Very poor customers support.. Is it too difficult answering a simple question like "are you going to delist ctr or not ?" 

Maybe there is still no final decision on HitBTC yet so support cannot give a detailed and concrete statement.

On the other side it was too bad as I didn't expect Centra to suffer a serious heavy blow. They could have done it better if they were located outside the United States.

This exchange needs to SPELL OUT the names of the coins, not use just abbreviations.  Some of the abbreviations HitBTC uses are actually the names of other well known coins.  Also, it assumes I might like to just dust my balances that are not in it's neat quanticized order amounts.  That dust might be worth good money one day.   I hope it can get on board like the better exchanges and spell out the name of the coins so I can do due diligence easy by right clicking and searching and being fair and upfront with what I buy there.  This exchange has some real things going against it that if it fixed might be a good exchange because it lists some interesting smaller coins, but good luck finding out any information on them without spending a lot of time.

I send a lot of mined Monero to HitBTC everyday and do a lot of high frequency trading which they make a lot of money in fees from...
But now, they changed my Monero address without even notifying me!!!!

So I had 28XMR sent to what had always been my XMR address, but it's not showing up on my account as they changed my XMR address.
I assume HitBTC just keeps it, because I've raised a support ticket, 266121, and they haven't responded!

Why would they change my address without notifying me?? And then just keep a serious amount of money for themselves!

my problem is also a monero deposit that does not show in my account after 8 days.
i have already recently used the address and it had been OK, so i am sure of the address.
i have got 2 ticket numbers and i have put a complaint on the site, however hitbtc support does not respond.

support has responded positively, waiting now the definitive solution of the problem.

lol what the fuck? Glad I withdrew all my asset in ETH few days ago and it actually went very smooth. Like I said earlier, they need to step their game up or everybody will move to a more advanced exchange.

What will be the fees on trading the fork of MoneroV - XMV?

There is MoneroV already in HitBTC? Been more than a week since I didn't log in and put everything on standby.
I bet there was no distribution on that fork? I haven't seen a top exchange participating in that fork so I didn't mind much.

Is STRAKS (STAK) going to be listed on HitBTC by the end of April? Official HitBTC statement is that STRAKS (STAK) will be listed in April. It is few days remaining, otherwise it would be a lie again and delay for the 3rd time (1st time mid February was promised, 2nd time mid-March and 3rd time April).

The exchange Hitbtc froze my 12 bitcoins, which at the current market rate is more then 105 thousand dollars. At first it was possible to enter the private account, but there was an error "Currency operations not avialable" for any operation with bitcoins.
I wrote to the support desk, ticket # 238606. It was the 17th of febrary. The support service asked me to send a photo with a passport settled near a monitor with this ticket viewed on screen. I did it, and after that the support service completely blocked my account, so now I can not enter it. They also asked for information on the two bitcoin transfers that I carried out to this exchange. I provided this information on 26th of February. From that time they asked me to provide them lots of different certificates, confirmations, copies of screen. I always send them it as soon as possible, but receive only new requests. It longs two and a half months already.
I read a lot of reviews about this exchange. It turns out that there are very many similar cases on this exchange, that people are freezing their money, can not return it.
It seems that this exchange has a problem. Maybe they were hacked and they compensate their losses at the expense of customers. It seems that the Hitbtc Exchange is a scam. I do not advise anyone to use it.

I've the same problem. I send ETH from Bitstamp (18 April) and I never received it. The support said me they needed few days for solve problem. It passed 20 days and nothing. I think it's not serious from them. Pay attention with deposit, specially in ETH!!!

12 BTC? Wtf? Why you put up such big amount into an exchange.Most likely on any exchange once big amounts would entered into a specific trading account they would normally ask for KYC verification and other documentation.Ive seen on what you have done here and you do comply on what they are asking and now they are neglecting and leaving the situation unresolved.What a unprofessional way on handling traders on such site.Ive been using this exchange and completely stop when issues becoming rampant.
