Alexander Gustafsson needs to retire for good as he cannot take a punch now and Nikita Krylov smashed him from the start. Volkan Oezdemir surprised me with a decision win and Jack Hermansson improved his striking so much as Chris Curtis had no idea on how to counter them . Oezdemir won quite a landslide victory, Paul Craig could not do almost anything, he tried to flunk Oezdemir and turn the fight into wrestling, but he didn’t succeed at all, besides he always caught a couple of good punches when trying to do it. Krylov got a very confident victory, he was much faster and stronger, Gustafsson is no longer capable of anything, it's time to take a well-deserved rest. Now I would like to see Krylov with stronger opponents.

Let me refrase that, Alex never sgould have returned from retirement. Even tho he was in retirement for what, a year tops, he seems to have lost a step or two and his decission to go HW after the Smith fight was a terrible idea. The best thing he did was to go for retirement when he was on top predicting he would have a hard time with the newcomers.

For two weeks in the UFC, great misfortunes have been going on in the matches. Ortega's shoulder was injured today, Tom Aspinal injured his knee, nobody expected it, they didn't even fight. He's got a bad knee injury, I know Brian Ortega is in need of surgery. I hope Tom's injury isn't serious, it was a very unfortunate situation. I hope he returns in a short time. It was a very easy win for those betting on Curtis Blaydes. I wanted to watch this fight, like everyone else, I'm wondering which one is better, frankly, I hope this fight is set again.

Pretty much Paul Craig's wrestling was not good enough for Oezdemir to always break out and give Craig a punch combo, pretty much when Craig lock Oezdemir's feet Volkan Oezdemir just keeps getting away like it was nothing at all talk about badass, pretty much every advantage was for Volkan Oezdemir from those accurate strikes then the volume just keeps on rising while Paul Craig's was focus on unsuccessful takedowns and grappling it was out to naught Nikita Krylov VS Alexander Gustafsson fight was pretty much entertaining to watch, Krylov was very confident really confident, at first he was calm and collected then when he made Gustafsson knockdown he aim in confidently giving him a barrage of punches keeping the brawl getting Gustafsson down Alexander Gustafsson needs to retire for good as he cannot take a punch now and Nikita Krylov smashed him from the start.

He surely underestimated Nikita Krylov that is for sure, and to be mauled like that he should have thought this up if he's ever to come back or just retire for good, he still needs more training that is for sure, For two weeks in the UFC, great misfortunes have been going on in the matches. Well, in my opinion in Ortega's case that was really his bad shoulder the recently injured shoulder that he has, while in Aspinal's case maybe he has it when the fight started but was not aware of it, that is why it snapped when he just kick Blaydes, that is why I am saying what Curtis Blaydes was made off, for Aspinal's knee to break, and for sure these two will need a surgery, and wish them to a fast recovery, for Tom Aspinal VS Curtis Blaydes a rematch is what the fans want when Tom Aspinal finally recovers,

Do you think "The Adjustment Bureau" may have something to do with it? Injuries like what Tom and Brain got may take months and months to recover which they really may have to rest fighting for awhile. Blaydes said he landed a kick and a counter which made Tom drop which he won fairly. He doesn't even want a rematch but want to fight whoever wins Ciryl Gane and Tai Tuivasa in UFC Paris. Blaydes vs Gane will be a great match if Dana agrees.

A lot of unexpected things have happened with the UFC Fight Night London and a lot were upset with what happened in the main event, I also was upset, and like I said I really want Tom Aspinal to win against Curtis Blaydes even though I have bet for Curtis Blaydes to win, but I haven't seen the true potential of Aspinal, and a sure rematch might happen but move forward to a new event, UFC 277: Peña vs. Nunes 2Location: Dallas, Texas, United States Saturday 07.30.2022 MAIN CARDWoman Batamweight: Julianna Peña VS Amanda Nunes Flyweight: Brandon Moreno VS Kai Kara-France Heavyweight: Derrick Lewis VS Sergei Pavlovich Flyweight: Alexandre Pantoja VS Alex Perez Light Heavyweight: Magomed Ankalaev VS Anthony Smith PRELIMINARY CARDWelterweight: Alex Morono VS Matt Semelsberger Lightweight: Drew Dober VS Rafael Alves Heavyweight: Don'Tale Mayes VS Hamdy Abdelwahab Lightweight: Drakkar Klose VS Rafa García Welterweight: Michael Morales VS Adam Fugitt Woman Flyweight: Ji Yeon Kim VS Joselyne Edwards Light Heavyweight: Nick Negumereanu VS Ihor Potieria Welterweight: Orion Cosce VS Blood Diamond CANCELLED BOUTSJi Yeon Kim VS Mariya Agapova - Agapova Withdrew Change with Joselyne Edwards Paulo Costa VS Luke Rockhold - Bout Rescheduled Ramiz Brahimaj VS Michael Morales - Brahimaj Withdrew Change with Adam Fugitt Drakkar Klose VS Diego Ferreira - Ferreira Injury Change with Rafa García Justin Tafa VS Don'Tale Mayes - Tafa Withdrew Change with Hamdy Abdelwahab Ignacio Bahamondes VS Ľudovít Klein - Bahamondes Visa Issues Information was from TAPOLOGY

That's right, if Craig during the fight saw that his attempts were unsuccessful, then it was necessary to adapt to the battle, it was necessary to try to change the strategy. But I understand how difficult it is to do this during a fight, especially when a fighter like Oezdemir is standing against you in the ring. Yes, Krylov's fight was interesting to watch, but it all ended too quickly. I like it better when there are equal opponents in the ring, and in this case there was a total advantage of one fighter.

Aspinal vs Blaydes fight was a total disappointment. Sad so see main events end like this, sad to realize people trained and go through camp, cutting weight and the fight ends in such a way in the first minute. Feel sad to Blaydes. You spend months for the fight to end in 15 sec. Feel bad for Aspinal ruining his UFC record. Such coincidence kicks him from a race for UFC belt for several years now. Did anyone knows what has really happened to his knee? Kneecap popped out? Ligaments torn?

Paul Craig should have stopped the moment he realized that what he is doing has no effect on Volkan Oezdemir but I really don't expect Paul Craig to have another plan other than to get his submission done against Oezdemir while Volkan Oezdemir got quite dominating over the stand-up while Paul Craig is really struggling in both field, pretty much it was really a spectacle of a fight to watch, That is really one crazy fight and Nikita Krylov was really something, he surely give his all in the fight and just landed a devastating punch on Alexander Gustafsson, and he was finished I think Nikita Krylov is ready to face 1 of the ranking fighters on the: Light Heavyweight division maybe Dominick Reyes or Thiago Santos, Aspinal vs Blaydes fight was a total disappointment. Well, it was a knee injury but there is no further information about it, but I have watched a doctor explaining the fight that it may be a torn Ligament but in further detail, it is just speculations until the medical record has been public, but for now, it was really disappointing but both fighters do want that to happen it was really a freak injury and respect for Curtis Blaydes and the beautiful moment of sportsmanship, Curtis and his team popped up to say hello to Aspinall and both shared a beer that has made Tom Aspinall very very happy, respect for both men,

He did a swinging kick but it's the shin that his Curtis thigh. Didn't do any damage to Curtis but his knees seem dislocated. Here is the result of my picks for the UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall
Very nice triple win for you this time! Highlight of this fight card for me was Paddy Pimblett win and great unexpected performance from Nikita Krylov against Alexander Gustafsson. Co-main event was not very interesting to watch and injury of Tom Aspinall in main event ruined everything it was anticlimax. Let me refrase that, Alex never sgould have returned from retirement. I agree with you, but I secretly hoped he will perform much better and maybe win in this fight. Everyone stills remember his great performance against Jon Jones in 2018, and after that fight everything went down the hill for him.

Yeah it really is disapointing especially for aspinal he was in a huge streak since he started ufc he never needed more than two rounds to finish his opponents and now this loss will totaly get him down i think its unfair to consider it a loss but unfortunatly those are the rules its like what happened with alexander rakic i hope when he recovers he get a rematch or a fight with someone high ranked.

Thank goodness it was not a career-ending injury, but I have surely noticed on Tom Aspinall he is very aggressive during his fight with Curtis Blaydes he doesn't really do with Alexander Volkov, because he seems to throw his fight IQ against Blaydes, but I can not say for sure because the fight just lasted 15 seconds it was a really terrible thing to happen but it surely is unfortunate and nobody wants that to happen, Here is the result of my picks for the UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall

Thanks, it was really an amazing night but not the main event because it ends very tragically but despite that, I was having a great time watching Paddy Pimblett do what he promised, A Teabag on Jordan Leavitt, it was really an amazing fight, and the post-conference he was just eating with Molly Mccann, Nikita Krylov, in my opinion, is ready to take on higher rankings fights and I will surely see to it that I watch,

I wouldn't call him fake Khabib. I think he can be the new Khabib, especially if he keeps decimating opponents as he has been. Diaz will give him a good run for his money I'm sure and I am definitely looking forward to this fight. Hopefully it's a fight like Chimaev's last against Burns where he was the first person to go the distance with him. Khamzat definitely wasn't expecting that. Diaz has only been knocked out once I believe and even that was a ref stoppage (though he was getting battered on the floor and his corner threw in the towel as the ref went to stop it). All other fights I think he's either won or lost on points so this fight going the distance is certainly a possibility.
Burns has always been underestimated I feel. He showed up in that fight, and it's the first time we've seen Chimaev actually hurt. Like, at one point I'm pretty sure his legs give out under him. He was hurt, and as DC would say "hurt bad". However, I'm not sure if he will be the next khabib, different fighting styles. Chimaev could've gone to the ground a little more against Burns, but he seems rather stubborn, and wanted to stand toe to toe, and hopefully knock him out. While after the fight he admitted this was a mistake, it was probably due to Burns' ground game, despite Chimaev being more than proficient in that area. Khabib on the other hand, stayed safe the majority of the time. He didn't fall in love with knocking people out, and instead stuck to his game plan. I'm not sure at least at this stage of his career if Chimaev has the same discipline as Khabib. Agreed and according to this interview with Chimaev, he wants to fight Gilbert Burns again. However, according to his own statement from the same interview, this might imply that it might be another disapponting performance from Chimaev. Read his statement highlighted in yellow. He should certainly listen to his coach. Chimaev then revealed the possibility of facing Burns again down the line.
“I hope one day I fight again with him,” Chimaev said. “I was a little bit stupid in that fight, just going forward. I didn’t work my footwork, I didn’t show my boxing skills.”
Chimaev was then asked if he’s taken time to re-watch his win over Burns at UFC 273.
“No, my coach (wants me to watch that fight). I don’t want to watch. I want to fight,” Chimaev revealed.Source https://www.mmanews.com/2022/07/khamzat-chimaev-burns-rewatch-2/

I'm not sure at least at this stage of his career if Chimaev has the same discipline as Khabib. Chimaev is far more reckless and hot-headed than Khabib, but that's what makes him exciting to me. Khabib was a little boring at times and everyone knew his game plan. I think Diaz isn't going to be a walkover much like Burns wasn't and people are underestimating him. Connor has only had 5 since then as well. I don't think blame can solely be put on Dana/the UFC as it takes two to tango in the fight game. There is a huge difference between this two fighters but two more fights is big difference even without that. Connor didn't want to fight very much during this period, he was drinking, spending his money, having party time, and he lost four of his last five fights. Diaz had to beg Dana And UFC to give him any fight or release him and he said this in public, but I am not worried for him because I heard contracts for other organizations are waiting him after this fight. I don't think we are going to see Diaz vs Connor again in UFC, maybe sometime in future outside UFC is possible. It probably depends on how well Diaz does in this fight. If he puts on a good show then it might bite UFC in the ass as people will want to see more of him, or it will just hype up a Jake Paul fight even more. He could go on and fight Jake and then back to the UFC or bellator or something so he's got options. Looking forward to seeing Paddy the Baddy back in the ring. Amazing how much weight he lost so fast after going absolutely crazy eating after his last fight. Also looking forward to seeing Suga Sean’s next fight. A lot of people are counting him out so it might be a make or break fight for him.
It's actually impressive how fast he can lose it. He looked very lean, especially since it was only a month ago he looked like an overweight slob. Fair play to him. It's going to be interesting to see how far he can go in the UFC. He's blitzing everyone so far but he's also not really been challenged or fought anyone of worth.

respect for Curtis Blaydes and the beautiful moment of sportsmanship, Curtis and his team popped up to say hello to Aspinall and both shared a beer that has made Tom Aspinall very very happy, respect for both men,
I respect Curtis for not jumping on Aspinal and doing extra punches. I've seen many times, when they guy is hurt (injury), his opponent lands 2-3 extra strikes, cases when ref must have speed of cheetah to save the fighter. I was quite amazed, that Curtis said that right now he is not planning to join belt race, that right now he is just doing his job, that he is not fully prepared for being a champ. That is strange to hear, as he is 1 or 2 fight away from title fight.

Jai Herbert Muhammad Mokaev Marc Diakiese Nathaniel Wood Mason Jones Paddy the baddy
Mason Jones was the pie shitter of parlays. Lmaooo. Mokaev turned out to look really good. He didn't finish his opponent but he totally owned the guy's soul. And before 277 this weekend, we have the Contender Series 2022 week 1 in around 9 hours or so. I have a small parlay going. Pyfer - Turkalj - Buzukja - Costa at 5.35 Here's the roster of the event. They're mostly unknowns to me and I just followed the most likely winners the books are going for. So feel free to fade. Date: Tuesday, July 26, 8:00pm EST Venue: UFC Apex Center, Las Vegas, Nevada Middleweight: Joseph Pyfer vs Ozzy Diaz Light Heavyweight: Anton Turkalj vs Acácio dos Santos Featherweight: Dennis Buzukja vs Kaleio Romero Flyweight: Alessandro Costa vs Andres Luna Martinetti

I respect Curtis for not jumping on Aspinal and doing extra punches. I've seen many times, when they guy is hurt (injury), his opponent lands 2-3 extra strikes, cases when ref must have speed of cheetah to save the fighter.
Maybe Curtis can control his emotions at the start of the round (15 seconds running) so that he respects the referee's decision to prohibit extra punches, but I also respect Curtis for being calm when an opponent falls and he knows his opponent has an injury. I was quite amazed, that Curtis said that right now he is not planning to join belt race, that right now he is just doing his job, that he is not fully prepared for being a champ. That is strange to hear, as he is 1 or 2 fight away from title fight.
It was strange to hear, he once lost to Francis Ngannou but only the past should be forgotten, Curtis feels pessimistic because his abilities are not ready for a heavyweight title fight. I believe he has ambitions to fight for the heavyweight title after his fighting career improved by beating 2 TKO records this year.

It probably depends on how well Diaz does in this fight. If he puts on a good show then it might bite UFC in the ass as people will want to see more of him, or it will just hype up a Jake Paul fight even more. He could go on and fight Jake and then back to the UFC or bellator or something so he's got options.
I can make a bet with anyone that Diaz is going to give his best, but that is just not enough against top fighters like Chimaev. There are some rumors about BKFC Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship already have contract ready for Diaz and he is going to earn more money than in UFC. I think this could completely ruin his face and maybe he receives more offers from other MMA bosses, maybe EagleFC and Khabib gives him a call. Jason Jackson from Bellator earned almost $200k for win over Douglas Lima in Bellator 283, so there is certainly money to be earned outside UFC.

Will BKFC have an open contract that he can fight with Jake Paul also? I think this is what most of them wants that they can go any promotions to fight. I respect Curtis for not jumping on Aspinal and doing extra punches. Right after Tom kicks Curtis he then hold his knee before falling down. Curtis immediately saw he was in pain but yes true there are fighters who would jump right on to a fighter to pound some more. The two didn't trashtalk too which I think helped them control emotions.
