Yes sir! LOL, actually, I'm struggling with my next article. I want to write on masternodes and all the things they can do for us, without sounding silly, ROFLMAO. I don't think it's silly, my ideas, but I want to keep them grounded a bit. Anyway, maybe I should do that instead of getting in trouble here, LOL
I know how you feel. I'm chomping at the bit as well... When it comes to business penetration, professionalism is going to be key, so I will wait to see what comes out of the DRK Project Team marketing wise first, before I approach anyone... I'm sure Evan will want a holiday as well post RC4, testing has been moving forward at a relentless pace...

USA, I should stop being angry and writing politics. I'm going to hit someone the wrong way. I'm just not happy with our current leader at all. So I rant sometimes, sorry.
To be honest, there has to be debt. It's not good in everyday life, but for businesses, they need to raise capital to grow all the time, heck just to start! Many businesses crash in startup as well. But it is healthy to have people trying. There is a balance to everything. I'm actually not black and white, but when the economy gets so out of hand, it crashes, over and over again.
I think cryptocurrency will actually smooth the fall out, at least I'm hoping so.
I'm hoping that with positive money, all future debt will be 100% backed. I think when that happens, people may decide to switch over to equity based financing. You get upside if venture succeeds, which makes for better decision making on where to invest. Right now, debt based money is primarily pumped into speculative assets all around the world. See property prices in NY, London, Sydney, Vancouver, Auckland. The debt isn't being injected into productive activities anymore. Positivemoney.org calculated that only 8% of debt in the UK last year was for productive reasons. The rest was for speculative activities. Australia is pretty much turning into the same. Virtually all debt growth is for housing. And of that, most of that is for existing properties.

No need to apologise... Once you figure out in life that politicians are just figureheads for corporations and the media are there to shape people's thoughts into the will of those corporations, it's really hard not to be mad 24/7...
Take that energy and frustration and put it towards supporting DarkCoin.
As soon as RC4 is ready and Evan + team give the green light, I'm going on a Jihad... Every business in Australia is going to know about DarkCoin and the world of crypto...

Just about everyone is going to roll over when they get a knock at the door from the spooks or the guvthugs.
Ultimately we need MNs that can handle dynamic IPs and can intelligently mesh. That would be technology in demand...
Actually, all we need for that is domain name support. noip is free, get your ip account directed to you no matter how your ip address changes. Of course, noip is centralized (a redirector) but if there are a lot of places that give such a service, and if some of them are out of reach of a malicious government, it can work. certainly, again, until we can move elsewhere. Masternodes are so mobile, it's really not an issue IMO.

You know, I'm on this thread because I'm interested in Darkcoin. I sometimes go out to see if anything is interesting, and in 6 months, nothing has been interesting once I understood it. IF I ever posted on another thread, it was always with respect. But my posts have been so few. I wouldn't think of trolling, and I think anyone who thinks they have a free pass to troll because they saw someone troll on their favorite coin's thread isn't any better than a paid troll. Unless you really see a fault with the coin that hasn't been pointed out yet, or might not be known, and point it out in a polite fashion, you're trolling. I wouldn't risk maligning my user name to be so childish (actually, I stick my foot in my mouth here enough). Just a thought for you since you've been around a while it seems. You may wish to change your ways? Er.. Ok tungfa, I'm not feeling pressure.... AAAAAHHHHHH

Any time someone says DRK isn't real anonymous tech (their most common "arguement"), ask them to trace a darksend transaction...

Masternode numbers have grown significantly - 891 = 854 actives + 37 inactives Payouts wont be as regular as before. You might not get anything for 5 days, then all of a sudden get 3 payments in a day. That being said, yes the Masternode voting consensus is brand new in RC4

We'd benefit ourselves and put noip out of business with their poxy 19 servers... edit: distributed dynamic dns running on the MN network would be fantastic. Goodbye DDOS attacks.

It better illustrates the random nature of payments.

It better illustrates the random nature of payments. Bursty payouts are fine when they are bursting burstastically often, but extended periods of nonburtyness suck. I could live with a more even distribution. Evan is working on the RC4 voting system now, we'll see how burstastic it turns out. Maybe we'll get spurts, salvos, farragos or clustergasms instead.

tungfa, I've been trying to wrap my head around Ethereum. Some of the things I thought Masternodes could do, Ethereum is focusing on. Basically they're doing a brand new web infrastructure. Thing is, I don't know how private it is. I don't see how they will be obfuscating ip addresses or exchanging coins. Of course they can just implement DarkSend once it's open. However, as I understand it, their foundation code is different from Bitcoin's. I'm trying to understand what they can really do, and how we might fit into that infrastructure. It's very broad reaching, and if it works, which I hope it will, I want to see how DarkCoin can take advantage of it.... so I'm thinking..... and can't write! LOL. Well maybe it's possible for MNs to each host a service that does whatever noip does... We'd benefit ourselves and put noip out of business with their poxy 19 servers... edit: distributed dynamic dns running on the MN network would be fantastic. Goodbye DDOS attacks. Another excellent idea! Yes, we'd also get rid of that pesky centralization!

Like let's take 99% from the miners, sure. Everyone here is expecting to make fortune on MN payments. You realize that it's random distribution, right ? You don't get periodically payed, it depends on 'luck' if your MN is chosen.
