Here's a nice update for those who have Reference cards.
In the package included, i've put 4 roms with VDDC offset.

1. -50mV
2. -69mV
3. -81mV
4. -100mV

You can of course adjust these however you want, if you want to have an even tighter undervolt you can search the rom for this --> "8D 00 F8(-50)00" and replace the F8 part with EE(-112) for example.

These roms also have a custom timing included. It's a basic one but it will give you a very high increase for XMR.

I don't think so, it "could" work but not necessarily and I wouldn't try it. it's easy enough to use polaris bios editor to mod your own rom there are guides or just ask for help

I would like to flash the card with Jukebox v4.rom file. I can flush rom file with 256KB, but v4.rom file has 512KB.
I've copied the values from v4 to a previous silent rom file (256KB), but after some time - its crashing

I think you can use the afterburner to reduce the voltage.

I have a miner mixed with 480 and 580 , can you have drivers 16... for the 480 and driver 17.... for the 580 or will the whole machine have to be 17....? As of right now the whole miner is 17 ... and it seems slow and fluctuates too much in speed

For Windows 10 users, you can do this:

i) Press Windows Key + X to open Power User Menu. Select Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
ii) Once the Command Prompt open, enter bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS and press Enter. Then enter bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON and press Enter.
iii) Close Command Prompt and restart your PC.

If this fails for some reason, you can reboot with Signature checks disabled by rebooting into advanced options (Hold left shift key while hitting reboot button) and hit F7.

You need to copy the modified atikmdag.sys file into your drivers folder as well (C:/Windows/System32/Drivers)

Rom has modified timings and higher limits. (Memory 2275, higher tdp limit...)

I'll do an energy friendly rom later this week.

For the Windows 7 users, i'll look into that this week.

I'm setting up my first rig and have (6) XFX RX480 8GB Black Edition cards. When I open my bios in Polaris Bios Editor, under timing I am not getting the same numbers as described in the examples. For example the first line is 26916491. Therefore I do not know which line to copy and past for the modification.

I tried applying one of the bios files supplied by the author, but when I did that Windows 10 would not recognize it. I had to boot into the command prompt and install the default bios to get it working again.

Hello there are my 3 asus strix rx 480 cards And there are 2 asus strix rx 580 cards For the first time I watched the videos I made and everything is correct. 580's working 480's were exclamation mark and did not work.
I have updated the driver. I do not know how to make atimdag.sys file Atimdag-patcher my system did not work.

I have a rig of 6 Dell RX480 reference cards, and when I flash the BIOS in the OP I get the Code 43. I've tried old Catalyst 16 drivers as well as 17.7.1, both with BIOS signature patched by atikmdag-patcher, but the card I flash refuses to work (detected in device manager but Code 43) until I flash back to stock. Another potentially related issue - when I tried using PolarisBiosEditor 1.4 to create a modded BIOS myself, the memory speed labels seem like random numbers and not normal speed numbers that I see in tutorials. Any help would be greatly appreciated and ETH donations considered.
