Hello. In the ping-pong strategy it seems to me that it doesn't work as I had originally thought. I had imagined that one would establish the purchase price and the sale price, and that what was bought was what was sold, i. e. if the purchase order was placed with id 393, it was that purchase that was subsequently sold, but that was not the case. In my case, I have an amount of a previously acquired coin that I want to keep. I put the strategy to work by starting with buying and what happened is that it puts me orders to sell the coins I had. That is, it does not wait to buy with the purchase order of the strategy, to sell later. This is a problem, since I can't mix ping-pong strategies with margin-maker strategies, because the ping-pong strategy takes the buying balances that generate the other strategies and puts them on sale. The ping-pong strategy would only work in currencies that have no previous balances or other strategies. To clarify if I am misconfiguring this strategy, or it is a bug. Thank you.
Warning: Don't use Static Ping Pong Bot on Bittrex I've confirmed that there is an issue with using the static ping pong bot on bittrex. It is new, due to some crazy returns by Bittrex's API, but leonArdo needs to handle these better. We've made a start on fixing this and will keep you guys updated. For now, please don't use the ping pong bot on Bittrex. mArgin maker seems to be handling everything fine. I expect to get a patch fix out ASAP. Once that happens you will see that there is an update available link in leonArdo's login screen. We will also mail all customers. Best wishes, Jonathan PS Thanks harmanq for posting your message.

My personal experience is Bittrex has been the worst today than it has ever been, bar none. Ghosts, failures, mis-placed buys, bots dying silently and finally crashing leonArdo. It is great if nobody has experienced what I have. For me I have restarted and restarted, finally been down nine hours now while I completed my shift.

Really sick of exchange APIs returning bullcrap.

PayPal option added
Given the crazy bitcoin transaction fees lately we decided to add PayPal as a payment option for leonArdo.
Best wishes, Jonathan
Again, FANTASTIC! A week too late for me, but still, when I upgrade to the Binance exchange, I'll def be taking advantage of the Paypal option. Bittrex is slow as hell and I can't wait to leave it's laggy ass. You could maybe offer as a "XRP" coin transfer, they take about a minute to transfer anywhere, and not as volitile in the $$ shifting! Edit: Actually Jonathan, how much to upgrade to your "Multi Exchange"? I did only buy this last week but can see the benefit in my wallet already thanks to some rather skillful (not on my part) trades.

Besides email, do you offer support via Telegram or sth else?

Hey guys, I've finally been using Leonardo after having him sitting for about a month while I reinstalled the computer! I've been having some pretty good results so far! I stumbled across STEEM as a great coin to use, and then I noticed the recommendations in the reviews There is a behaviour I've been noticing that I want to understand - a few times now on different bots, they seem to get stuck on a buy price - even to the point where they acknowledge the order needs to be changed, cancel the order, and then replace it with the same order. Stopping and starting the bot again gets it to reset, and then it works fine, until it happens again. I have attached an image of what I am talking about - any feedback or explanation will be much appreciated! Jeremy https://i.imgur.com/srxILSd.jpg

I had something similar happen the other day. I had to physically change the Min. Effective Gain to a new number (mine is usually -2.0, I changed it to -10.0 to see if it would start trading and it did
How do you find that goes? do you still have positive gains overall? I've done a bit more reading and pondering and starting to understand that it is to do with the margin trading side of things - it makes sense not to buy higher if selling short. Devs, is it or would it be possible to have the bot disregard negative sell-to-buy ratio for normal trading? would that be alot of work? I apologise in advance if this has already been discussed.

To upgrade to the multiple markets Ultra version you can just purchase another Single ($89) licence and let us know what you are doing. We'll then upgrade your account! Best wishes, Jonathan

FWIW - Bittrex from my POV is back to normal running smooth a as a baby's a-backside. There are 10 more pair than yesterday with > 1000 BTC volume and prices are going to the moon.
After yesterday it sure makes me appreciative of all the heavy lifting leonArdo does for me, thanks Team!
Happy Trading Everybody!

Jeremy Hi, it might be that in combination with min gain the order just has to be placed at the same price. And even though canceling and replacing at the same price is not necessary it could every well be the defined behavior. If you still have the feeling leonArdo is behaving wrongly, just send us the logs along with the screenshot to support@marginsoftware.deAll the best, Rene

Hi guys, I'd like to suggest a new feature: the possibility to reorder the currency pair tabs, e.g. by dragging-and-dropping to a new position. Sometimes I find myself in a situation where it would be better to have certain pairs next to each other on the screen, to make more sense visually and when quickly switching between them.
Of course this is nothing urgent, just and idea for the future, if you think it's worth the cost/benefit of the implementation.
Thanks!

I told you about this problem since December 7!!!!! Hi punks, A lot of people started to have issues with bittrex - especially in terms of lag - over the last few weeks. But we couldn't reproduce the issues spoken about here until late last night and then we acted quickly. It turns out that bittrex is just not useable right now. Just over the last hour I have observed orders appearing and disappearing and changing price on their website. I'll post a statement in a minute. Best wishes, Jonathan Edit: It's hard to post in a minute when BitcoinTalk goes down. We are nearly ready with a fix for the Static Ping Pong and will continue to monitor the situation at bittrex. If any of you have any info we'd love to hear from you either here or here: support@marginsoftware.deThanks for your support. Jonathan
