Great option to show us a way to push tickets Smiley

When will fidor deposits work as normal again? My fidor-fidor payments are taking days again and do not get credited without a ticket...this is VERY annoying.
My deposit from Wednesday is still on Hold, my deposit from today does not even show up under "recent deposits" Sad

I created the ticket today (461201), guess it is too early to put it on the list. But my intention is to ask when fidor deposits will work again as they did the last years.

The issue should be resolved when Fidor releases a new version of their API - hopefully sometime in the next week or two.
Is it really a Fidor issue? Right after sending the payment it shows up under "Recent Deposits" with status "success" although it not gets credited.
Some moments later it disappears and appears again as "on Hold" after a day. It then stays in that status until I create a ticket and someone releases the payment.

My payment from Wednesday is still on Hold, my payment from yesterday now shows up as "on Hold". The same procedure as described above.
When will someone release it? Since the payment does show up right after sending (for a short time) I am not sure that the problem is Fidor related....

If I've understood their procedures properly, it seems they either:
a) have flagged your account
b) don't yet trust the transfer has cleared (maybe they've had problems with Fidor transfers being reversed)

I had a margin position (1:5) closed a few minutes after being opened. Its balance was positive. How can I see the closing reason?

Go to Trade > Positions > Closed Positions > click ID of closed position > Closing Orders > click ID of closing order(s). Look under "Reason" to see if a reason is given. If no reason is given (just "--") then you'll need to create a support ticket so we can look at it.

You are correct - we do have some issues related to the Fidor API, but you're having a different issue that needs a solution on our side. Since it's more specific to your account I'll DM you about it.

Is there a certain trading program you know that executes fastest at your site, or does everyone deal with the same conditions. I see orders going through so someone must have a way.

I can see the worst problems happen when the orders are closing margin positions. In fact it's made me lose quite a bit. Not sure if it was the same when the volume was lower.

Everyone is affected, regardless of how creating the orders.

I was not able to find a clear pattern. You can place a limit sell order below market price and it will stay unfilled forever.
But while you are waiting other orders you place can go trough, although they are placed after your previous order.

So it looks like, while the market is stuck, you have a ~2% chance per order that it will be filled (instant).
Therefore place order, wait 1 minute, cancel order. Repeat.

Of course this results in even more traffic, but it is the only way to maybe be able to trade.

Problems started already years ago and nothing was improved. Only new coins added to make it even worse...

Any chance of getting XBC listed on Kraken?We are working on segwit and have auto security checkpointing.You can safely use 6 confirms and we have adjustable security settings on seed nodes.

My $13.600 deposit(QCVEMPU-HXMKYA-LN5HCO) from the exact same account on hold for no reason! I sent my bank statement but kraken support is not responding even I tried google form.

11 days waiting for any response. Account locked but no news since days ago. Nice amount of $ but can not do any trade or withdrawal.

No response by twitter or mail...I understand them need time, but I do not know if my funds are safe in kraken or someone hacked it.

Kraken made any announcements regarding the Bitcoincash/BitcoinABC hardfork, I know that GDAX and Coinbase won't be supporting it or treating as bitcoin at least.

1. Would it be possible to ask the exchange's developers for some usability improve? There are a few really annoying things. For instance, redirection after logout to the main/sign up page. It means that I should always make additional click on Login link and wait for new page opening.
2. "New Charting & Trading Tools" looks very nice, but I cannot create/update trades with it. There is always error message (referring to API key). What can I do with it?

Kraken made any announcements regarding the Bitcoincash/BitcoinABC hardfork, I know that GDAX and Coinbase won't be supporting it or treating as bitcoin at least.

We have not made any announcement about this yet. I think we do plan to make one, but I'm not sure when.

Does Kraken offer a service if I wanted to sell a large amount of BTC/ETH for fiat? I'm level 3 verified and want to withdraw more than my limit in few transactions as possible.

Yes I would also like to have an official communication about the engine issues and the potential fix.
For now the engine is broken.
The support team answers they are aware about issues but does not know when they will be fixed.

For the moment it is impossible to trade on this site. Even when there is no volume, most of the trade are delayed/not executed.
It is a shame that they still apply the same fee when the site is not working. It is a nightmare and it is worst everyday.

If Kraken was professional, they should at least communicate officially about this and not do as there was no problem.
