Anyone that used zipzap and gave me their zipzap #s...

I am about to resend your orders thru manually.  I find this can resolve the issue in some cases.  However, not all cases are resolved in this way and I will need to forward zipzap issue with further problems up the chain.  I will post a list of people that have been pushed thru manually in a moment.

  I spent nearly $160 to using zipzap and bitinstant in ordder to purchase bitcoins for my blockchain.info address. I complete the purchase at around 5:30pm est and it is now 1:34am est the next day! This is really troubling considering I need the coins asap. Normally i do not have a problem. Just like other people i received a confirmation from zipzap saying my order was completed successfully but did not receive one from bitinstant. If i can (considering this is only my 2nd post) I will be Pming the ceo right after this post.

If you do not provide any details about your order then we are unable to look it up in our systems and help you!  Sad


I summited my information via pm and support ticket. The support tickets say resolved but yet my issues has not been resolved and no feedback was given on them.. Why is this?

Again this order was place on 4/7 at 5:30pm its been over 36 hours later. zipzap account number is:760496034
i have posted this in several places besides here but i figured i would try here too and considering we are now on 4/9. I hope i can get some conclusion today

It has now been over 4 days and I have still not received my payments. ZipZap #644048985.

How is this possible? It's a simple $250 deposit. Seriously frustrated and will not recommend this service. Please refund me if that is fastest. This service is pathetic.

A Few Things:

1. At the very very least (if you're not going to add a WARNING to your website) can you please add some sort of automated reply from support stating something to the effect that you're aware of all these problems and that our money is not lost.  It's very unnerving to transfer a large sum of money to a relatively unknown website only to have it disappear in the ether and receive no sort of reply from support for hours on end.  Had I not found this forum I would be really freaking out right now.

2. Please remove from your website that there is any sort of live chat.  It'd be great if it existed, but....

3.  I assume since bitinstant is not providing their stated service on any of the problem transactions in the 200 pages of this thread that they will not be collecting their fee when the transfers maybe eventually go through?

I also have money vanished (inaccessible to me) and haven't heard back from support either via email or live chat on website... transferred BTC-E coupon to PayPal, money never showed up although BitInstant says Order Completed.  Email gave an error code in API response field, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, but must be on their end of PayPal account to pull funds from to transfer to me because I have rechecked amount I said to transfer from coupon matched coupon exactly:

Guys, please where's the money???
This is serious business, I've already lost the opportunity of earning over USD 1000 in profits because you take so long to credit in Mt. Gox funds that have been confirmed by ZipZap many days ago. I'm now even afraid that Bitinstant won't make the deposit, that I've just lost my money!

I did a Bitinstant->Zipzap->CVS-> MtGox account on 4/3/2013.  I didn't receive the money in the MtGox account.  The Code listed below when used on mtgox gives a "This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)"  Please resend or email me separately the new code to use.

I have been EXTREMELY patient up until this point in light of the ddos attacks on mt gox, but I made the transfer from mtgox -> wallet on APRIL 2 and have NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. This is becoming absurd at this point and my patience has all but worn out.

I have tried every avenue possible, customer support, this forum, live chat (doesn't exist) facebook, going through MtGox, (where my coins should be) nothing has happened. It's been over a week. No one has even contacted me.

My next two steps are this. My state's Attorney General's office, and then the FTC.

What's the saying? Oh yeah, "A fool and his money are soon parted."  ~caveat emptor~
