How should it? Then the annoying bots are overbidding you with 1$. It does change nothing I'm struggling myself with such annoying bots. I already thought about several ways how to limit them, without hurting good market maker bots. I found no solution yet =/ I'm only sure as long as there is only 1 or two of these annoying bots, this strategy is highly profitable. If there are 10 or more of such bots, overbidding each other over and over again, it becomes less profitable and they are making hundreds of calls per minute. So you could limit them with a smaller place/cancel order api limit. I suggest ~ 30 place/cancel calls per minute and per trading pair.

If we are talking bitcoin and the price being in the thousands maybe the could round orders to $3 or $5 at most. Bots cant jump in front of that without having to make a genuine rise of price can they

Hello, i bought XBT yesterday from the market and now wanted to withdraw XBT, but its not possible. there is a dollar amount withheld but no bitcoin amount so in my opinion it should already work. please assist, and let me know what to do. thank you

Hello, It might be that the withdrawal came too late to be sent before the weekend and should arrive the following Monday.

Hello, It might be that the withdrawal came too late to be sent before the weekend and should arrive the following Monday. Confirming that @kraken-elizabeth does in fact work for Kraken. There will be others as well coming in to help and I will confirm them too. As always, you should only give out ticket numbers or public account IDs to anyone representing Kraken - we don't need and shouldn't ask for anything more, and definitely not any sensitive info like username, email, etc.

I have been using Kraken for a long time and I have never had a problem. I have withdrawn USD multiple times and received my funds in a day or two. However, the last couple of days I have been trying to withdraw USD and each time the transaction is failed with a couple of minutes. No explanation or reason given. I get the email saying a withdrawal was requested but the transaction has actually failed. I am tier 3 verified and I have the funds to withdraw. Like I said, I made a withdrawal in April and received my funds in 2 days.
I submitted a ticket and I am awaiting a response. It appears I am not alone with this problem but anyone who had the problem resolved if you could post what went wrong, maybe it will help be resolve before support gets back to me - I have no idea how long that will take.
UPDATE:
I received a reply from Karen support telling me I had to upload an ID confirmation photo. As I said, I had withdrawn US dollars from Kraken multiple times this year already so I have no idea why now I need this new form of ID. I tried to upload the photo ID and I keep getting an error message that my proof of residence file must be between 98k and 3mb. My proof f residence file was uploaded a long time ago when I was first Tier 3 verified and it is 821kb so its the right size. I have no idea what the error message means. Regardless, I cannot upload the ID confirmation photo which means me funds are still stuck in Kraken. I was burned when Cryptsy folded and this is starting to feel a lot like that.
Anyone familiar with Gemini? They also allow USD withdrawals and trading of BTC and ETH. But when they asked me for my bank account ID and password to verify my bank account, I got very concerned.

dear kraken team would you be so nice helping me with the withdrawl issue attached screenshots your CS on website is not responding since 25.august and well its a stock exchange i need fast actions i want to withdrawl the equivalent of 500 euro sepa or external bitcoin wallet actually this is really bad and i dont see the mistake on my site
I see you have 0.07493 BTC which is about 285 EUR. You also have about 196 EUR. If you have other crypto, then you need to sell that for EUR before you can initiate a SEPA withdrawal.

Click on the XBT/EUR pair (or whichever you have) on the top left side of the screen. 3. Scroll down on the dropdown menu till you see XMR. 4. Click on XMR/EUR pair. 5. Now click on "New Order" and sell your XMR for EUR. "New Order" is located under the "Funding" menu on the main page. NOTE: Make sure to click on the "Sell" bar when you want to sell your XMR.
