Yeah, I think blockchain.info wallets work, but I would really suggest installing bitcoin-qt as you can sign messages a lot easier (not sure if you can with blockchain.info) which you'll need to change settings at Eligius. Download and install bitcoin-qt anyway, it'll be a good lesson ;-)

I am running mainly Antminers at the moment but spread across a number of pools to reduce variance making my earnings are more consistent. It also helps when a pool has a failure as the hashing power then moves to the other pools.

No you have to register with BTCGuild first and then enter the right username. The Ant's by default operate in a failover mode so when pool 1 fails the ant starts sending shares to pool 2.

75W per cable is rubbish. They can carry 320W at least with proper 18AWG wire, which most good PSUs use.
Each board has 1x 6 pin PCI-E connector, so 2 per miner.
You will be absolutely fine with this PSU.

CGminer 3.12 for starters.  Previous version had cgminer 3.8.5.   I have updated my ants and checking it out now.

Yes.  The psu end will use the fixed 8 pin and the pci end will use the 6 pin the +2 will just hang.
