681  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in Marketing on: July 11, 2023, 09:58:29 PM
Marketing is an important key to a successful business, if your products is seen in various ways of advertisement then you need to worry less because that will speak to your customers and bring more customers to you. However, small business lack the idea of marketing their product in a smaller way through social media but I think that nowadays youths makes use of social media to advertise their stuffs than before.

It is only agricultural produce that don't need marketing because it is part of our basic needs. The good thing with marketing is that it creates awareness for people both far and near.

Lucky that we are in the digital age today, you can very well use social media platforms to market your services or products for free.
Before, companies are spending tons of money with their ads. Now, even small time businesses can easily launch their product via social media channel.
And at the same time, make sure your customers will be satisfied with your services or products.
Because once they are happy about it, word of mouth is a powerful tool in marketing, which is free as well.
682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: July 11, 2023, 09:37:46 PM
This is boxing. Tyson Fury is a boxer. Francis Ngannou is a MMA fighter. Who is going to win? Tyson Fury is just still the superior while Francis Ngannou do not have boxing skills, he will just train for it, although there is time for that but I see him as the underdog.

Yes, but there are still hype around this fight though. Maybe what people want is how Francis can be at boxing because of the power he shows in the MMA. But as you have, Tyson is a boxer and so he has all the tools to offset the power that Francis possesses.

Fury was able to withstand Wilder's knockout punch, he went to the canvass and was able to recover in the first fight. But in the second he adjusted so well that Fury's can't hit him clean. In paper this is good, but Tyson is more superior, but good for Francis, as he will get his biggest pay.

No doubt, bookies will favor Fury when it comes to odds. He has the advantage when it comes to boxing.
We will see if Francis is up to boxing, he may discover that he will like this sports and may continue later on.
At least, get some money out of this before he is out of any sports. But Tyson should be cautious about the power punch from Ngannou.
He can be knock out if he is not careful inside the ring. Remember, upsets can happen all the time.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: July 10, 2023, 03:07:52 PM
COVID-9 is indeed the biggest trigger so that online gambling is developing so fast, and what is also one of the triggers is because the world is currently turning digital, everything is done via the internet, as long as you have an internet connection, people will be able to carry out activities. And what's most fun is that it can be done anywhere and anytime, unlike land-based casinos where players have to go to the casino, and what's also no less fun is that we play it in secret without the closest people knowing.

Online gambling is $63 billion.
All the gambling is $449.04 billion.

Some of you have no idea why we do go gamble, the ones playing online are mostly doing it for pennies, whales are doing it for the whole package, I've seen guys throwing tens of thousands one after other in Casinos after paying just a few hundred because they've started to enjoy the atmosphere, with online you don't have the real thrill at all.
Even experts don't quote online to reach even 25% by 2030.

We can't deny the fact that land-based casinos are still high in numbers when it comes to their revenue.
These high rollers are maybe more comfortable doing their gambling activities in their traditional ways.
But some of these high rollers are finding their way in online casinos already as we have seen some bets in crypto casinos.
This is one of the good things in online casinos, you can see how much bet is going on, even if we say we don't know those people.
The number of online gamblers will further increase in the coming years, as more and more younger generation are open to this type of gambling.
684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How real? That football players required to bribe before they are allowed to play on: July 10, 2023, 11:45:35 AM
I think there are people like that everywhere who have to pay bribes to be able to play for a club or national team, but not all countries are like that maybe the football federation in Cameroon will regret after seeing Mbappe play for France, whereas we know that if Mbappe plays for the Cameroon national team, of course it will be very good to be able to bring the Cameroon national team to play well in the World Cup.

Unfortunately maybe there are management regulations or there are people who really damage the image like that, I'm not a Cameroonian but if that's the case maybe the Cameroonian team will really miss and Mbappe already has a proper place in France because there he feels valued compared to Cameroon.  Cheesy

I wouldn't generalize such case like that. That is true, some of them are ruining the image of a certain team.
But it is happening around the globe, not only for Cameroon but even for small teams.
I guess, bribery is one of the negative aspect in every business, not only in sports but all the other businesses out there.
There will be no bribery if the official won't accept bribes. But unfortunately, some are accepting such bribe because of greed.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Durning bull market we will received many good bounty? on: July 09, 2023, 09:59:07 PM
The bounty time almost death now so if bull market will coming then we can received lot of good bounty!
There are no good bountys available to earn money right now. So what's your target? When we will received good bounty?
Okay, let me tell you that it was hard to see good bounties anymore. Sadly, it was noticed that bounties these days are mostly scams, maybe some are not but it was very unfortunate that you can't sell your rewards because it was not yet listed on any exchanges. These are the reason why hunters had stop from joining and promoting them as they are spending time and effort but got nothing in the end.
Yes, it wasn't like before that many hunters become rich through this but now, it was only disappointments and frustrations.

One thing you can do is find another crypto service that you think you're good at.
Maybe trading, staking, or making an article about crypto or other freelance jobs that pay crypto.
Don't limit yourself with bounties, because the truth is, it is very rare nowadays that you will join a legit bounty.
Why not explore other opportunities and look for better jobs? Below are just few sites that you can look up and see if your skills fit in -

686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 09, 2023, 09:39:14 PM
Good point on Fulton being inactive, but I think he can overcome it though, sign of great boxers, so for sure he might have adjusted already.

On thing is that this is the first time that Inoue is going to 122 lbs, so that is only the big question whether he can cope with the weight or it's going to be a big plus for him as he will not have to weight drain just like in 118 lbs.

So let's see if Fulton will be the first one to give Inoue that big L on his record or Inoue continue on making history in boxing.

I wouldn't question Inoue's capacity. Even if he may not be as dominant as he was in the bantamweight division, I still believe that in a close fight, Inoue will come out on top. Judging from Fulton's past performances, I think Inoue's quickness will be able to counter his style. In the end, if the fight goes to the judges' scorecards, the boxer fighting in his home country will likely be given the win.

Yes, that is very likely but I wouldn't want to see Inoue winning in the hands of the judge's scorecards especially if the fight is close enough because it will not be a good image for him as people will just see that he was given a favor because the fight was contested on his country. But I'm kind of confident that it will not reach into the judge's decision, no offense to Fulton's fans, but just like you mate, I've also reviewed some of Fulton's fight and I can somehow say as well that Inoue's swiftness and power can do the trick,

We will know what kind of performance he will give to the people during the fight itself.
But right now, we can just speculate on what may possibly happen inside the ring.
Also, Japanese people are one of the honest people on earth, so I don't think the judges will favor him on this match.
And when it comes to going up this weight division, it is only 4lbs higher, so it is not that much that will give him trouble.
By now, he is already adjusted to this weight because he has training as well. Couple more weeks and we will see this much anticipated fight.
687  Economy / Gambling / Re: Challenge One Million Dice Bets with Profit every week. on: July 09, 2023, 09:02:31 PM
    -   I don't know what OP is saying, I'm just not sure if others have noticed it. It's just simple to me, if you don't want to gamble and you want to stop it, you can do it if you really want to. Now, if you really don't want to, but you can't see what's going on in your work, you're just fooling yourself.

It only becomes difficult to stop gambling from addiction if we ourselves don't really help it, if we really don't want to we will find a way to do it. We will not only ask for advice from other people.

This topic is dedicated for is challenge about playing Dice game using 100$ bankroll per day while streaming. He probably want to experiment on having a consistent profit result through Dice game. He just make a brief summary of past 2 threads which probably the one that you read and confused you to the real purposed of this thread.

The problem is the impossible goal of continuous gambling with profit.  I say it impossible because I had an experience in dice with the highest odds of winning eventually eating my bankroll after a long session.  With the house edge, it is near impossible to run a dice bets 24/7 without losing.

Anyway, The OP promised to be 24/7 online his streaming account is always offline everytime I check when I see this thread. One thin is for sure that OP is just pure talk.  Cheesy

That is disappointing, I was made to believe that he will continuously stream his bet (does not really need his 24/7 presence since dice bet can be automated) .

I don't think anyone can sustain to continuously play on this game and stream it all the time.
That's too exhausting in my opinion. And definitely, the OP can't keep up with this promise.
And for those who will believe that you can be a winner if you won't stop playing such game like dice, then, maybe, you need a reality check here.
Consistent result via dice game, that's very hard to achieve. As we know such game is based on luck combined with house edge.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympic Games, but doping is allowed?! on: July 09, 2023, 08:24:23 PM
Enhance and unlock these athletes' potential. He's still got some and that's why he said that. It's just going to be a matter of time until the authorities will even intervene on this. They'll take those drugs for enhancement and that's going to do no good with the athletes that will participate on it. I guess it's only going to be some matter in the future that this president of this org will even say that this could be a joke and will pull a card to say that it's all just a prank.

We don't know the sincerity of this, if this is just a joke or what.
But in case they will push thru this kind of event, allowing athletes to dope, I believe some of them will get into trouble.
It is because we don't know to what extent it will affect the athlete's behavior, where being impatient or aggressive can be one of the after effect.
Well, if they will make this happen, we will know if this kind of event is possible or the organizers will regret of handling this event.
The athletes may go to the extreme of using such drugs just to see how it will affect his performance, maybe, they can implement a limit of use.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 09, 2023, 02:20:21 PM
There are a lot of gamblers who become successful by being lucky. Like they don't spend a lot of time in gambling but they were able to win a jackpot, making them successful/rich. However, you can't consider them as an addict. Not all gamblers who win a huge amount of money spend a lot of time, money, and effort in order to win. Some are just lucky enough. Also if you're going to search for the meaning of a professional gambler in google, this is the definition you'd get.

Quote
A professional gambler is someone who has complete control over the time, money and energy they spend on gambling. They are seen to be more skilled at gambling than other gamblers, and are considered at low risk for addiction.

I haven't met anyone I can consider as a professional gambler or if that really exists but probably they're called a professional because they spend time studying about it and they are "professional" where they don't let their emotions affect their gambling.

I believe, you can see professional gamblers more on the poker players as well as sports bettors.
Because some people can really make a living out of these gambling games.
But if you are talking about luck-based games such as dice, roulette, I don't think you can have someone to be professional gambler and at the same time living from this kind of game.
And if they are professional so to speak, it means, they can contain themselves when in front of their games and control how and when to stop.
Addicts usually have no control of what they are doing, they keep on pushing themselves up until they are broke or deep in trouble with debts.

691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think at some point government will change its stand and adopt Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2023, 09:58:43 PM
It has been obvious that the government had been adjusting its laws and regulation to accommodate cryptocurrency.  They may be at some point in the neutral zone but we all had observed how some government are wanting to take advantage of the growing industry.  Since they knew that they will be missing out if they just don't go along the flow of technology.

Aside from that, we all know that the only constant in this world is change so asking whether the government has the possibility to change its stance then for sure it is a yes.

Everything is a possibility as they change their perspective towards the crypto market.
Just like many known businessmen or personalities who had negative view towards bitcoin in its early years,
they can alter their approach by modifying some laws to accommodate the businesses related to crypto.
Because they are now seeing that even without government intervention, this market is continuously growing.
So to take advantage of this opportunity, and get something out of it, they can review their regulations towards this market.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: July 08, 2023, 09:48:04 PM
Since you made the decision to gamble even if someone encouraged you to do so it is ultimately your responsibility because you had the choice to reject the offer from the beginning. Therefore, there is no need to blame anyone for something you did willingly without being forced. Personally, I never blame anyone for my gambling losses and I will never do so because it feels really bad and embarrassing to shift that responsibility onto others. If you're experiencing losses it's important to accept them as they are and not project your negative experience onto others, whether they are friends, family, or anyone else.
And it's better for us to refuse than later we will regret that we wasted money on gambling. This often happens because of an invitation from someone our friend, but if we can refuse it smoothly, we won't experience anything bad and just let them experience it. But if we can accept the risks in playing gambling, we can try it but only use the money we can afford so that we won't regret or be disappointed because we gambled. And the most important thing is that we don't blame the people who asked us to gamble because it is our responsibility if we accept their invitation to gamble.

If we contemplate on this activity, it is only ourself who is to blame on whatever it will bring to ourself.
We can't blame our friend for dragging into this, because at the end of the day, it is ourself who can decide what we do in life.
You can politely decline from your friend, if that's what you really want. They will understand if you decline their offer.
Remember, when you badly need money, it is yourself that will carry the burden of it.
693  Economy / Gambling / Re: 😺 RollCat.io 🚀 Provably Fair 🔒 Crazy Multipliers 🎰 Free Hourly Coins 💰 on: July 08, 2023, 08:50:47 PM
I have NOT found anything key regarding the KYC, has anyone had to comply with the KYC to be able to make a withdrawal? I have not made any deposit yet, to be honest I am afraid of doing it if later they ask me for a tremendous KYC so that they do not approve it quickly, I would like to know what are the withdrawal policies they have, they do not have any type of promotion so that they can offer them to the forum, or some members of the forum, that serves as a test and also so that members of the forum can give a good review, that is a key that the casino can have, the site is not bad, but it is necessary to have More security now as far as money is concerned.

If you want to check their KYC stand, check their terms and conditions page and read about their statement on this regard.
If there's nothing, then, they maybe are not requiring for now being a new player on this market and no license yet.
I can't see it right now as the landing page just keeps on loading from my end.
And if you don't want to deposit yet, you can claim their free coins and try their site.
694  Economy / Economics / Re: What's is daily budgets or expenses as a bitcoiner? on: July 07, 2023, 09:38:09 PM
It's possible to budget and make a program for my daily expenses with my family. But it doesn't matter whether I am a bitcoin person or not because expenses are just the same unless you're a single person and it differs from being a family man.

Taking groceries should be every week and that's saving us more money and effort going to the grocery store. And the amount of budget differs from country to country where cost of living aren't the same.

A $50-$100 worth of grocery for a week is enough but with inflation, that's making less of what we're able to buy and then the increase of the price of formula milk is also another factor.

That is true, not only where you are living but what kind of lifestyle are you practicing.
If you are a frugal family, you won't buy things that are just a luxury for you.
You stick to the basics to survive and save as much as you can. Hard to give the approximate amount as it depends on where you are at now.
As you mentioned, bitcoiner or not, you have the same basic needs, so being a crypto enthusiast doesn't change a thing when it comes to your expenses.
695  Economy / Gambling / Re: Okko Bet | Neural network for first bets | Rates on the verifier | Affiliate 50% on: July 07, 2023, 08:59:52 PM
The proof of efficiency is that the published tips are verified by an independent betting verifier alpinbet. It's obvious and quite simple

First of all, there is no such thing. Statistics can be easily faked.
If you want to prove the efficiency of your prediction bot, I suggest that you publish your tips publicly so that anyone can easily verify them. No one's gonna buy into your story without some solid proof.

That is true, anyone can claim about the stats they have but people are always skeptical with things.
If they want to earn credibility from this community, they can always publish their tips before the matches happen and let's see how good they are with their predictions.
But if they are expecting that people will just join their channel and subscribe, I don't think that's gonna happen.
Remember, not many gamblers here would go to your betting verifier, alpinbet. They would like to see your actual tips here.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter Granted 3 Money Transmitter Licenses, Possible Bitcoin Integration? on: July 06, 2023, 09:59:52 PM
With Elon onboard, we can definitely expect some cryptocurrency integration into Twitter's native platform. But it might not be Bitcoin. While Elon is very much bullish on Bitcoin, he sees it as an investment rather than a currency system. The chances are higher for cryptos like Dogecoin or ETH which are faster and cheaper as a currency.

But it's too early to judge whether it will be good for the market or not. Also it's too early to say if cryptos are going to be integrated or not.

But whatever crypto he's thinking to integrate on this platform, for sure it will give positive impact towards the crypto market.
By the way, ETH is not cheap when it comes to tx fees. But I can agree with doge, it has high likelihood of getting deployed in this social media.
So now, people are anticipating on the next progress for this news. Some people may be on the buying spree already for doge.
We can't deny the fact that Elon has influence on this market. So we can't say, he's not doing anything when it comes to popularity of crypto.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin on: July 06, 2023, 09:44:36 PM
I really admire those people who accepts Bitcoin payments. We know that it's a little bit hard to convinced people to pay using Bitcoin because most of them didn't know about this. So the best idea in order to make customers pay Bitcoin is to teach them about it, how to pay and how it benefits them. I know it's hard at first but trust me all your hard work will pay off in the future.
The problem in some places is not actually the will to accepting bitcoin in your business but the major factor would be, are they bitcoin enthusiasts around in your locality that are willing to pay for services or business with their bitcoin knowing fully well that it is even prohibited by some government. But indeed having a business that accept bitcoin is a plus one to anyone who actually knows the full value of bitcoin.

There's no harm done if they will try to accept bitcoin in their tailoring shop.
But the OP should check out the legality of the use of btc in their country.
If they have no sanctions towards the use of btc, that's fine, and there's no punishment regarding the use of crypto.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I sold the altcoins and invested in Bitcoin" on: July 05, 2023, 09:58:25 PM
Now my question is, is it good for my future that I have sold my altcoins and invested in bitcoins?
It is always good to invest in a strong coin. Bitcoin is the strongest coin in crypto, surely it is good to invest in this coin.
However, it is nothing wrong if you want to diversify your assets with altcoins. To optimize the potential of bigger profits, why don't you invest in top altcoins if you have the money in the near future.

The trust wallet I put my invested bitcoins in, is the trust wallet safe for my bitcoins?
I think you are better to put your Bitcoin on a safer wallet. Segwit wallet or hardware wallet should be the best place to keep your Bitcoin.

And if you do try to diversify by buying alts, they should be at the top with strong use case.
The longevity of the project depends on its use case, because without it, people can just move on to another.
But if the coin can be used for their every day transactions, then, there's hope that it will sustain its market.
But I can agree with the move of the OP, if he is not confident with the alts he has, better sell it and buy btc.
At least with btc, you can never go wrong as you are not in agitated mode that it will disappear while you are sleeping.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you use a VPN on a casino, even if it is not allowed in their ToS? on: July 05, 2023, 09:38:06 PM
A lot of the new casinos are doing that... because they use that as a tool to reduce payments to people that win large amounts. They will not do anything to you, when you gamble through a VPN, but the moment when you win big... they start digging and then suddenly VPN use are used as an excuse not to honor the withdrawal.

There are currently someone in Australia that are planning to take Eddie from Stake.com to court.. over VPN usage. He or she was gambling from Australia.. where it is illegal and after he or she lost a large amount of money.. he or she decided to use Eddie as an excuse for them using a VPN. (Eddie are from Australia and he is using a VPN during his weekly streaming sessions)  Roll Eyes
A casino cannot do that if they have allowed users to use VPNs on the platform and if they have it mentioned in their terms and conditions, if it isn't available in their terms and conditions, one should of course not use a VPN because that can always go against you no matter how user-friendly a casino is, they will surely use it as an excuse when they feel they should and you better not give them the opportunity to be able to do that with you.

But if a casino specifically mentions in their terms and conditions or somewhere in their platform that the use of VPNs isn't prohibited and users can do it, one should simply take a screenshot and then use a VPN so that if something goes wrong, they should have some proof.

If the gambler doesn't want to have a problem sooner or later, should always stick to what is stated in their ToS.
Because if someone just say that it is fine, but the terms stated otherwise, then, at the end, the owner will refer to their terms.
Hard to trust the assurance over chat, much better to comply with the published terms as that's the official stand of the site.
700  Economy / Economics / Re: 85% of AI start-ups will fail within 3 years. on: July 05, 2023, 09:01:18 PM
I am %100 sure not even 85 but %95 of AI startups will fail. Most of them are trying to be early birds here attracting people to invest and make money. Most of them do not add a lot on top of OpenAI project. I think leftovers can be huge tho. For example I saw grammarly take on AI assistance application. It looked awesome to me. It was suggesting possible e-mail with different moods for example. Clever ideas will always be successful. I would invest in such brightminded AI projects for sure but its hard to be sure about their development process.

The reason why most of them will fail is because they were created for the developers' main desire of pocketing the money.
I believe, very few of them have the mission of really launching their project to the public and have real use for it.
So yes, a lot are just riding the hype, trying to pocket some, and move on. They don't want to sustain their business in the first place.
And for sure, some of them don't even have the idea how this business works, they have no knowledge on how to move forward with their developments.
