I believe Ginebra is a strong team, they can come back even with a huge deficit and they are good in the 2nd half.
Have bet for Ginebra before the game started and as I have said in my post on our local board that this is a very risky bet as Meralco is a strong team and this is a conference where they don't have a Justine Brownlee that could score for them if they badly needed one, no go-to-guy. A lot of time remaining and hope they will recover and win the first game of the series. You are right, things are even getting worse, there's no way Ginebra can still come back in this game with less than 5 minutes left in the game only. Word on the street is that the Lakers just offered Jamal Crawford a 1-year contract. Crawford is one of the best sixth man to ever play in the NBA and a relentless scorer. I could see him coming off the bench for a few good moments when they need a bucket. He’s old, but many NBA players were surprised he didn’t have a contract last year, as he’s still one of the better players in the league.
Hmm, not sure about this though, is the Lakers not learned from last year's debacle? I mean getting old and veterans players? and it didn't click right? No doubt that Crawford can play and one of the best cross over during his prime, but I'm not sure if they still need a guy like him and to be a scorer? He is not a good defender as well so honestly, I will be baffled if they get him. As a knick fan I love me some Jamal Crawford but I tend to agree. There are plenty of vets that can still ball but in the backcourt position if you are a step slow on defense than in your earlier years it diminishes your value. Outside of a select few this is a young man's game and I want mobile guards for sure. Lakers trying to do anything they can if they sign Crawford up. A big fan too of the shake and bake maestro but I don't know, there must be a different purpose into why they want Crawford in their roster. Maybe mentally? He may be one of the greatest sixth man in the league but those knees are growing weaker as you age. I don't see him being given even 20 minutes of playtime, it will be more of boosting the morale of their bench. He is already 42 years old, the same age as Udonis Haslem and this guy is not playing anymore, so I don't think he could play more minutes. Lakers are really fun of investing in veterans but they don't know how to utilize them effectively, maybe they have to change strategy, put the young guns, and develop them. |

Most countries are giving excuses and reason for banning Bitcoin is because it can easily be used to fund crimes.
But I think they are afraid of losing control of their citizens' financial activities because they believe being the ones regulating financial activities makes them powerful.
What are your thoughts
If people will focus on fiat, the government will always take advantage of the people since fiat is always controlled by the government, and that they get to trace the people’s fiat activities. However, with bitcoin, it’s hard for them to control its people’s activities because bitcoin is decentralized. So aside from being suspected that it funds criminal activities, bitcoin is also treated as a bad influence to people since its taking them away from the government. Whatever the reason, I think it’s very clear that the government will use a lot of excuses just to stop people from trusting and using bitcoin in the future. |

I've come to terms with waiting a few years before I can see a possible recovery in order to sell, I'm not too worried despite the upsetting situation in the market and the economy in general. Having made that mistake in the past, where I abandoned Bitcoin in 2018, only for it to recover two years later, rendering it one of the largest mistakes I made involving cryptocurrencies, as it was an opportunity that could possibly result into thousands in profit.
Good profits always come to those who learn to be patient and stay positive mindset despite of the market condition that is very bearish. What we have at the moment is never new at all, as bitcoin has plummeted it’s price and is considered a lot of times, but look at the price now, it’s starting to recover and we all know that if the market turns green already, we will always see bitcoin skyrocketing and reaches its new ATH again. |

Is it true that new altcoins are the best to invest in right now? Someone said you can easily make better profits from new projects than investing in old altcoins that have already x their values already, what do you think? Good or bad idea.
I would say it’s possible but not most of the time because most of the new projects nowadays are only clone from bitcoin, or from old established altcoins, which do not guarantee if they can survive the market uncertainties or if they can sustain the demand of the crypto community. Although there are exceptions but it only happens if that project has high potentials to grow and of course not motivated with greed. |

Anyone noticing new projects still raising millions of dollars? Mohash and Dynamic for example, I think new projects will replace lots of top altcoins in coming years and my advice to young investors is to find new projects to mix with their portfolio, remember that Matic, Polkadot, Avalnache are once all new projects in 2018/2019..
And let the newbies know too that there is more risk in new projects than old projects since they mostly developed from greed and selfish desires of their very own developers. That is why a lot of new projects these days end up as scams and some suddenly lose their value because they were not able to meet the market demand. Although not all new projects have the same fate, but it’s always good to take caution first before you end with regrets since you have invested in the wrong projects. |

A couple of days ago all I have seen are a lot of threads where people ask questions about the possibility of Bitcoin going down to $1 or coming to an end because they are panicked that Bitcoin may not experience another surge in price due to how the market downtrend a lot in just a few days ago. Are you wondering the reason behind this sudden surge in the price? It's because "CCP tanks protecting banks because the Bank of China (Henan branch) declared that people's savings in their branch are now investment products and can't be withdrawn."The world we are living in is far from perfect and issues like this where the institutions and FEDs take advantage of the people will always happen. This will make people realize the purpose of BTC and before that happen hold your bag when you can. Always remember, not your key not your coin. If the government create a stupid decision regardless if it’s unfair for the people or not, I guess that won’t matter anyway since they also have to set their plans and make them realized. This is why we should not be trusting the centralized government in the first place, otherwise we will be taken advantage with our money and possessions. If only people did realized the purpose of bitcoin and having it as our own bank, then this type of problem should have never happen. |

What could be the state of Bitcoin in the future?
This is discussed all the time but I am asking this question because my elder brother said that after 2025 Bitcoin will not exist anymore and will be completely dead. He also said that after 2025 Bitcoin will not be mined so that Bitcoin will not be able to hold its own position.
So I would like to know from you how reasonable this statement is?
Your brother must lack the information or he simply does not know what he's talking about. If you came to research, you will know that bitcoin has a lot in store for 2025. Aside from predicting that its price will be over $100k at that time, it will also gain more adoption from big countries. So if those things will be realized gradually, then what's the reason for bitcoin to be completely dead? How can a newbie invest in good altcoins? I know about BTC and ETH but I think I can make more money from altcoins instead of BTC and ETH, I did my research and I have a few projects in mind but I don't know if they are worthy..

There's no harm in trying unless you're ready to lose. If you think they will satisfy your personal interest, then do what you think is right. After all, your money, your own will to decide. But always know that new projects these days bring a lot of risks. If you can stay away from them, much better. But if you want to try and take the risk, then always take cautions on the coins you want to invest. Search for red flags that will help you determine if they good to invest or not. |

I have seen some of those apps, specially I have seen Xiaomi's credit app called "Mi Credit", according what I have read it is popular in India (one's of Xiaomi's most important markets).
I am not familiarized with the interest of these apps and whether they are predatory or not, as a rule of thumb, credit is supposed to be a tool for emergency expenses but unfortunately I am aware that there are people in both developed and developing countries that put themselves in a position of increasing debt risking their credit scored and personal finances.
If possible, if you want to borrow money, go to your nearest friends or relatives first because they won't be putting high interest on your loan. As taking loans could bring risks, but in times right now, taking loans has already been a norm especially if you need rush money due to some unforeseen, emergency events. However, be more cautious enrolling in some loan apps online as they can be source of scams or whatsoever.
