I wonder when the last time the CEO of Apple, Google, Exxon Mobile, or Amazon banned someone for asking questions on a forum ^^^ This about sums it up. Also, it's notable that this company created a multi million dollar business that others bought into with promises of ready made this and that, none of which turn out to be completely true. That people cannot see this simplest of deceptions is beyond me. It's a bait and switch. Bait. ready to go platform with pre-assigned and supported value. Switch. Incomplete framework, unsupportable value, need help due to loss of skill & knowledge bases, your obligation to support GAW as you bought in via coins. Again, the intent to proceed down this path may not have been willful deceit, but the resulting fiasco going on around this whole Company tends to make one wonder how they ever expected to succeed as they are all clearly out of their depth.

Here's a theory.
GAW Miners only has a staff of a few people. Most of the "50" employees are employees of his, sure, but of his telecom company. He just includes them in the count because they're all his employees, right?

Well he said over 50 at the company. Didn't say 50 staff. Could be 50 miners, 50 btc, 50 rioters with pitchforks and torches, 50 SEC investigators.........

He didn't say they had 50 *employees*, just "We have over 50 at this company." He might be including Team Paycoin. That's what he's counting when he talks about dev staff: IOW, not employees, but people who have lost big money on paycoin and are desperately trying to come up with something that will save the day, since GAW isn't going to do anything.

Could be.
I would love a list of 50 possible positions GAW could have. He probably needs a graphic designer, a couple of developers, a couple of paid internet shills, and one person cold calling businesses trying to encourage adoption. Maybe one more to fill the orders in case someone buys the miners he has left. Assuming he has one in-house counsel, two customer service reps, and two people working compliance, that's still only about 11 people.

I have a PACER account. If you could provide a case title to search for, I'll see what I can find. Searching for "GAW" did not turn up anything particularly notable. Bump, anyone have more info for this man?

Bump, anyone have more info for this man? I have an account, did a couple searches and didn't really come up with anything. If someone could make a list of potential keywords, I'll search those and screenshot results. There were a lot of Homero Garzas, it appears to be a common name. (Just look at https://scholar.google.com/scholar?as_sdt=6,33&q=homero+garza&hl=en).

His quote of 50+ doesn't include all of the customer service representatives they just laid off either, almost half of them according to my source.

Bump, anyone have more info for this man? Try under his lawyer's names and their company names for fun, see what that comes up with: Anthony M. Keats from Stubbs Alderton & Markiles LLP David M. McLain from Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell Carol Van Cleef from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP see if there is even a single reference to "crypto" amongst that lot. try PayCoin, LLC which is his "new" company that owns paybase, and his even newer company name Business Technology for Cryptocurrency, LLC
