Feature Request:

On the payments screen (https://deepbit.net/payments), the user should have the option of specifying the amount to be withdrawn. A box with the amount to be withdrawn should default to the total remaining coins, but allow a custom amount to be entered before the instant payout button is selected.

Can you tell me some use cases for this ?
I understand what do you mean, but want to see the specific reasons, please :)

I want to transfer an even amount of BTC as I make progress with mining, for example, exactly 20BTC instead of 20.1423423BTC.

Security Request:

Please change the cookies you are storing to be "session" cookies - they will expire at the end of the browser session instead of at a specific date. This will close a security hole where someone that has access to a person's PC can access and change the bitcoin address without authenticating.

I'll think about this as an option, not enabled by default because people don't like it.
Also, e-mail confirmation is mandatory for bitcoin address change now.

also: can I hide my 2nd/3rd etc worker password? cus they're visible, only the main worker's pass is hidden. You could make them all hidden and make a button to retrieve the passwords via email.

What's the point? The only thing someone can do with the worker password is mine more BTC for you.  Cheesy

There is a tricky way to use non-plaintext passwords with your workers.
Change your main password to the one you want, then click "Create worker" and "save settings". Now you have a worker with a (hidden) copy of your main password. Then change your main password - it will be different, but worker's password is not changed. This way you can assign unique hidden passwords to all your workers.

I'm getting "None" reward on my deepbit for the last 3 blocks found.  I was getting rewards before that.  Any ideas?
Eh?  I had 299,999 shares with "0" reward.  Something is fucked up.
1) The column title says "Total shares", not "your shares". So 299 997 - is the number of shares, accepted from all the pool's users during this round.
2) You get reward from blocks only in Proportional mode. In PPS mode your reward doesn't depends on blocks and is not shown there.

What is your hashing speed ? Are your worker names blue or red on your account page ?

Hmm.  So it's possible my 6950 could have been offline and it would show up as "none."  I did have an error when the 6950 turned off when I disconnected the 6990, even though they are on different computers.   I wonder if this is a deepbit issue as?  They literally disconnected at the same time.  Although it could have a coincidence.  I just didn't realize the 6950 was offline for that entire 3 blocks.

Here is a the screen shot to show you what I noticed.  Here is the scenario.  I have a 6990 mining at 940 Mh/S.  I have a 6950 @ 400 Mh/S.  I disconnected the 6990 and had only the 6950 mining.  The 6950 was mining at 400 Mh/S.

So, 400 Mh/S.  No reward.  See screen shot.

I have both workers on proportional mode.

Looks like you didn't submit any shares for that time. Maybe sketchy internet ? I had a couple of these and it was my connection sucked Cheesy

I just edited my post.  I remember when I disconnected my 6990 I went over to the 6950 and it had also disconnected.  I suspect that was the issue.  Although very strange that they would both disconnect at the same time as they are on separate computers.

You can tell they disconnected at the same time because no shares came in!

If you are going to bother to payout, why leave any BTC in the pool?
