3821  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 07:54:44 PM
I bring this up, though I know it's pointless:

Can someone point out where I continually said we would definitely ship in two weeks over and over?  I'd like to see evidence of this.  I know the "two weeks" mantra is the rallying cry, but once again, reality and the beliefs of the anti-BFL trolls are two entirely different things.  No sense in arguing about it, as it's immaterial, but I thought I'd just throw that fuel on to the fire... but yeah, another lie from Viceroy et al.  They are just parrots repeating what they heard, as personal research, truth and honesty are something they know very little about.

On another note, I love how anyone who is not critical of BFL is automatically me posting as a sock puppet.  It's totally awesome.  Much like poor Bryan Micon the scam artists "BFL has downvoting bots on reddit!" whine, do you idiots honestly think I care about your pathetic ramblings enough to spend more than a few minutes a day reading and responding to the blatant stupidity, willful ignorance and outright lies that you perpetrate on a daily basis?  The sheer volume of your stupidity would overwhelm ten of me, much less a single me, which is why I stopped caring about you idiots a long time ago.  I do enjoy watching your mindless ramblings, though.  It's a fair bit of entertainment... especially when you get the echo chamber of K9, PL, PG, Bick and Viceroy going in full swing and you are all just responding to each other over and over.  I think the best so far was just over a full page of you nutbags going at it without a single other person chiming in.  I'd love to get you all in the same room and see what happens, it would be like watching a bowl full of retarded kittens try to figure out what yarn is for.  Except the collective intelligence of the kittens would be about sixty points higher.

stfu and refund me BBB 9660523
btw http://ag.ks.gov/ is my next step

Ya what he said Inaba. Why not do the ETHICAL thing for once and the reply is "put your big boy pants on."

When they actually start seizing your computers and pouring over the documents and this house of cards falls I would love to get tickets to this trial. Anyone in the area please save me one I want to watch this go down. Oh this will be a just end for such hypocrite and a liar. At what point do your own delusions give way to reality.

retard topic

Retarded topic you mean.
I actually agree with you... did hell just freeze over?

I was correcting grammar not actually supporting the inference being made about the topic. Being a grammar Nazi in a polite way as I did for your posts "Josh" with your ramblings about tuning shortwave receivers and such. That would be the best way to catch a multiple account user is to find a positive correlation of the grammatical errors not just one spelling faux pas. If I only cared enough to run it through my collocation software we could easily establish who is who for all these socket puppets pretty easily I would gather.
3823  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs New 600GH "Mining Card" - RED FLAGS?!?! on: August 25, 2013, 07:47:37 PM
Wouldn't it be safe to assume that most customers of BFL at this point are going to lose money considering they can't easily get refunds and switch to a competitor, nor have most of the customers received their products to mine with? Love to see that infographic.

Denial is a powerful thing.  Customers who contact FTC or Attorney General have a reasonable chance of getting their money back.  Those that do it early are more likely (as BFL have simply agree to refund to close the issue).  Of course that requires the customer to accept reality that they have already been scammed and their only option to make a recovery is via legal action.  Like I said denial is a hard thing and BFL has played it smart.  If in Oct 2012 they told people most customer won't get their gear until Oct 2013 people would have taken action possibly even funded some lawyers and gone for a class action.  They stringed customers along with just enough hope to keep the pot from boiling over.

There is a cliff face at some point. Be it for the customer or BFL either way this will be in a courtroom.

no one will sue BFL ... im pretty sure ... only big mouth talkers around here

No I am pretty sure BFL will put people in the position to sue them as there will be no other recourse. Maybe the AG and the FTC might force them to clean up well before that who knows. Either way one should not do business with these BFL people. They are just say it with me now...

SHADY!
3826  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is BCP19 actually Josh from Butterfly labs? on: August 25, 2013, 07:36:25 PM
Insufficient evidence.
3827  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs New 600GH "Mining Card" - RED FLAGS?!?! on: August 25, 2013, 07:32:49 PM
I look at BFL's Monarch card as the following statement in their own mind:

"We need to get a piece of the pie that all other ASIC vendors are trying to get so let's slap a photoshopped image together post it on our website and put a nice price and date of delivery on it and the customers are surely to come to us and not our competition. Did I mention we still need to spam google ads still?"

Anyone buying this card will likely lose money on their investment (in BTC terms).

Wouldn't it be safe to assume that most customers of BFL at this point are going to lose money considering they can't easily get refunds and switch to a competitor, nor have most of the customers received their products to mine with? Love to see that infographic.

Viceroy...

that might be a great starting point but I would have to get you to find a lot more than one point of reference from his posts to determine that to be Josh. Not that it matters.

I am keen to learn more about the lawsuit.

Knowing DrJoeGrine to be a participant of these forums, I felt it my duty to inform you of what I feel are unsavory actions by this person.

DrJoeGrine has repeatedly called me a child, how original, but now he has invited me to his house!  This raised some HUGE reds flags for me and I felt it was my duty to inform the public.

If you have children, PLEASE do not let them talk to DrJoeGrine.  His actions lead me to believe he is some kind of a pedophile.

Ok after 10 pages of trolling and of useless posts i can call you what i like to call Inaba. You sir are a retard! Congrats!
Actually, I'm just an asshole.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd4PEV-dMgY  Principles of tuning a superheterodyne radio receiver.

When the current flowing through an inductor continuously reverses itself, as in the case of an ac source, the inertia effect of the cemf is greater than with dc. The greater the amount of inductance (L), the greater the opposition from this inertia effect. Also, the faster the reversal of current, the greater this inertial opposition. This opposing force which an inductor presents to the FLOW of alternating current cannot be called resistance, since it is not the result of friction within a conductor. The name given to it is INDUCTIVE REACTANCE because it is the "reaction" of the inductor to the changing value of alternating current. Inductive reactance is measured in ohms and its symbol is XL.

As you know, the induced voltage in a conductor is proportional to the rate at which magnetic lines of force cut the conductor. The greater the rate (the higher the frequency), the greater the cemf. Also, the induced voltage increases with an increase in inductance; the more ampere-turns, the greater the cemf. Reactance, then, increases with an increase of frequency and with an increase of inductance.

I can google does that mean I have an IQ of 148 and will get accepted to MIT next year?

En masse... sacre bleu.

3831  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 07:00:22 PM
lol.  Just a second ago you told me there is a difference between the words fraud and lie.  Now you can't give me a simple two word term that is French in origin and means to ship "in a mass; as a group", is that correct?

Can you tell me how to tune a hetrodyne receiver?  Can you tell me why a inductive capacatance circuit is bad?  Do you know what hysteresis loss is?

Can I learn how to tune a heterodyne receiver? Can I learn why an inductive capacitance circuit is inherently dangerous? Could I learn what hysteresis loss is? Let me google these and get back to you.

How about we try and answer these.

1. Did the FCC ever received a product for testing from BFL?
2. Why did Josh lie in the BFL Forums about refunds?
3. Why do you defend a company that has failed to ship the majority of their customers orders for over a year?
3832  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Time to sue ButterflyLabs - Big Single-SC owner let's league for class action on: August 25, 2013, 06:54:07 PM
Oh come on, is that the best you got mr 148 IQ?

Intelligence has nothing to do with knowledge.  I know nothing about fashion, I don't know how to rebuild a car engine, I don't know how to refine crude oil into gasoline, I don't know how to fly a helicopter.  BUT, I could learn if I wanted to.

What a deep thought, "people can learn". Thank you IQ God.

As a teacher I can definitely confirm people can learn. Unfortunately for bcp19 that very basic human capacity has eluded him here in this thread and many more.

IF BFL had delivered in January as I had thought,I/we would have made out like 1st batch Avalons did, almost

This is why you don't understand how bitcoin works and why your arguments are laughable.  Do you seriously believe you would be the only person receiving a unit?  Because that is the only scenario where this statement would be true, otherwise, it's just plain false.

What deals were made to ship miners out the "backdoor" by BFL to Cloudhasing? http://bflfraud.com/

Why are you not refunding everyone according to FTC regulations?

Why did you lie to your customers about refund policies on your own forums?

Have your miners received FCC approval yet?
