Anyone found a good set of Rack Ears in the USA for these?

Spondoolies wants $25 per set, and that just seems a tad high.  Standard rack ears on eBay are less than $10 shipped.

The rack ears were designed and manufactured specifically for the SP10
The $25 is mainly to cover shipping costs

Your website has two options for the rack ears:
No Shipping - FREE
DHL air freight + insurance - $193.00

We'll sort it out next week.

I have a late May unit, and it's only averaging ~1300 GH/s at the pool (BtcGuild) using the "turbo fans, highest rate" setting. Is there anything I can do to increase performance?

This unit is running in a data center using 208v power, and temperatures are good (27C front, 69C back). I was expecting a bit more, so hopefully there are tweaks I can make to increase performance and this isn't just a low performing unit.

There are some manufacturing difference between each miner.
We can offer you additional miner at a considerable discount.

Did you try with the overclock instructions on spondoolies website?

This is why the +- 10% is for. There will always be some manufacturing differences.

The UCoustic™ 9210 rack cabinets are amazing. I have two of the 24U active model. I can't hear my SP10.

Thanks!

What about heat? How many SP10 were you able to fit into 24U without any heat issues?

I highly appreciate your help, thanks again.

Haha, I'm sure we will be back in the 680-700 range by tomorrow. Haven't bought new mining equipment in a while so excited to be increasing my hashrate soon.

Looks like one of my chips doesnt work?  Ive rebooted the miner, have the latest firmware, and have tried tweaking the voltage settings but with no avail.
Code:
43: 77c 825hz( 0/ 0) 0  1
perhaps switching over to 208V will kick some sense into the machine - otherwise it is running great right now at 1.3TH with the fans tuned down a little

I have a few questions though:
1) what is the HW error rate? is it the 'errors'/'accepted shares' on the main page? - because the initial power up makes a huge error rate seemingly. Pool stats seem pretty good though so wasn't sure if its like the antminers where a few other variables need to be accounted for in the error rate %
2) how accurate is the wattage reading on the asic stats page? Assuming its correct then these units really are outstanding at 1.34TH/1100W

edit: rebooted the miner to see if that remedies the odd chip, and now am getting weird results. The miner will spin up and sound like it is mining properly for about 45seconds, then drop to idle for 40 seconds, then spin up all the fans to mining speeds again.  pool shows alive and a few various chips read as 7fdf or 7fbf or 7ffd. Every spin up/down seems like it might be reducing thre number of weird chip codes

edit 2: something is bugging my miner. I disabled a file upload and it seems like that may have corrected the issue with hashing starting and stopping (I guess my upload speeds were too limited??). most chips but one (7fdf) are reading 7fff and miner is stabilising slowly. time for bed - i guess ill have to upload files another way?

^can someone confirm the bandwidth needs (especiall the upload speeds) of the miner? I was uploading files at ~66kBps which i know is slow but i thought is more than sufficient for mining

whats your advanced voltage settings? if your max voltage is set at default then that may be the limitation.

You need to allow high maximum voltage settings as per overclock instructions.

It will also run slower and less efficient on a 120V circuit compared to a standard 240V one, as the PSU will not be able to deliver the same current.

Hi there.

If I purchased an SP10 + 3 month hosting - what is the lead time in getting that installed and up and running for me?

Also I couldn't find a shipping estimator on the website - if I just wanted it to be shipped to the UK what would be the approximate cost and lead time for this?

Cheers

Hosting, I think it took under 48 hours to be up and hashing.

$193 to ship to the UK, you have to go through the checkout process to get the shipping price, it gives it to you before you complete.

Whats not clear really in the checkout process is if you have to pay for shipping if you are hosting there. So in that instance I would email sales@ and they will probably send you a discount code for the shipping cost to add to the cart before checkout, and just make sure to put all the hosting info in the notes.
