I have a very long time I can not withdraw funds in this shit exchange. I do not receive a confirmation letter. What to do? Nobody answers the letters! Now, in general, there is no possibility to write in support, it was simply turned off!

Exactly. I commented previously about this account being a shill account used by HitBTC & have now neg rep'd it - suggest everyone else do the same.

The fact that HitBTC are using fake shill accounts only confirms that they are a scam.

i gfet the same issues

i get  approx 1 confirm mail  on 5  withdraw request
the confirm request  doesnt wort : says withdraw not possible.

i tryed several coins BTC BCH ETH DOGE
i tryes several withdraw adresses
i did same operation from another platform right aways and all worked perfectly...

HITBTC is stalking keeping our money....

The support answered once with standard IDIOTIC  check you spams ect...

Grabbed my attention how they can write on their support pages :  DO NOT WASTE SUPPORT TIME... LOL

when i opened the account 2 years ago  i sent 3 separate times  all  requested infos passport ect

i get 2 times  support mail  keeping askiing me to do verifications....... my guess their support  is  reading only few % of incoming request


after 3 times all proof sent my account still not been verifyed LOL

support team  link in their  setting pages   send to a 404 page  LOL x 2...




maybe  pretty outlooking but shaddy from the inside

Yeah HitBtc is fine, using it for ages for long, but their fees, OH their fees, they are so high fees to withdraw coins, and also it is fishy thing that u must trade coin with different decimals, so there will be left coins which u simoly never can withdraw or sell from this exchange

HitBTC to stop trading in Japan, well it had to come sooner or later, this is probably another nail in HitBTC's coffin as 1000's (just a guess) leave HitBTC in droves after they introduced fees to deposit coins and there rediculously high minimum trade amounts.

What`s up with this weird 48 hour withdrawal waiting period on hitbtc? They told me I can´t withdraw because i enabled a whitelist (whatever that is). Not to mention that I didn`t enable or change anything in the settings.

Are there any people who really don`t have any problems with this site? I can`t believe it. Every click I make there leads to another issue.

yeap a fucking scam , each click , new problem , invalid token error when i try to withdraw bitcoin , litecoin , or anything else ... and i have all verifications done ... so i advice you DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR MONEY IN HERE , i have 5 tickets , none of them resolved , i was screwed with DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS both from them ...

Just let you know that my problem still not solved. After around 2 weeks. I send them all proofs that cost that I deposit to hitbtc is mine and don't got a reply.

We've heard abut this from some of our customers, they say that first HitBTC ask you for couple of documents and photos, next they require proof of residence and bank account ownership, then they require your social network presence approval, and at the end... Total silence. Now you can be proud of yourself for completing this long quest for nothing. Probably say good bye to all funds stuck in this exchanger

Hitbtc is the worst exchange I have ever seen, no airdrop support, botnet running pump and dump, high withdrawal fees, no support, killing poor crypto communities, lack of fairness.
