Wasn't the disabling intentional on your part due to some other problem ?
I tried making 3 SEPA withdrawals last night and they all failed without explanation after a few minutes. The bank accounts were the same I always use.
After that I made a BTC withdrawal and that went fine.

No, it wasn't intentional, it was a technical issue. It has now been resolved though and funding is back online.

I tried looking for the answer to this on your help page but couldn't find it.
I was able to close an eth/eur position using my USD. What exchange rate is used in this situation?
Also it doesn't seem to let me 'settle' the position in that situation, but it lets you close it. If you guys are exchanging EUR/USD, why not allow me to settle with USD for a eth/eur position rather than only allowing 'close'?

Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Stumbled across a few threads and PM'd a few to try to get some insight.
I made a SEPA deposit on 26/06, submitted a request on 29/06 where no had gotten back to me but it was marked as solved. DID the same again on the 05/07 and again 2 days ago. it has now been 2 and a half weeks since I made the transfer, and there has no response or anything from kraken. It is so infuriating. Has this happened to anyone else before?
They asked for my details (kraken ref, IBAN etc.) which I had already submitted to them in the original ticket. I have contact my bank and they have stated that it has been cleared from my account through them.
Would anyone know a time frame? It says 2-5 days for a SEPA transfer and it's been 16 days now. I've made transfers before and they've been fine. It's very frustrating that I can't access my funds when I need to, and I can't contact anyone there to discuss. I can't even transfer from other wallets to Kraken to withdraw as going by the previous results I might not be able to. They marking my cases as solved too even though no one is talking to me. I feel like there' just some guy there lolling ticking solved at all the requests and just ignoring them.
Any help would be appreciated as it sucks being pied off by the support staff. Cheers guys

If it's the eur/usd rate you are wondering about, I think we pull that from one of the forex sites, but I'm not sure which one. I'll see if I can find out. In order to "settle" you need to have the funds in kind that we loaned to you when the position was opened and we don't do exchange in that situation (so if you went long eth/usd, you borrowed usd and need to have that usd on balance to settle). We try to keep the need for doing these additional exchanges for margin trading to a minimum, so we don't plan to offer the ability to settle with USD when you need EUR or anything like that.

Please be careful about using 3rd party applications. To be safest, you should at most give the app permission to check balances or just use it to check prices and nothing more. Allowing access to place orders is risky unless you are certain the app can be trusted and you should definitely never give and app permission to make withdrawals.

I've put in for a withdrawal on 5/20/2017 and it still says "sending". I sent in a support ticket (#382197) on Jun 16 and I have yet to hear anything from support. Could you please help?

11 days waiting for any response. Account locked but no news since days ago. Nice amount of $ but can not do any trade or withdrawal.
No response by twitter or mail...I understand them need time, but I do not know if my funds are safe in kraken or someone hacked it.

Dargo - I am a tier 3 verified user. I continue to get a "Failure" Status every time I attempt a USD wire withdraw to a US bank. I have been attempting withdraws for the past 2 months now to no avail. The bank I'm attempting to withdraw to has the same account name as the Kraken account. I don't understand the issue. I have also submitted tickets that have gone unanswered.
Can you please help. The tickets are 459644 & 268049.

My fidor-fidor payments are taking days again and do not get credited without a ticket...this is VERY annoying. My deposit from Wednesday is still on Hold, my deposit from today does not even show up under "recent deposits" I created the ticket today (461201), guess it is too early to put it on the list. But my intention is to ask when fidor deposits will work again as they did the last years.
