So after everything today, here's what has happened with Kraken since.

20. Add all information to ticket.  Re-escalate ticket.  Go hunt for a sedative.
21. Get response here on this board from Kraken-Septimus  asking for ticket number.
22. Post ticket number.
23. No word back from here, or twitter, or on ticket.
24. Keep trying throughout day.
25. Late afternoon, am finally able to get Withdrawl screen to come up.
26. Initiate third withdrawal attempt, same bank and configuration as before.
27. Transaction goes to PENDING
28. Ten minutes later, get email from Kraken-Andrew telling me that my ability to withdraw fiat currency is permanently terminated, for no reason.
29. NO REASON?  Just terminated?
30. Attempt to cancel latest transfer.  Status is CANCELLATION REQUESTED.
31. Transaction still stuck there.
32. Put all this information back into ticket.
33. Re open and re-escalate ticket for the third time.
34. Late evening.  Now unable to get to *any* withdrawal screens at all.  All attempt to click on Funding, Funding/Withdraw or Funding/Deposit now report "Feature Disabled.  This feature is not currently available."

Has nobody encountered anything like this from Kraken before?  Is there nothing else to be done?  I went through all the steps for Tier-3 Verification, only to be cancelled for no reason?  And where is my currency now?  How long with this cancellation request take?  Does anyone have any ideas here?

Well, on this thread, user "Kraken-Septimus" asked for my ticket number, and although they didn't respond back here after I posted it, I did hear back from their agent "Andrew" via email shortly thereafter.

I'm hoping Kraken-Septimus comes back to this thread soon, because my problem isn't resolved -just changed to a different problem - and I still need help.

Of course, everyone has to sleep, but I hope Kraken-Septimus comes back soon...

my account is disabled for 10 days now. "Hacking" issue has been solved and I sent all the required security information. Could you please enable my account again?

Ticket numbers are: 822071 & 840678 (2nd one I opened after I didnt receive any support for around 1 week...)

I had previously set 2FA for withdrawals and trading, as well as the "Global Settings Lock" (I didn't remember that). To remove 2FA, I am asked to enter a "Master key", which I lost if I ever had it. Can you please assist? I can prove I am the legitimate account owner by any means. My ticket number is 859595.

My bank isn't even seeing the wires.  What Kraken said was:

"Your transactions are failing as our wire processor has locked your bank node."

It's Kraken's wire processor that has locked it.  Then they said:

"They do not give us a reason as to why your node is locked"

To me, that's a customer service thing.  If I were in Kraken's position, and my customer were having trouble, I would *GET* a reason.

"But this functionality is not available to you anymore."

This suggests that I cannot use another bank.  Right now my outgoing wire is still stuck in CANCEL REQUESTED and I have no access to my funds at all.  Do you think another bank would work?

"You can withdraw and/or deposit using crypto."

Right now I still cannot even access the WITHDRAW screens - I still get that "Feature Disabled" message.

Any ideas?

Please stop that bullsh%t of yours Kraken-Septimus.

Still intentionally misleading customers, by pretending that Kraken cares.

Either stop Kraken until your problems are solved, or at least put on the main website that Kraken is barely usable.

Not being to trade o your platform is one thing, but the withdrawing issues popping here in the forum are close to being criminal.

Next error log coming up soon.

At least the numbers give less bullsh$t than comes from your posts.

To put Kraken's continuous incompetence in numbers:
And as warning to everyone considering to start trading on Kraken. These are typical numbers for trading on Kraken. Anyone feeling to present these error logs in other forums. Please do so. The more we spread the information the less customers get burned on this platform.

On 98 orders to be placed:
55 Eservice unavailables
0 Eservice: Busy
Total calls 98 + 55 + 0 = 153

Eservice unavailables: 55 /153*100%= 35.95%  
Eservice Busy: 0 /153*100%= 0.00%  
Unknowns: 74/153= 48.37% of total calls (unknowns need to be checked whether placed or not in open orders, therefore counted as error in API responses)

Total error rate = (55 + 0 + 74)/153*100% = 84.13%
Aka Service close to non-existing....
And still presenting the same old lie to potential new customers/clients:

Going through Kraken false claims:
"The best bitcoin exchange is needed for serious and professional bitcoin traders." - Generally speaking very true, however not possible to be claim by Kraken, as this is surely not what you present to customers after having them lured in.
"Bitcoin security must be impeccable." - Also true. Cannot comment on your security though, but if it is the same level as your trading platform, then please help to all your clients.
"Banking relationships must be sound and reliable." - Having serious doubts on this claim of yours, especially seeing the posts in this thread.
"The trading engine must be fast." - Surely one thing you don not deliver is a fast trading engine. One of the biggest lies in this quote.
"And profits must be able to be multiplied with Bitcoin margin trading so you can leverage long bitcoin positions or short bitcoin positions." - Anyone who has a tiny bit of sanity left while still trading on your platform should avoid leverage. Short term trading impossible. The only thing possibly working on your site are long term positions, if one is lucky or persistent enough to get an order placed.

I find out what you need to do. When you click withdraw you just need to wait. You should never press F5 or reload button or else page will fail with errors like your or few similar (for example increase funding limits etc...).

While the second part of this is true - the system blocks direct links and reloads - the first part is certainly not.  When you click the Withdraw link, you get that error message, and waiting does nothing.  That page doesn't refresh, at least not for me.  It just sits on that message forever.

I am very hopeful that, given the announcement that they are aware of this, Kraken is working on a fix today.

PROGRESS!  The funds in the stuck wire transfer have been returned to my account.   I see that your larger problem with withdrawals is still ongoing; I hope you get it fixed soon.

I do have a second bank configured, and so, before trying to resort to crypto, I have put in a new withdrawal request for the same amount, using the other bank.

(And interestingly, I was able to just click right through that process, so it looks like they may be making progress on the larger issue.)

I'm not out of the woods yet.... but I'm feeling less worried, and I will *definitely* report back everywhere once I know status!

HOORAY!!!!!!!

KRAKEN IS WORKING!!!!!!

I just logged in, and the site is snappy, fast, and responsive.  No reloads, no errors, no clicks.

Went right through to Funding -> Withdrawals -> USD, and all the screens came up and came up perfectly and quick!

AND.... my wire transfer is in status SENDING!!! 

Cue the Doc Brown voice when he learns about his future self's flux capacitor:   IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice recovery, Kraken!  Thank you!

And especially to user Kraken-Septimus:  Thank you for being here, and for repeatedly responding to my pleas for help!  Whatever they're paying you, I hope they double it!

Very happy, this is the way the site SHOULD work... and I, for one, WILL be back!
