Why they didn't add some payment method in their website for the investors to easily contribute to dispatch labs?

Right now they are offering only private packs ( private sale ) for those whom interested in contribute to DISPATCH LABS and this can't be public, otherwise it will be public sale. For payment method since it's not public, you can know method payment are available, when contact them you will get those info.

Dispatch Labs is its own platform, but it is backward compatible with Ethereum.  Projects can easily transfer their data from Ehtereum to Dispatch Labs.
