So the Historical III may be within 3-5 years ?

End of Historical III may be in more than 3-5 years. It is running.

Right. We're in the middle of Wave 1 of Historical Wave III which will peak sometime in the next 3-5 years. Or seen another way, 1 BTC = 100k around 2020.

So, what's next? Wave I ?

It will be a looong story.... 1 I will recognize in running 3. Its a three-five years.

:-) I'm sure it is not possible to keep $230 price for next 3-5 years. I'm also sure we cannot go down. => so we will go up drastically THIS year

Time to put in your longs boys and girls! I'm bullish, but then again I always am. I put in some trades from time to time when the market makes certain patterns. I took a long position 3-4 days ago and I plan to hold it for over a week. I expect we'll be in the $250-260 range this weekend followed by a rise to over $300.

What indicator would lead you to believe this? Outside of some major news item I don't see how we make any significant move as long as the block size boogeyman looms

I think waves will last longer and longer, when more and more people are involved. Look at Gold, last big bubble was from 1973-1985 and current bubble started 2001 and still not over (I think it's time for the bull trap there).

Did some metrics, looks legit.

We're discussing your wave count in a German Elliott forum. Two users there are still looking for an impulse pattern since c. They believe c will terminate beneath 100.

If you use the MTGOX price data that is missing from Bitstamps "all time" chart to add to that average price picture you get is a price closer to $160-$170 range.

If you remove the giant peak data points as just noise you get a bit lower average price.

Good point but since the market is bouncing off the SMA 200 you can make the case that extra data or smoothing would actually not be as meaningful.
