After 8 months of fighting, i have finally my email change. 8 Months, sending 5 times the paper. FINALLY.

Whatever you do, do not ever register on Kraken. You will regret it heavily when you cant load the page, cant place an order, cant withdraw your money, cant transfer or trade. As it is right now it is a scam site with no intentions of fixing any issues for the clients.

The support claim they are working on a new API that will increase the functionality but there are no proof of this.

Any honest decent company would close registration, put a big fat "we are experiencing technical problems" banner on frontpage and send out emails to the users with information regarding the issues, how to withdraw your funds and an apology. But Kraken pretends everything is ok when absolutely NOTHING works.

use one of these companies. you will never face any traffic issue, withdrawal problems and so on. use only licensed exchangers and you will have the peace of the mind.

I forgot to mention my Deposit Reference Code in the wire transfer. I raised a ticket (Request #850608) immediately with as much details as possible but yet to get response from Kraken. As the transferred amount is EUR 11600 I am little worried.

Does any of you guys know how long will Kraken usually take to respond?

I see that Kraken support is reading this thread (more than their own tickets perhaps). I opened a ticket (#851190) about a withdrawal I tried to make. Relatively small amount, but it's been "on hold" for more than 24hrs now without any confirmation emails or the funds being released. Please do something about it. If your traffic is so high you cannot process the request, then let me transfer my money to another exchange that can.

On 99 orders to be placed:
36 Eservice unavailables
3 Eservice: Busy
Total calls 99 + 36 + 3 = 138

Eservice unavailables: 36 /138*100%= 26.09% (previous 65.85%%)
Eservice Busy: 3 /138*100%= 2.17% (Previous 2.82%)
Unknowns: 84/138= 60.87% of total calls  (Previous 28.87%) - (almost all unknowns were not placed, and had to be placed again)

Total error rate = (36 + 3 + 84)/138*100% = 89.13%
surely an improvement from previous Tot. error = 97.54%, but it is close to impossible to decrease performance even more....but rest assured...Kraken will find away to rip off existing & new customers even more)

Aka Service still close to non-existing....
And the liars still present this to potential new customers/clients:

Today Kraken is even worse than on other days. Total error rate already above 90% again. Just waiting for the moment when the error rate over a comparable number of orders finally gets to 100%. (And even then Kraken would find ways to degrade the service even more, seems impossible, and should be, but with them...)

Feeling sorry for everyone having to place manually. If you have the chance, withdraw your funds and go to other platforms. And if you think the volume (most probably false anyways) and choice of markets offered is interesting, you might be right, but that does in no way compensate for the incompetence of Kraken's service & development team. And should something go wrong, Kraken will first try to put the blame on you, and in no way they feel responsible for the shitty service which they serve. And dont expect to be accordingly compensated when false order placements occur for which Kraken and/or its shitty system is responsible. Maybe you get a few tokens, but that's it.

In my opinion, Kraken is turning more and more into one of the biggest scams in Bitcoin history.

I'm having a horrible time performing a USD withdrawl from Kraken.
1. Two months ago, set up bank, send test wire for $15.  Wire goes through no problem.
2. Two nights ago, sell some BTC for USD, try to wire balance out to same bank, same setup.
3. Transaction sits in PENDING status for 12 hours.  Then switches to FAILURE status. 
4. No explanation or further information in details.
5. Yesterday morning, try again.  New transaction, same amount, same bank.
6. Transaction sits in pending for 4 hours.
7. Open support ticket. 
8. No response to ticket for 6 hours.
9. Reach out to twitter team.
10. Get automated response from twitter account about connectivity and performance issues.
11. See escalation form on that account. 
12. Last night, escalate ticket using form.
13. This morning, get a "we've assigned your ticket, please wait" response.
14. This afternoon, log in to check account.
15. The cash balance is showing up in my available balance, so I know the second wire failed.
16. I cannot *see* the failure, however, because, now, ALL ACCESS TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL functionality seems to have been terminated on my account.  When I go to Funding tab, get message "Feature Disabled - This feature is not currently available."
17. Send all this information back to Twitter team.
18. Get same automated response about performance issues (What?  This is not a "performance" or a "connectivity" issue, it's a WITHDRAWAL issue!)
19. Response tells me to escalate ticket again.
20. Add all information to ticket.  Re-escalate ticket.  Go hunt for a sedative.

I still can't get my USD funds out, I still can't tell why the wires failed, and I still can't get to anyone who can help.

In a panic, I am posting here, since there seem to be people here who know how to handle these things, and since I appear to be all out of sedatives.

Any advice, anyone?  Thanks in advance!

Not sure if I did that right, my ticket number is 856784.

And now I've got a new message, which seems just as wrong.  Now when I go to Funding->Withdraw I see this:

So after the fiasco I outlined above, and after sending my ticket number, I heard nothing back on any channel.

Throughout the afternoon, I kept trying.

Later this afternoon, I was able to access my account again, and, for the third time, initiate a wire transfer.

The transfer went to INITIATED - and then PENDING - and not ten minutes after that, Kraken wrote back to me and said this:

Your transactions are failing as our wire processor has locked your bank node. They do not give us a reason as to why your node is locked but this functionality is not available to you anymore. You can withdraw and/or deposit using crypto.

Can they do that?  Why would this possibly happen?

Has anyone had this happen to them?  Is there any way to get this fixed?

Because now my funds are stuck in a CANCELLATION REQUESTED state, and I have no access to them at all.  And we're talking about around $9,000!  Is that money gone forever now?  How could this happen?

Does anyone have any insight here?
