How to get contact Kraken for sponsorship requests?

Good luck, they do a great job of obscuring any working phone number for them.

Not looking for phone connections in particular. Most communication is VIA email or telegram/WhatsApp in the crypto-world from what I've noticed.

Hello,

I work for Kraken and will be helping to manage this thread (Dargo will confirm).  Thanks for connecting with us through bitcointalk.

Confirmed: kraken-protocol works for Kraken. Remember that it is safe to share your ticket number or your public account ID (found under Settings in your account) and no Kraken representative should ever ask for more than this information on btctalk or any other social platform.

My problem was finally resolved.  Credit where credit is due I believe "Kraken-Septimus" resolved this along with whoever they were working with (if anyone).  It was done within a very short period of time after making contact with Karen-Septimus here.

I am still disturbed I couldn't just find out from the first contact (telephone or email) what is required and provide it up front, but still thank you very much to "Kraken-Septimus" [and their colleagues].

I'm still pissed off at the company but very appreciated of the individual employee(s) that actually fixed the problem.

Thank you.

trade.kraken.com does not correctly determine buy or sell trade.

https://i.imgur.com/9mQItXq.png

On the screen you can see that trade.kraken.com shows trade as a "sell" one, but in fact it was "buy" one - kraken.com view.

One more proof: this order was in "selling" order book, so it should be determined as a "buy"one.

@Dargo, can you fix this? : )

Deleted my earlier response - I will look into this because I think you may be right. It looks like "buy" and "sell" in Recent Trades is referring to the what the maker order was when it would probably make more sense for it to indicate what the taker order was.

Edit: taking 3 tries to understand your point. Tongue You are saying that Recent Trades is correctly showing it as a buy because it was from an order on the sell side getting hit (so buy order would have been taker). But trade.kraken seems to be doing the opposite (incorrect).

I think the answer is that green/red on trade.kraken don't mean buy/sell. Instead green means higher than last price and red means lower (and color doesn't change if price is the same as last price).

this is correct. green means the price is higher, red means lower. color remains the same if it's equal.

the reason for this is Cryptowatch (trade.kraken.com engine) was originally designed to work with as many different exchanges as possible, and most exchanges don't say if a trade was a bid or ask in their public API.

Trying to open a margin position in ETH...
Every Time I get a random error. At last (about 25 attempts) I got success!
But... When I go to se my positions, I had open 2 more!!!!

I noticed the same. There where suddenly many orders which luckily failed. The kraken site gives you errors all the time and in the background they set up new orders.

I had this same experience, only in my case unfortunately the excess order didn't fail, so I ended up with the double amount of ETH that I wanted to buy initially... of course just in the time (a few days ago) when it began tanking afterwards. Thanks Kraken.

Is there a supervisor at Kraken support available? I have a missing USD withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. I provided all the requested documentation a week ago and there is still no response or update on the status of my funds. I put in a support ticket 20 days ago and there has still been no response in resolving this matter. The withdrawal should have hit my account 1 month ago. This is very concerning. I would like help in resolving this issue ASAP.

I also did a deposit yesterday, which did not get credited, in fact, does not show up on the website at all.

It was a EUR SEPA Fidor-Fidor transfer, which usually does not take more than a few minutes. A well known and advertised feature, which has worked well for me in the past, also several times recently (last working one the day before yesterday): https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002732067-Fidor-Fidor-deposits-and-withdrawals .

Answers from support so far have been they can't see the deposit yet and SEPA can take up to 5 business days (well, Fidor-Fidor should be nearly instant and it was so far) and at times "deposits of this type" are delayed in the banking system.

I asked them for clarification whether "can't see" means the money has not arrived in their bank account, which they did not explicitly answer.

In the meantime I have confirmation from my bank that the transfer has been executed yesterday.

Ticket number is 677953, which has already been escalated.

I respectfully ask for the money being credited to my Kraken account shortly.

Did anyone else have Fidor-Fidor delays before? Should I be worried?

Hi
On the date of 11.09.2017 ı sen 100k $ to your side. Dan told me that the reference code is wrong. One 'G' character was replaced by '6' mistakenly by my bank. I sent the order form and the swift paper to both Lynn and Dan. Dan also told me that they found my money. But you payment team is delaying my deposit. 100k is a huge amount of money. I am tier for and I sent my max daily limit. I cant stop thinking about it all day long. I already escalated the ticket via twitter. Please inform me that what am I waiting for. Patience has a end. If the reference number is very big problem send my. money back to my bank and I will pay the costs. Please dont ignore me. I need a date that you will credit my deposit. At least give me a dat for it. Hope to hear from you a.s.a.p. Waiting for the good news.
