Is it normal to get hash rate of 24.8MHs with Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 8Gb card using stock values?

Win 10
Drivers 16.9.1
CDM 7.0
Single mining ETH

If I remember correctly I had about ~22-23MH/s with them.

And I'm certain it would be possible with a titanium efficient PSU.

No - it would not be

I can definitely see power draw from the wall at around 900w, and less.

You will not get 900W from wall hashing with 6 RX 480 with rate of 180MHs

Well im running several 5 X RX470 rigs at ~620W each, hashing at 133Mh/s+ and while I have no 6 slot motherboards to test, adding one card to this setup would push the Hash to 170Mh/s and the power to 750W. So I see no reason why 6 Rx480's cant run under 850W or even, possibly 800W.
seems like R470 is a good card , in terms of power consumption

Hopefully soonish I'll be able to show you all. But I'm 99% positive I can get six RX480 mining at 178~180mh/s in around 820w from the wall.

I'm currently drawing 750w from the wall with four RX480 and a 290x. I've found that by swapping 290x with RX480 I drop about 75w. So if I swap the 290x with an RX480 I'll go to 675w for five RX480! Think I can't get another RX480 in under 150w?? Wink I may even get it all in under 800w If I swap to more power efficient PSU. I'm currently using an EVGA 1300w G2, which is a GOLD PSU. But I have an EVGA 1600w T2 here to play with Wink

First I just need to solve this issue I'm having with the risers and having to force PCIe to GEN1.0, which is impossible to do on my 6+ slot boards.

Guys, I've been reading about all sorts of mods but so far none appears capable of beating my results:

Sapphire 480 Nitro+ 4GB

Stock ROM, undervolted

21~22MHs - 48 watt...

That's something like 2,3 W/MHs, no heat, no fan noise...  Cheesy

Cool, right?

Ok, I'm impressed!  Grin

Is this stock or mod ROM? Reference card? 4 GB or 8 GB?

I would love to get 25~26 MH/s with ~50 watt...

Can you please help me?

Thanks  Cheesy

That is 45W from the GPU reading. If you add another 70W from the PCIE slot, that is 115W in total, for 130W from the wall.

max eff mobo is at 35-40w... pro BTC is at 55, and what I measured , if GPU takes 45w , rest of the card should be at 40-50w. And titanium PSU will take some 5-6% from whole power ( some 50-60W if it is 1000W psu with 6 cards )....

That is right. But most people do not have the Titan, they usually have the gold with about 8-10%.

I used to use the gold PSU. I have changed gradually to Platinum. My elelctricity price is quite high.
