Wow, that looks awful. I'm trying it out right now. My guess it maybe that coin your trading doesn't have much volume. Regardless, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but when I create the BB strategy, the graphic on the chart vanishes if I switch to a different time frame. For example, I created it using the 1H chart. If I switch to the 6H chart, I can no longer see the bands. Not a huge deal, but just thought I'd point it out. EDIT: I see that it links to the time window that's active when you create the strategy. This is probably to save resources.

As far as I recognized the bot trades a market order when threshold is triggered. So the price difference between the triggered price and the effective trade can be very huge and ofc even with a loss. A 'min. effective gain %' like @miknl mentioned could fix that behaviour.

n the BB strategy, the "Force buy now" option does not work correctly on the LTC/BTC market in Bittrex. Throws the message from the image below: https://i.imgur.com/YHS4FBk.png?1On the bittrex website you can place such an order without any problems. So far it's the only coin I've ever had. PS: BB seems to be working, I'll keep rehearsing it longer.

Can you add an option for auditing your account? I swear this feature alone would generate so many customers. Basically what it'll do is make sure your account balances check out, so by using snapshots of previous balances plus every trade after it, accounting for deposits and withdrawals, it'll perform an audit to make sure everything is in check.
Just go to r/bittrex and look at the potential customers....

Hi, I seem to be facing the same problem. It seems to be buying and selling at the selling threshold. https://imgur.com/a/etzatAlso, would it be possible to enable a negative stop loss sale? that would allow for a minimum effective gain. Merry Christmas. Warm regards, Wabbits

Maintaining a good level of support and putting out new features requires a lot of effort. We think the price is still a pretty good deal so we can't give you a discount. All the best, Rene

Notice regarding the Bollinger Band Bot
Please note that the new Bollinger Band bot is in beta and we advise you to not trade with large amounts with it until all issues have been resolved. It turns out in certain circumstances when bad data is delivered by exchange APIs that its new spot order type can be triggered erroneously. In a subsequent patch release we handled one such case but there may be more.
Another thing to note is that although there is stop loss available on the bot, there is no Min Effective Gain which given certain parameters and market conditions can mean that sometimes a loss making cycle is executed by the bot.
We broke our necks to get this release out and that coupled with record numbers of new customers means I have to give allow my team a break over Christmas so that we can come back strong after the holidays and make all the improvements and, indeed, introduce new features going forward.
All the best, Jonathan

It would be very interesting that in each strategy can track your profit/loss for so i optimize it and use/discard it. At the moment, the only way I have been able to track it is by associating a different amount of coin to each strategy and exporting the trading history to .cvs file. In this way I have discovered that the software doesn`t link each purchase to respective sale, it only links one purchase to the next sale in the trading history, regardless of whether or not both transactions correspond to the same strategy. Tracking gains/losses in this way is very difficult, so its implementation in the software would be very useful. It is not necessary to present a profit/loss record of all operations of the strategy, but only the final accumulated of profit/loss expressed as a percentage of the invested value at the beginning of the strategy, a percentage that could be presented under the name of the strategy on the strategy tab while it is running. In all case, You really do great job and provide a excellent support. Merry Christmas!

problem spotted (if it is a problem) So i've MM setup to play with 2000 $CAN coins. it was doing fine then i noticed this... https://i.imgur.com/2mURGz7.jpgmy Buy order at bottom did not get fully filled, before the price went back into an upswing. It seems that LeonArdo will ignore awesome SELL and gain opportunities until it's been fully filled.. so as a result, i missed a sell point with what would've been the best gain the run would have in the past 2 days Is there a way to tweak this? that is to make LeonArdo proceed and complete sells when value reaches profit setting - even if the last buy did not get fully filled?

Bitfinex is so awful slow actually.... Some times API calls need up to 40 seconds to get done .... which is jut PITA if you just want to adapt an order (which results in cancelling, checking for the order to be gone, checking for fund aviability, sending new order, waiting until order becomes active)... Is there a possibility that the bitfinex (and maybe other exchange apis?) supports directly adapting orders like they do on their own webinterface? It will even save the "place in the orderbook" you already have in advance to the orders put out later by you or others. (Bitfinex accounts for order age..). Let's hope that this hefty rush on the markets gets lighter soon ... actually it is just hard to get along. By the way! A BIG shoutout for the Support team. It's just a day before cristmas and i _still_ got my next new license. Which was gone wrong in the first attemt, dunno why. I've resend the relevant secret part and voilla, got a mail to download the newest build within hours! I wish your team, all your customers like me and all other people a nice holyday... And maybe a good running one too. *smile* Greetings, Hacky

I've also noticed this behavior, but only with the new versions (3.7.x). Informed Jonathan, he said it's because they had to temporarily change the Bitfinex interface from Websockets to REST (at least for some functionalities), to workaround an issue with Bitfinex. I returned to version 3.6.0, and it's blazing fast with Bitfinex, as always it's been. Let's wait after they return from the much deserved Christmas break and hope this gets sorted out.
