be an easy pick. -sigh-

Same here, not betting on the spread but I will go with the moneyline, I'm pretty sure I'll get +300 the lease. Actually, parlay bet is fun because of the high reward, and I agree that SMB the champ in the past conference should win that game, but Blackwater was the better team and that parlay was destroyed. There’s no team that is unbeatable they just need to play with their game perfectly and outsmart their opponent, with that game Bay Area did an exceptional job on beating Converge. That’s still a close game but that doesn’t mean Bay Area just got luck here, they work on every point and they really deserve the win. With their remaining games, I believe Bay Area will advance to the next round, it’s really good for a guest team.

But look at how Converge is able to cut down the lead. They are behind by 22 points in the 4th quarter with 10 minutes left.

Their first 4 games are against the independent teams who we know that are always at the bottom.

Their next games are against SMC and MVP. The top 6 teams in the PBA and this is the true challenge for them. Their performance in their remaining games will dictate how they will perform in the playoffs. Bay Area almost lost to NorthPort and Converge last night already got the momentum, but it's just that they can't make the job done.

That is not new to RR Pogoy. He's been always one of the faces of the team since he was drafted. That's why he is even included in the Gilas pool for a long.

If you remember also last All-Filipino Cup, he's the only consistent player of TNT that always ended up in big production.

Yes you are right about that mate and we can not denied the fact that pugoy now is one of the best players in TNT after he was drafted by PBA a few years ago he now surpasses or let's say in his prime age he gain more strategy and applying it while he is inside the court and also he will made it without a doubt after Mikey Williams got injured that affect a plays pugoy now is the top of the best player in TNT team.

Just play the usual defense. They don't have to put pressure on that. Forcing them to stop that tall guy will just ruin the entire defense since they need to put a double team on that in order to slow that 7'5" guy down inside the paint. That was a risky move as Ginebra shouldn't let a free guy from the Dragons with no defense at all.

While Bay Area Dragons is having the height advantage then Ginebra should just do their specialty which is perimeter shooting and doing 3s from the rainbow area. If that didn't work, they will be doomed against the Dragons.

With coach Tim Cone's coaching brilliance, i know that there is already a game plan on how to deal with this Bay Area Dragon's giant as always. With Justin Brownlee i think they will play small ball and will try to outrun these visitors because that is the advantage that they have as I see it.

Yes, I agree with you that it's unusual and almost close to rare seeing Ginebra Moneyline odds reaching at least @4. As one of the considered top teams in the league, we won't see decent odds like that for Ginebra against every team.

Wow @4 odds and we are talking about Ginebra wit Brownlee for sure a lot of gamblers who also fan of Ginebra will take that without any doubt. Though if you are not a heavy gambler or I mean you are not after a huge odd the handicap is also attractive @1.85 +8.5 that's decent just in case Ginebra losses the game but from how we have seen both NP and Converge game results.

Something that gamblers that will surely look at their bookies right now, just like what i thought the odd now is only @3.10, and the handicap is only +6.5 now.

Because of the good standing of Bay Area, the odds are in favor to them but we should not underestimate Ginebra because we know that they are the good team and having that odds is really hard to pass. The crowd will be there and for sure Ginebra will do it’s best to get another win, Bay Area should be more prepared for this since most of their games are very close which put them at a bigger risk of losing against Ginebra.
