People avoid to talk about them on internet in addition. It's not a very good news for Stake, if they are targeting by them to be honest. I think FBI is replying to some of your questions in their press release.

True, which is weird when you think about it. Country where citizens doesn't have an internet access or real computer education manages to pull off somehing like this is mind boggling. I am assuming that most loyal people will get some sort of access to education about cyber security / hacking. But it's still weird compared to western system. How do they even know who could be talented hacker or are they hiring members from other countries?

Well, I definitely will not want to completely agree that north Korean citizens consist of uneducated people as you assumed, like i stated in my previous comment that if the FBI is right with their claim that this group of persons are the ones responsible for the money stolen from stake, then it simply means there are indeed a very high level of well educated personels in the country, because hacking, you would have to agree with me is not something for the uneducated..

And for the record, aside the western part of the world that already have developed even to the villages, I would say that there is no country in the world that do not have uneducated people, that also do not have areas that is completely cut out from accessing the internet due to very poor coverage, I am not ashamed to say that I have visited such place on several occasions here in Nigeria .

First of all I am not flagged for anything. I get "normal Bonuses", not 0.08$ ones. When you only wager 1k, you shouldn't even get the base amount since 1k is not enough anymore. You are the the one that should be in the 0.08$ zone.
Let's say it like this, I had 10k wager, platinum 4 account, no profit and some loss because chasing platinum 5. And I got 30$ weekly. You think that's a "good amount"?

Also, your calculation couldn't be more wrong. Let's say the week had 2 million tickets (actually it's 2.1 million) . that's a total wager of 2 billion $ ( 2 million x 1000$ ) . It's fair to say that at least 75% come from the casino, most likely much more.
So that's 1,5 billion $ in total casino wager.

Now let's take ONLY 3% house edge on average and you get 45 million $ profit.
And that's a very friendly calculation. I think Casino revenue is much more than 75% of gross revenue and the house edge on average is also higher.

But I think you have your own plan, I remember that you have said sometime ago that you will try to reach Plat 5 with all the available bonus such as weekly, post/pre, monthly and other bonus.

To be frank, my last 2 weekly bonuses has no significant difference, around $30 in the last 2 weekly bonus.

I did not make any deposit in the previous 2 weeks and wagered like few hundred dollar only in the last 2 weeks. My weekly bonus was $4.5 in the last 2 weeks which is less than what you got as Gold account while I'm Platinum 2. My other guess would be that people from China which has an undeniable talent to hack and provide security are hired by the North Korean government and lured though offers of high salaries and better conditions of life than they could possibly find in China, as security providers for some company.

Also, it does not have to be the greatest minds China has to offer it could be some security expert looking for a job and being recruited by the NK government, in order to fully enhance his skills, so he would get the dirty job done for them.

Anyways, if there is anything positive on this case going on and taking the front page in every website dedicated to gambling and cryptocurrency is the fact casinos and Stake itself will further harden their security so will get exponentially harder for rogue governments to access their wallets. I assume the first step they are going to take is keep lower balances in their hot wallets and move the rest towards their safest cold wallets. I believe this month the monthly will be late.
Of course this week would be great but looking at the date of the last (2nd monthly) it would only make sense to wait at least until next week.
If it came this week it would only cover roughly 3 weeks since the last bonus, which is a pretty short time frame. Giving it next week around the 20th would be a reasonable decision because of that.

Players will be angry because of that, for whatever reason but it makes no sense to complain. After a good month bonus wise in August it would only be fair to wait a bit longer.

Lets put the 2nd monthly bonus in August aside since last month is special month for Stake, so I think we will get the monthly bonus in the normal date period for monthly bonus (middle of the month). Anyway I will not expect too much for September monthly bonus because I was inactive, with 1 deposit only if I remember it correctly and wagered no more than $3k during the last 30 days. I guess September monthly bonus will be my lowest monthly bonus as Platinum 2 user.

There is a speculation or call it a conspiracy but it sounds very logical: North Koreans choose kids who are good at math in school, take care of them, send them in countries like Russia and China, fund their studies and housing and when they grow up, then they have to return back in their country. After that, North Korean government offers them to work for the government, gives the computer, internet access, money and asks them to do illegal activities in favor of North Korea, in exchange, they will be protected by the government and won't face prison.
But personally I think that it's a shit show and Lazarus group can be a fictional group, managed by western government(s) for some purposes.

Like playing cards, everyone has a public and private face. Could North Korea play so long? Possible, but verification is crucial when making such promises. Thanks for the heads up. 
It is a confirmation I was expecting to see from Eddie, despite a blow like this would have meant the end of lesser and smaller casinos, Stake continues to show off confidence and reasurre nothing negative will come out of this theft against it's users.

Let us this unsavory event to make us be more careful with our money (not only on Stake) but also when dealing with our personal wallets. We may not be big enough targets to catch the attention of North Korean elite hackers, but scammers are everywhere these days.
