941  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Is it possible to know if two+ btc addresses belong to the same wallet? on: April 04, 2019, 06:32:03 PM
And there's also a growing number of analysis tools and services that could provide particular data which saves time and effort. I think the most used right now is walletexplorer.com which does address grouping.

May be this is what am really looking to understand, after know that it's not possible to link addresses, so what's it's all about those analysis tools and what help for?

Ofcourse it is. Every bitcoin is coming from somewhere.

Unless you use some sort of mixer, there is a really big chance certain tools, (especially from FVEY Five Eyes) can trace your Bitcoin from where you currently stored it, to where you first bought it, which date, which exchange, which payment method you used.

*Almost* every exchange nowadays requires KYC, and has your banking info. it's really a myth that bitcoin offers any privacy at all when used against the government without proper measures as i described above.

As i said, a mixer breaks this chain. But yeah, if the mixer is controlled by the group described above, it's not of much help. (Which could be the case for any mixer really, we simply don't know who's behind them.)
Which is quite freaking dangerous when you think about it. I have no idea if Chipmixer isn't controlled by the CIA, serving as a huge honeypot.

Anyway.
942  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: localbitcoins | AML regulation on: April 04, 2019, 06:21:57 PM
Like what? Personally me has no idea how to buy bitcoin legally and in a big amount in EU. The only way is Binance Jersey BUT it is very complicated due to the fact you can not be applied for using the exchnage for unknown reasons, there were several cases described on reddit already. Moreover it has limits for purchase. Thats why localbitcoins was and still stay the best option for purchase the crypto but this KYC/AML is very frustrating... Angry
You could use other P2P exchanges that don't have mandatory KYC yet for their customers, such as https://paxful.com

Or maybe buy CryptoVoucher.io' vouchers with your bank account. Not sure how much constitutes a large amount, and when they ask for KYC. (They work with SEPA i'm pretty sure.)

Well, Im using quppy.com now. Pretty simple way to open a bank account in EU bank for any purpose you need, not just for having deals with crypto. No limits + fast support is perfect mix that makes this app a real competitor for localbitcoins if you need to sell/buy crypto.
PS just a service that I use
Is it a bank account? Looks like a credit card to me-- which probably also requires KYC, doesn't it?
943  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Idea - Ecommerce similar to Amazon.com + Shopify.com? on: April 03, 2019, 07:54:44 PM
I think the idea of just stealing from you is the market for cryptocurrency payments would be a start.

I'm going to make a demo of the project. I think they are this would give a clearer idea to the points I mentioned. For the truth it is difficult to expose an idea only in text. Visually, it would be better. Grin

Albert Einstein — 'If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself.' - I see this applying here.

Hmm. You sure you understand what you're trying to build here?

Making a market like amazon will cost billions of dollars, and there already are plenty of alternatives/routes available to pay with crypto on Amazon (Purse) and plenty P2P marketplaces (which suck because they obviously just don't compare to amazon/ebay. see Openbazaar.)

On the contrary, great financing is not required. I think that after you have a draft or a demo of the project you could better the idea itself. But I see it as a great opportunity to adapt to a more the cryptocurrencies that until now ebay or amazon or alibaba have not done.
If not for the huge inventory of items you need to have, you, as an alternative, need to have lots of P2P sellers, and to attract those, you're going to need to spend a lot of money in advertising.
I really don't see any way to turn this into a success without capital.
944  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: FOMO seizure - the cracks are already starting to show... on: April 03, 2019, 06:50:15 PM
I'm not sure. I think that the problem this time won't necessarily be software, (I remember at the height of Poloniex where there were entire hours where only bots could trade through API calls..), but rather support staff to handle tickets.

As you said, after the burst most of these people probably got laid off, and now with a sudden increase in interest, it's probably going to take some time for exchange to decide whether or not they need to rehire some of these people, or not. It seems to me that Binance & Bitmex have really "upgraded" their systems to prevent lag et al, (so far anyhow).

Which will most likely be pretty visible in the response times for support tickets & KYC verification. I'm not sure how it is nowadays on most exchanges, (such as binance), but especially tickets were extremely hard to get an answer on on Bittrex/Polo.

But who knows, maybe this is just a suckers rally for all the "HODLERS" who bought in @ 5 digits to unload their dogshit unto the bitcoin price, and crash it within a matter of days. We'll see.
945  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have 500$ Paypal, Want 470$ BTC on: April 03, 2019, 06:32:08 PM
You're a newbie,
Quote
This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.
That hasn't been active in almost two years.

There is no guarantee or way to verify that your funds are clean. The best someone can do is verify that you have enough balance to cover the transaction, but not that you sent it from balance and even if you send it from balance that only protects from CC chargebacks, not PP chargebacks.

The only requirement that would attract a reputable trader, would be if you are willing to wait the 60 or 90 days so that an unauthorized chargeback can no longer be filed. Nobody is going to accept your $500 of Paypal; there is just no safe way to do it.

Yep. This.

If OP's really serious about "Fulfilling requirements", either submit your ID to an exchange and use your bank account, or go to either Paxful/Localbitcoins, and submit your ID there in a P2P trade. (But be wary that you're almost certainly paying a whopping fee. (Ranging anywhere between 10-30%, even with your ID verified.)

If you have a verified paypal from EU / IBAN, you could maybe use CV.io without the need of KYC.

am ready  to trade and for long term dealings please hit me up on telegram @blackpanther255
What makes this deal so attractive to you? ~11% in fees vs. the % of him chargebacking.... seems kinda meh?
946  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is anybody trading on LBC? on: April 03, 2019, 02:53:14 PM
I'm not sure of the weight or priority, but I'm pretty sure it's something to the order I listed.
Not entirely sure how it works on Localbitcoins, but on paxful you can have the best rates, most trades done in total, and highest volume/feedback, someone that has a higher % of completed trades will still be above you, i'm pretty sure.

(So let's say you make 4/10 trades a success, and someone else does 7/10, he'll definitely gets placed above you, regardless of his rates.)
As i said:l, not sure if this is also the way it works on LBC though.

I haven't traded on LBC due to the low volume, but I find Remitano to be much better since they have no requirements to get listed as the featured 5, as long as yours is the top 5 highest-price buyers or lowest-price sellers.

Plus, they have the volume too.
You must be kidding right? they have 40% rates, and not even for paypal/Venmo/payoneer, there's like 4 sellers in total from Zelle, BOA, and WU..?
Who would ever use them?

949  Other / Meta / Re: Scam Accusation board or merit stealing zone? Comment on the system on: April 02, 2019, 07:25:41 PM
If any DT Member is not interested in genuinely making this community BETTER and only have time in leaving blind feedback, then I am sorry to tell you he/she doesn't DESERVE the right to be a DT Member.
Except that it's not up to you.

And how about your views on the Scam Accusation section itself, is it not turning out to be a FREE MERIT grabbing zone with 90% of the threads getting Merits, regardless of whether the case was "PROVEN" or "NOT-PROVEN".
Views don't correlate to facts (atleast not in your case).
Give me a good example of the problem you're describing. (Which still would be a logical fallacy as merit =/= truth, it's merely a tool towards it (most of the time anyway))

I mean is this not encouraging others to do the same for sake of MERIT? Is this not where personal interest thing comes in?
It's in everyone's interest to expose scams, isn't it?

If I join Police duty, then it's important that I look after every case, because that's the reason I joined<snip>
there is no "duty", there is no "legal doctrine" here, everyone on DT is more or less elected by other forum members. You don't join shit, and don't have obligations for anything really.

If your ratings are trash, you'll get voted out eventually.
950  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: OVER 2K USD STUCK BY BITBLENDER on: April 02, 2019, 06:29:44 PM
Hmm. Bitblender seems to be dead? Atleast their ANN is(?)[1].

User behind blender[2] (?) -

I just visited bitblender.io, and it doesn't look like you can mix on there, only on the onion link? (BTW, it looks extremely sketchy?)
Are they still in service? Doesn't look like it? - https://bitblender.io/guide.html (Can anyone confirm this?)

[1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436467.0
[2] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=229601
Campaign thread has also been dead for a while? (Or am missing something?) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1633979.msg16432833;topicseen#msg16432833
EDIT: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5100568.240 New campaign thread.

btw: Move your topic to this board, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

You should really try to PM Hhampuz maybe, and see if he can get you in contact with bitblender (As they have been offline for a couple months now(?).)
Although: I'm pretty sure you got phished, or used the wrong .onion link..? You should really doublecheck again if you've used the right adress.
951  Other / Meta / Re: Is this system working right? on: April 02, 2019, 06:18:44 PM
Please note it again, this thread is ENTIRELY to discuss the SYSTEM not discuss whether I am RIGHT or WRONG.

I really don't understand..

You're commiting multiple felonies simply because you're a lazy son of a b*tch copy paster, and yet you have the audacity to somehow think you're above it all, and that the feedback system is at fault here.

All the feedback system did was warn people about yet another copy&paste ICO, with evidence included in the reference links. Anyone at this point can make up their mind whether or not it's credible..

We already understood the point made, but like mentioned countless times, there is no obvious benefit we are to gain through it. We were explaining the general technology of Blockchain and other aspects, which again is SIMPLY to guide people in knowing what it is in best possible manner and that via using TOP REPUTED sources. So can you point out ONE benefit we get from it? Many cases on that section comes from people ripping Whitepaper from other ICOs and label it as theirs but there is no such thing with us.

But what to do when the EGO is so large of some people who will NEVER accept it. And why should they? They are getting MERITS for it and more importantly, majority only read the thread's first part, so they look like masters but in reality a person who go through things will understand what they are exactly doing.

Damn, there's your problem asshole, you're only here looking to steal other people's work and to somehow profit from it. No regards to providing an actual service, or any ethics. (Although ethics, you're straight up ripping off other people's intellectual property, that's theft if not untrustworthy behavior.)

BTW BESTMIXER.IO // BEST BITCOIN MIXER seems to be a very popular name, everyone who are handling that section got that Signature only...... Interesting....
What a shame you're not invited to that party, isn't it?
952  Other / Meta / Re: Is this system working right? on: April 02, 2019, 05:59:57 PM
Huh, so what's all this about then?

All that is false? You didn't copy and paste anything from the sites that are linked? It's all a coincidence? What's up with that?

-- http://archive.is/85CGs#selection-245.1-245.685 // Page #3 on your whitepaper, https://mayapreferred.io/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/MAYP-final-2.pdf (As pointed out by @lovesmayfamilis)
It's right there, how exactly do you refute this? Did the site steal your content somehow, or?

Note - I am not asking anyone to give their views on the feedback on me or my problem, I am just asking the views on this SYSTEM whether you guys feel it's working or not.
Seems like it's stopping "Get-rich-quick" scammer-esque's like you dead in their tracks, so it does looks like it's working.
Take your garbage coin somewhere else.
953  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: exchange don't want to withdraw my bitcoins! on: April 02, 2019, 04:55:11 PM
Help me please! Exchange cryptaldash.com don't want to withdraw my bitcoins!
I bought coins cheap and sold them expensive. And now they're accusing me of using bots. They have been investigating since December 2018. Their leader answered to only 1 of my letter. Now they ignore me

https://i.ibb.co/ZN3M1Yw/1.jpg

<a href="https://ibb.co/JCNsFyb"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/ZN3M1Yw/1.jpg" alt="1" border="0"></a>

I don't see any reason behind your suspension listed on the screenshots, but if you're actually banned because you traded with bots, well, that's freaking retarded.

The exchange should be happy that you trade with bots, it brings A. More volume and B. More fees.
The only reason to ban an account is if you're from a sanctioned country, but then they should've not let you register in the first place.

I haven't heard of this exchange, but please move this thread to Service Discussion.

They have an account, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1795749, but they don't seem to be active.
Looks like you might've gotten scammed indeed.
954  Other / Meta / Re: Real selfies in the KYC thread. on: April 02, 2019, 03:16:01 PM
Some of these photos can be reverse image searched on google and lead to real social media profiles.
Beside this, there's also one alarming problem which is there are some people making fun of the real selfies of other member,  maybe some members will start quoting the real selfie in various thread related to the April Fool's activity of the forum. That kind of problem can be also considered as discrimination, coz someone is making fun on the selfie or judging them by the looks.
Welcome to the internet buddy

good job pulling the "discrimination" card because some indian posted a 240p picture of himself.. Lmao. Please look up the definition of said word.
People are responsible for their own actions, no one forced them to post that shit. Besides, they can still remove it if they want..

Stop being such a virtue signaller for a nonexistent problem.
955  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is anybody trading on LBC? on: April 02, 2019, 02:21:44 PM
I am being a trader on LBC for a week now (the one who create ads and sell and buy bitcoins) since I am interested on making short term profits with bitcoin on this vacation to start being a full time trader if I am able to trade on it with huge capital.

I didn't bought much bitcoin on LBC so my bought history is about one bitcoin until now but I had almost 100 trades for the last two year for selling alone so my by ad of "sell my bitcoin" at a cetain price is showing on the first page when I search on my countries name, but my ad of "buying your bitcoin" is not shown on fist page even if I am having better price so this is because of not enough trade history I think.

So if my ad of "buying your bitcoin" need to be on fist page how much completed trades and trade volume I need to have?
This is the only thing I got from that site under FAQs.
Quote
My ad is not on the front page?
Only 6 advertisements per category are shown on the front page and certain high risk payment methods are excluded. You need be an experienced trader with many trades under your belt before your ads will show up on the front page.

Depends on the payment method i'm pretty sure, but if you take a look @ for example paypal, these are the results.

https://localbitcoins.com/instant-bitcoins/?action=sell&country_code=US&amount=24&currency=USD&place_country=US&online_provider=PAYPAL&find-offers=Search

Top offers have 100% scores and made between 500-15000 trades.

So it depends on the %, total score, and amount of trades completed vs trades done/opened, i'm pretty sure.

The higher the better obviously.
956  Other / Meta / Re: The KYC process is not finished on: April 01, 2019, 05:44:56 PM
Please some one explain to YOSHIE this was just a joke, the classic aplir fools joke. All these years with Theymos trolling us and people keep falling in his trolling. But this time the joke goes far away! Those who gives their real info are on drugs, there is no other explanation.
I think you'd be surprised what % of people here would give away their complete identity for just a couple bucks. I doubt they see KYC here much differently than doing it on a random exchange for an airdrop.

I mean i'd contemplate about it if it was serious money, (which it probably is for them), still, it's quite sad to see.
957  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: HotNewCrypto.com | Looking for Suggestions and Ideas on: April 01, 2019, 01:25:44 PM
Just some general things that could be improved:

1. Add SSL, it's literally 2 clicks. (red signs scare me.)
2. Make sure your page loads quick. (Could be my internet though.)

Some personal preference:
1. Change the background, dark makes things kinda hard to read for me. Maybe in the future, change the entire site's template as well. Idk, it looks kind of disorganized.

I'm not sure how much demand there is for such a service as yours, as anyone can basically visit the publisher's sites and see what's trending on there.
You're probably going to need a really good layout and composition of articles from different outlets to get any real traction.

958  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Are faucets a profitable business? on: April 01, 2019, 01:14:39 PM
How come it is not at all profitable. Many you need to spare 100 days of time make 50 USD. That too not sure in current situation of the market. Once bitcoin value was low and many faucets was doing giveaway in big value.
If i am write initial faucets was giving 5 to 6 bitcoins per day. If I get the same now, imagine i will be miilionaire and my network will go to somewhere.

Gavin andersen is the pioneer in this market. Kindly check his interviews before you have idea start that business. all the best

Simply because users started to abuse it.
Yes, back in the day there were faucets which gave 5,6 bitcoins, but you have to realize a couple things.

A. Bitcoins were worth virtually nothing.
B. Faucets weren't saturated/abused. Back in the day the only people claiming from them were pioneers, people who were genuinely interested in bitcoin, and the software around it, who simply wanted to test it out, play around a little.
Nowadays it's people from 3rd world countries trying to make a "quick" buck, and its ran by people who are trying to make a profit from their faucet.

the community and ecosystem is changed radically since then.
959  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Are faucets a profitable business? on: April 01, 2019, 01:04:12 PM
I've said this in the past, and the answer to this is; unless you're willing to put enormous amounts of time and effort in, and invest a lot in traffic/userbase, it's not going to be worth it.

There's barely any adnetworks looking for faucet traffic nowadays (as it's extremely bad quality, no conversions whatsoever..), and the ones that do, have some serious requirements. (Think 1 million visitors etc.)
That's something you're not going to achieve anytime soon when you're starting a new faucet.

Ofcourse you can add popunder et al, but whether or not those pay, and whether visitors will return is highly questionable.

I used to run Popads as a source of traffic, which kind of worked out, but at that point you're not really running a faucet, you're trying to balance your spending for traffic v your earnings from bought traffic, which is extremely difficult, and if it is profitable, it's usually not worth the time put in. (Any job in the EU regarding this sector will make more, really.)

I doubt anyone here is going to make a deal @ spot price with paypal/skrill/bank SEPA. really not worth the hassle and risk associated with such a trade.
