I'm curious, has anyone had a successful YAC withdrawal from Cryptsy anytime in the recent past? I know a little while back, there was some discussion on that in this thread, but I figured Cryptsy had to have gotten their shit together by several months later. But alas..
WM - I withdraw YAC to my wallet about once a week from Cryptsy. I haven't had any issues with 'major' issues with any recent withdrawals. The only recent hiccup was about a month ago; a transaction got hung up for about 12 hours - I submitted a ticket and they said they were aware of the issue - I think they were updating their wallet.

Did anything happen to yacoin? The price is currently plummeting down and so is network difficulty.

The difficulty is still right around 0.02. See the diffcultly graph below. http://explorer.yacoin.org/graphs.htmI'd imagine the price drop is due to people mining and converting to BTC. As far as I know, YAC is still (one of) the most profitable coins to mine. I am interest to see how the coin will be affected by the next N-factor increase (at the end of the month - Sat 31 May 2014 14:13:52). YAC will then require a total of 8 MB of memory... IMOP with the higher 'difficulty' to mine, the price will increase.

The price of Yacoin has been trading pretty steadily at 10,000 YAC's per 0.10 BTC for a LONG time. YAC price is dropping along with BTC. Though a little more lately; currently at 0.09. Seeing that YBC, is an EXACT copy of YAC (though they are a bit out of date now) and is trading much higher, or VTC (and many others) is almost exactly the same as YAC, the obvious answer regarding the price is that the only thing we DONT have in out great community is someone skilled in marketing. The endless flood of shitcoins doesn't help either. A diamond in a pool of shit is still hard to see as a diamond

Ah, there, it finally happened after sitting stuck in "pending" status in Cryptsy's queue for 20 hours. It was just a small 10K YAC test purchase and withdrawal to see if Cryptsy had everything working before I acquire more. So, party on! Lets see if I can acquire a "megaYAC" over the next month or two.

Hmm, interesting. I've now have another 10K YAC withdrawal sitting in pending status for a few hours so far. I have a vague suspicion Cryptsy might be processing YAC withdrawals manually, and possibly your withdrawal this morning went the same time as my first 10K test withdrawal. Just for testing purposes, I also tossed in a 1K withdrawal in there as well just to see if Cryptsy is just processing larger withdrawals manually, but that one is stuck too. Guess we'll see over time. A MegaYac? Planning to buy a million coins? More or less. It's going to take quite a while at this trading volume though.

Multipool bounty is now up to over 58,000 YAC thanks to YACHoarder http://forum.yacoin.org/index.php?topic=639.0WindMaster, will you please update the OP with the new exchange: https://www.cryptoaltex.com/index.php?page=trade&market=BTC&coin=YACI will keep saying... the NFactor change will essentially be like a release of a new coin, and it will be the only coin at NFactor 15 for a couple months. I think it would be a huge opportunity in the realm of 'marketing;. The volume is what I don't like. I see the lower price as a lower entry point for new investors wanting to buy YAC. It is still so profitable to mine compared to other coins. The updated wallet is fantastic. Is there another coin that has the wallet's balance tracked with each transaction? Is YAC the first in that feature as well???

Yes volume.... and price. Give me 35 BTC, and I'll send you that megayac tomorrow Hmm, that's a bit on the steep side though, eh? I picked up 125K YAC on Cryptsy so far today, so I'm 1/8th or so of the way there. Eventually I got bored, so I had some fun screwing with the price instead. Sure doesn't take much (fractional) BTC to move it significantly either direction at the current volume.

I was wondering, is there any implementation of a stratum mining proxy that supports the YAC PoW ?

That's a full fledged mining pool and I just wanted a proxy, but thank you, may be useful if I figure out how extract the PoW part of the pool software.
