It was such an amazing start for Haaland and Rodri. But especially Haaland impressed people a lot by scoring 2 goals already. He is just continuing from where he left off. Haaland has already broken a goal record in one season in the Premier League. But it looks like he is always competitive to go for new records.
Let's see whether this will be another very consistent season for him. It was a pretty easy victory for Manchester City as well. I had a small doubt about them after seeing how they were defeated by Arsenal first but they showed that they are ready for a new season in the Premier League already.

Chelsea must be really thankful for Caicedo's loyalty. Because he was wishing to join their side from the beginning already and he didn't change his mind even in the current situation. Brighton were just caring about having the highest bid for him but now Liverpool's offer won't matter anymore.
But Brighton are still expecting to see an improved offer from Chelsea to sell him to them. As Liverpool have increased the level to a higher place Chelsea will need to offer a little more than 110 million pounds. But at this point I don't expect them to give up of course.

It is really unbelievable that Liverpool intervened in the last minute for Caicedo by paying 10 more million pounds.  Chelsea must be devastated after Brighton accepted Liverpool's offer as final. Brighton were going to accept the highest offer until the end of the day as far as I have read. So Chelsea will need to find a new alternative to Caicedo from now on. After this news I'm curious about whether Chelsea can still go for Lavia. Because Liverpool have already agreed with Caicedo who is another defensive midfielder. Bayern Munich need to solve their centre-forward problem first and then I can be more confident about them. This was one of the main reasons why they struggled more than normal last season. They needed a striker like Lewandowski. Finally they have found their candidate who is Kane but there is still no agreement on transfer fee.
One way or another they should finish this job successfully. Apart from that they need a goalkeeper as I already said. In addition maybe they would make use of a winger as well after Mane's departure but it isn't priority of course.
The problems with the center forward play are already solved and I guess they are going to hire Harry Kane because even Tottenham can't eject the offer when they increase the price for this player and they will accept the offer from Bayern Munich, even Kane's wife is trying to find a house on Germany and this can show us the transfer is done and they are going to sign the contract soon. Yeah I have read Fabrizio Romano's tweet later. Tottenham have accepted a deal which is 100 million euros plus up to 20 million bonuses. Finally this deal is happening for Bayern Munich. They had to spend a lot of money on this transfer. But I don't have question marks about this agreement. Even though Bayern Munich are about to pay a huge amount of money to Tottenham and Kane combined I believe they will still benefit from this deal significantly in the long run. We are only two days away from an Athletic Bilbao - Real Madrid game. This is a quite tough game to start the season for Real Madrid honestly. If it wasn't an away game then maybe things might have been a little easier. When we look at their head-to-head history in this stadium Real Madrid have actually been quite successful.
But as this is the first game of the season it is still difficult to predict how Real Madrid will start. Their addition of Bellingham to the team is really important as he is a very skilled young midfielder who can be regular in the starting lineup. I wonder whether we will see him in this game. I think Real Madrid will manage to win this by one goal gap.
Real Madrid's position is complete, with the exception of the striker position, but even though they have players like Rodrigo and Joselu who can fill that position, I am not satisfied with it, so I predict that Real Madrid will start La Liga in good performance and also end it in good performance. After hearing that Chelsea aren't interested in Vlahovic deal now I'm curious about what his future will be this summer. Because so far he hasn't been doing well with Allegri's system. The number of goals he scores has dropped down a lot. He just can't get enough chances in this system now. This swap deal is not that profitable for chelsea. Lukaku did better than Vlahovic last season. Why trade him and give extra money to Juventus?? It doesn't make sense. I really support chelsea to sell lukaku to another club. Chelsea will be able to get fresh money instead of wasting money to get vlahovic which is only having average performance. The smart club will also think about that. Juventus needs to sell vlahovic to the somewhere else. Vlahovic is not worth 75m. We can categorize his performance as bad enough. It's a loss for chelsea if the club deals to swap lukaku + extra money for vlahovic. Honestly I think he should still leave for another top team whose system would fit his playing style more. I would love to watch him at Real Madrid for example. Because Real Madrid are also in search of a striker and Mbappe is likely to join them only by next summer as it seems.
Vlahovic is not even worthy to be recruited by real madrid. Juventus puts exorbitant price for him which doesn't make sense. The old lady needs to decrease vlahovic's price first before it can continue to offer him to the another club. There will be none interesting sign him as a new striker. Vlahovic didn't do well last season because he doesn't fit Allegri's system. You must be remembering how great he was playing for Fiorentina before coming here. Normally he is a way better scorer than Lukaku now. I think taking only one season into account isn't a healthy assessment for these players. Apart from that Real Madrid have signed Joselu for example. If he is worthy to play for them Vlahovic should definitely be worthy in my opinion. Arsenal have spent around 230 million euros on transfer fees this summer. This amount is only for three players at the same time. They have made a big investment into their midfield especially. Rice and Havertz will have a big responsibility in their roles. Especially Rice will be expected to perform even more considering his cost and skills.
Rice can make the midfield much more reliable in time to help decrease the number of goals Arsenal concede as well. When it comes to Havertz I'm not too much expectant from him for now. First we need to see how he will perform in his natural role here. I guess Arteta wouldn't put him in the centre-forward position much.

Manchester City in this season lost two key players, Riyad Mahrez to Al Ahli and İlkay Gündoğan to Barcelona which means they had to hire a money player in this transfer window to fill these empty places in the team but Lucas Paquetá is the player Guardiola wants to hire and sent him offer however Lucas Paquetá is still under contract with West Ham and they need to have negotiations with West Ham to hire this player, I'm also sure West Ham will not lose this player easily.  Not only Paqueta but also Wirtz has been on their radar as well. However it looks like they are closer to signing Paqueta now. Honestly Wirtz would be a wonderful investment into the future. The opening game is Burnley - Manchester City. On paper of course this is a comfortable matchup for Manchester City. However this is the beginning of the season so let's see if we would see some struggles. They started the season with a sad loss against Arsenal in the Community Shield game. Liverpool have been trying to sign Romeo Lavia so far but now I see Chelsea are also in this race to steal him from Liverpool. It is said to be a 48 million pounds offer by Chelsea. This is quite a high amount of money so I wonder how true this rumour is about the transfer fee. But it looks like Liverpool are closer to signing him now.
Liverpool have been in need of a midfielder after losing Fabinho and Henderson both. Lavia is a quite young midfielder though but talented at the same time. I hope to see him adapting quickly and performing decenly. He is a defensive midfielder so he would play in Fabinho's position mostly.

I think the transfer is not going to be done any time soon because Lukaku doesn't want to play in a team where they are unhappy about him and they can't have a good atmosphere there. However, is clear yet and they can still have negotiations.  I don't know if Juventus officials would be affected negatively by the reaction of fans to this possible transfer. But if Lukaku doesn't want to go there because of that then there is no way such deal is happening. In this case it starts to look like Chelsea won't be able to get rid of Lukaku this summer which is bad news for them. In Nkunku's absence Chelsea would make use of a striker transfer by giving Lukaku in a swap deal as well. Vlahovic is normally a decent candidate for them but let's see. |

Chelsea - Liverpool is going to be a pretty interesting matchup on the first week of the new season already. It is pretty hard to predict which side would come out on top here. It is more like a tie game to me for now. Chelsea were much worse last season maybe but I hope not to see them the same this season too.
I believe Pochettino will do a better start for Chelsea. But still it is really difficult for them to win this game. Liverpool have made good progress in the recent rimes of last season. If they maintain that they wouldn't lose here easily. I expect a draw at the end and both teams to score as well.

But despite offering a lot of money for him Tottenham chairman is just continuing to resist. I don't know how long he can maintain this attitude against Bayern Munich. They should improve their attempts for signing Vlahovic by giving Lukaku in a swap deal plus cash. They should drop being stubborn about finding 35 million pounds cash too much now.
Because they can't rely on Lukaku at this moment. I know Jackson is another new striker signing but this still doesn't feel good for me. Chelsea should go for Vlahovic and finish the deal as soon as possible. I believe it will be worth sending Lukaku and having him instead.

Inter still haven't extended Inzaghi's contract despite having a wonderful season with multiple titles and qualifying for the Champions League finale as well. Maybe they want to wait because they want to see Inter fighting for the league title again. You know they couldn't do so in the previous season due to having a bad run for some time first.
He has one year left on his contract now. But I feel like this extension will happen during this season. Because I expect Inter to be a part of the title competition this time. In the last times they made progress about their defense and offense both.

Neuer won't be available for a while and even when he returns I don't know if he can meet the expectations from now on. Sommer has also left the team so Bayern Munich are absolutely in need of a goalkeeper now. I still believe that David de Gea is the best option available in the market.
David Raya was also a target once but he has joined Arsenal now. There is no need to wait any longer for Bayern Munich as a result. de Gea is still a goalkeeper who can be trusted very much. He was still performing great for Manchester United until leaving the team.
